The Hilton Garden Inn Airport North is a great place to stay. Close to the airport and the shuttle service drivers are very informative. The hotel staff has been a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The newly romodeled rooms are bright and provide a great place to relax and work. I highly recommend this facility for business or pleasure.

My visit to South San Francisco was even better because of the excellent service and room at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everyone was super helpful and my room was beautiful. Connecting to the internet was easy due to the code that I was given. The staff behind the counter was fabulous. One watched my stuff as I ran back to my room for something missed. Another staff member, Natalie, helped me find advil the day after my event.

This was a great Hotel to stay. 1) The parking was easy 2) the check in was quick 3) the internet worked well 4) the room was clean and well organized 5) the bed was comfortable 6) the work out room was in good condition 7) the breakfast had a good selection of items was clean and 8) the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was amazing! Best location, quiet, amazing customer service, the bed and pillows were beyond words! I just loved it so much!!! I will definitely stay at a Hilton hotel again! My boyfriend and I loved it!

Decided on this hotel because I was going to be arriving very late in the evening, and departing early in the morning a few days later. Shuttle only runs until 11:30 p.m. so I had to catch a cab to the hotel upon arrival. Aside from that, shuttle offered transportation to the BART station at SFO which was convenient. Hotel staff was friendly and room was clean. There was a sign stating that construction work was going on, but I never heard anything.

We booked a room at The Hilton Garden Inn for a four night stay while visiting San Francisco as we found a good price which was far better than paying the expensive fees the city hotels charge.The hotel is located just outside the airport but we were not disturbed by airplane noise at all. The room was very comfortable and I had no issues with the front desk staff or housekeeping. I chose this hotel for the close proximity to the San Francisco airport for an early departure as well as to San Francisco itself. Most of my excursions occurred in San Francisco and the close proximity was outstanding and they didn't charge extra for things like internet access or overnight parking. The hotel was nice,but the internet was not accessible on our second night midnight until we checked out at 11am. We were very disappointed. But the breakfast was great and we enjoyed it. Our room was on the first floor across housekeeping and they are kinda loud that we hear them inside the room.

We arrived at the airport after midnight and called the hotel for the shuttle, and were told that the shuttle had stopped running at 11:30, and we needed to take a cab. We had specifically called the hotel a few days prior to make sure that the shuttle would pick us up, so needless to say the hotel needs to work on communicating the fact that it does not run after a certain hour. The hotel room was nice and clean and it's within a close reach of the city. As a traveller I don't have a phone to call the hotel and there is no email address listed on the website. I want to know why $75 was taken out from my account after I checked out. I would recommend this hotel for business, not for a family vacation stay. The staff was helpful and courteous during my stay. The rooms were clean and the food was good, especially preferred the buffet breakfast. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights here. It is an easy drive from the airport. Everyday pick up your free coffee/tea from the lobby. In the evenings, take a refreshing drink flavored with fresh fruits. My family and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We went site seeing 10 am the following morning and took down the do not disturb sign upon leaving. When we came back that evening the room was not serviced (i.e. trash not taken out, beds not made, linens not refreshed). The front desk gentleman told me they donâ??t come in your room at all if the do not disturb sign is up. The hotel was alright. A little run down, elevators were slow, carpet and furniture had mystery stains. The second day there was no hot water, and staff did not apologize. Very disappointing. Location is bizarre- there is nothing around the area at all. Next time I will stay at the one in Burlingame.

No need to say anything but, no hot water for two days. "BUMMER" on a three day vacation in San Francisco, and no hot water in the room for two of the three days, go figure. The hotel had an ample opportunity to advise us of the hot water problem but obviously chose not to do so, leaving it's guest in the dark about the issue. Now we have to alert other potential guest of this issue and hope that you don't have the same type of experience when spending your hard earned money.

The room was very much to our liking. It's bigger than most hotels. The temperature controls are very good - very comfortable. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, everyday spotless. We would definitely come back... If only I could get some discounts...

I enjoyed the visit. The check in was real fast and the staff friendly. Cookies to boot. The room was close to the elevator, nice king, I like the decor, layout and finish better than the Marriott's. Parking was free vs the Marriott is a pay lot. I am a Marriott guy but this is a better option in my opinion. 15 to 20 minutes to the city w/o heavy traffic. When I left they sent me a statement via e mail automatically. Good experience - thank you.

