The room was fairly large with two queen beds however there is no elevator so had to drag cases up. The front desk was helpful in putting us on the first level. A short walk to the bus which took us to Fisherman's Wharf and into the CBD. There was a corner store for food/drinks etc which was great. The breakfast was the usual high sugar variety typical of a lot of US motels.

Horrible experience - smelly old rooms, frayed stained towels, get a motel, air BnB. Get anything else..save your money

I travel every week for business, and this was the worse hotel experience I've had. Blood on the wall, dirty towel hanging up when I arrived, unbeliavably loud outside with traffic and people talking outside my door until 3Am. They did not replenish coffee and when I asked for some I was told no, they didn't have any. Do not stay here, dirty and I didn't feel safe because lock on door was broke!

All the staff was super nice. We had three rooms and they were really clean. I am sorry we left a lot of mess in one of them.

Certainly not luxurious, but more than adequate and clean. This hotel is conveniently located. We were able to walk (a good walk) to the Fisherman's Wharf area. The hotel was clean, continental breakfast was good (not great). The hotel provided a secure area for luggage storage the day we left. Be aware that Uber (probably taxi's also) will take you to the back of the hotel for some reason. The office and main entrance are on Lombard Street.

This hotel was in a perfect location to walk to Fisherman's Wharf (about 20 minutes) however the route 30 bus is also close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is some noise so if you are a light sleeper I would ask for a room towards the back of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the mini breakfast they provide is just enough. One downside was the parking, there are a small number of spaces and it's a first come first serve basis. We were give 2 seperate rooms across from each other even though we entered 2 adults and 3 kids under 11 in our search. Close to everything but wouldn't stay here again. Very run down.

This property is too expensive for its quality. I understand the prime North Beach location but the room quality is terrible. Thank God we only stayed over-night. No microwave in our room. No mini-fridge. It gets really loud at night, you can hear the cars and all. We requested for extra towels, no one arrived. The towels in our room look old and some are torn. I'm sure management can afford to buy cheap quality towels at Target or at Costco. Not going back there.

Location was ok. But when we got back to the room at midnight, we had to change rooms because there was blood on the mattress pad. When we called the office to complain, they do not carry extra mattress pads so we had to change rooms at midnight. They would not compensate me so they gave me a 15% discount for the next stay. We will not be back. Wyndham should take this hotel out of their selection of Wyndham Rewards.
