"I JUST HAVE TO SAY I LOVE THE STAFF THERE! On top of everything and very friendly. We needed matches, taxi's, valet service, etc and they were very helpful at getting it done!

I would totally stay again. The rooms are small but sufficient for what is needed and that is to sleep! We stayed in the urban suite~ Great for people who want to go clubbing! The location was GREAT! Union Square in a few steps!