So we stayed here for 4 nights. The room was a good size, the beds comfortable and it was clean except for the carpet which was actually pretty dirty. The breakfast was good but its a shame that coffee/tea are not available throughout the day as in other Hilton Hotels. This is most definitely a business hotel or very short 1-2 night stay. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport on our way out of California. It was nice to have transportation to and from the hotel. We took the rental car back the night before so we didn't have to deal with it at 4am. They have a shuttle that runs from 4am until 11pm. The staff was very helpful with transportation and information. We were also able to take BART from the airport to the downtown area for dinner.

Nice place to stay close to airport but not too close to hear the planes, great breakfast very clean comfortable beds! Staff could have been more friendly at front desk! Cleaning staff and cafe staff were very friendly! I loved the Keurig in the room! Parking wasn't bad although you share parking lot with other hotels! Loved the fruit infused water!

I stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. The room was clean and nice. The staff were super friendly. The gym was a bit small but adequate. The one thing I did not like was that the airport shuttle was not 24 hours so I had to use a cab to get there. Airport hotels should have 24 hour shuttles.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a girls trip to SF. Only about 10 minutes from airport and they have an airport shuttle. It's about 20 minutes from downtown SF. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on Gateway Blvd. the evening prior to flying out of San Francisco Airport. It is 2 miles from the rental car drop off. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, SF Airport North and it more than met our expectation/goals. The hotel has been recently remodeled/updated and the staff was very gracious and friendly. The location is perfectly located between downtown and the airport with easy on and off of 101. Added bonus is the location to the Oyster Point Park and the jogging trail along the bay - can't go wrong with a little exercise along the water!!

Strange because there was little wind. This did not interfere with sleep ... More of a white noise. There was no sound from highway or planes overhead. The room was very large and bed comfortable. We stayed here because BART was out and we needed to catch an early flight in the morning. Breakfast expensive but very convenient shuttle to airport every 30 minutes.

Due to the incompetence of the airline I was travelling with I booked this last minute. It is expensive but compared to other hotels in the area it's on a par. What I liked about this hotel was that it relaxed me. A stressful 3 days had preceded this and everything went ok. The shuttle was there when I wanted it. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. If you ever have to stop near San Francisco airport I recommend this hotel.

Staff were all polite and attentive. Rooms were very clean and larger than most hotel rooms. Having iced, flavored (with fruits) water available in the lobby was nice. Cookies available in the evening was also a nice touch. The toiletries were good quality. It's always frustrating to have other guests allow their young children to run down hallways screaming early in the morning but that's not staff's fault. Inconsiderate guests are responsible for their own behavior.

Unfortunately, we had a very rough stay. The walls are paper thin and our neighbors were sleeping with the TV on. I let this go from 10 PM to 1 AM, and then called the front desk because every time a commercial came on it would wake us up . They said they would take care of it. Great staff and location for Giants games. Close to the airport but in a quiet business campus setting, but that means there won't be anything to do within walking distance at night if that's what you're looking for. Close to the train to get downtown. Shuttle from the airport.

Staff was very friendly. We had to wait 40 mins for shuttle to pick us up from the airport (running late) but it left on time to take us back at 4am. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Walls were a little thin. The only big complaint was the tub. For some reason, the sides of the bottom were slanted. It's the same experience anybody has in any Hilton Garden Inn. Except, that for this one, there was no lunch served (a bummer since nothing is really in walking distance and the hotel doesn't have a shuttle to downtown area). I stay in hotels (mostly Hilton brands) 3-5 days a week for my work. The rooms are clean, comfy and updated. The gym is decent for a hotel gym. They have all the typical hotel gym equipment. Great place to stay. We caught a baseball game at ATT park. Maybe a ten minute drive to the park. Close to the freeway. The only issue I had was the first morning the cleaning staff was very noisy talking and laughing in the halls.

It was a great place! I had the best sleep on a layover...the bed was the most comfortable ever! We have stayed here several times while traveling through San Francisco. It is very convenient to the SFO airport. The hotel has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the airport, and parking is free while you travel. Cookies greet you when you check in! Nice bar/restaurant area for a hotel!

