Available with King, Queen or 2 Double beds, the deluxe rooms feature plush, Serta Five Star mattresses, 400 thread count linens, down comforters and pillows. "the hotel was very clean which i liked. however. it was so small, we got stuck in the elevator ,and the staff had no knowledge of anything. for example. we asked if we were able to take public transit to the baseball game. the person at the front desk said there was no way to do so. we payed fourty dollars for a cab, then realized we could have taken a bus!!! we bussed back to our hotel for two dollars!!!"

"Warning - if you drive to a hotel in San Fran plan to pay. We were shocked to fine that parking at this hotel would cost $40/night extra and that it would take over a half-hour to retrieve the car. We booked for three nights but stayed only one. The room was very small, the elevators shook and rattaled, the hallways very narrow and difficult to navigate.. The street noise from Union Square was very loud. Very disappointed in this hotel especially after reading the other reviews."

"The size of the room is unbelievably small. The bed was comfortable, however. Closet space might as well not even been there. Same with the bathroom. ZERO counter space. Felt like a prison cell. Shower dripped constantly. And what they call a shower head was laughable. If you valet your car, you have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to get it. Overall, not impressed. We will NOT stay here again. Might as well stay on the street with all the other homeless populating the area."

"Hotel Diva would have to be one of the nicest places we stayed at in the USA. It was spacious, clean and nicely appointed. The rooms were modern and quiet which made for a good night sleep with the comfortable bedding and pillows. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for walking to most locations including union square and the tram/cable cars were also close if you didn't want to walk anywhere. I especially liked that the hotel had their own car for airport transfers. Much cheaper and nicer than paying for a taxi."