Stayed here the night before flying across to Florida. Within 10 minutes to our terminal. It was crisp and clean, well maintained, and had a really good restaurant offering a creative menu. Problem with the hotel shuttle in the morning was quickly abated when the hotel called and paid for a cab so we could get to our gate on time.

This is a great hotel, close to the airport and minutes away from San Francisco. It's a great jumping off point for excursions to the city with an easy return. The room was spacious with internet access, K-cup style coffee maker, microwave and mini-refrigerator. Perfect place to stay. I used Uber to get around and that worked extremely well. None of my Uber drives cost me more that 10 dollars. So, even though I was outside of the city proper, I still could get there. The price here was less than half, a hotel in the city. So this was a great alternative. The bed was super comfortable. The room was good sized. Everything was clean.

If you're flying out early, this is fairly close to the airport and priced well. That's the best reason to stay here. Otherwise its a generic chain hotel with pleasant people and not too much else going on. Room was large.

The hotel was limited in terms of amenities, bar, restaurant etc. but was perfectly fine for a quick night stop. The shuttle bus to the hotel is free and supposedly runs on 30min timescales. We however waited close to one hour for a bus back from the airport upon returning a rental car. I'm sure this may have been a one off but be cautious if you're leaving it tight to catch a flight. Staff friendly and helpful and the rooms were adequate.

It was all I expected from a Hilton Great price for the area and a good discount wit AARP. We went to the Giants game and UBER was there within 4 minutes. The cookies were nice we we came back that night still warm. Oh yes two free bottles of water when most hotels charge $5.00 a bottle. Great stay

This is a good choice for business travel near Gateway Blvd/Oyster Point locations. Lobby is bright and staff are efficient. Has a small lobby bar with friendly service till 10PM. Breakfast in the morning has good choices but a bit pricey. You are better off going to diners on Grand Ave. Rooms are decent sized and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay @ Hilton Garden Inn SF North. The hotel staff were nice and helpful when asked any question. I would have enjoyed a free continental breakfast (same as Homewood Suites) but the paid breakfast was fine. I would consider staying at this hotel again.

The rooms in the service are great. But the breakfast is overpriced. And the location was difficult because I was trying to use the BART. This location does not lend itself to public transportation. Stay here if you have a rental car.

So, I was forced to stay at this property because it was a business trip and we all had super early flights the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was!! 10 mins by free airport shuttle (runs every 30 minutes). Really comfortable beds and a great nights sleep. Let down by the restaurant - many of the menu items for dinner were not available, breakfast was very average. Nice bakery is a short walk away but unfortunately closed weekends.

Stayed October, 2 nights The good: Good shuttle service from SFO, best you call them when you arrive to check times. The reception was friendly and efficient. Whilst the hotel is a little older, the staff more than make up for the cosmetic issues due to their friendly nature. Made for a pleasant overnight stay in a heavily booked San Francisco. Ideal for a business stay.

It is well located for San Francisco International Airport and rental car returns, which is why I stayed there on my last night in the USA. The rooms are clean, there are charging points for your devices all over the room, I had to laugh about it. One thing that annoys me about Hilton Garden Inn is their use of the Keurig coffee making machine. I don't need that, I've got my own tea bags and I need hot water Hilton. Loved the location, staff, and cleanliness. My husband and I enjoyed the morning breakfast. They had great front desk staff that assisted us with our adventurous planning during the day. I would recommend this hotel for the location, free parking, and free wifi along with breakfast.

We paid $175 for a 12 hour stay at this hotel on a Monday night. The breakfast room was empty when we arrived at 7 am. This means the hotel was not fully occupied the evening before. We were charged $15 per person for breakfast. When I asked the front desk staff why they billed me as I have been a silver Hilton Honors member for many years, I was told that only the Gold and Platinum members are offered a free breakfast! Nice stay, clean room, and really nice people that are working at that hotel. From the front desk, to a service man that held the elevator door, to the ladies that served us breakfast. I would recommend this as a good hotel near SFO airport.

Nice hotel and staff. They do charge an $11/day parking fee and don't mention that when you book your reservation. They do have breakfast available for $12.95 per person that included everything. They make fresh omelets, pancakes, french toast and waffles. They also have fresh fruit, cereal, a variety of breads and rolls as well as eggs, bacon sausage and potatoes and a few other items. I've stayed here two years in a row while traveling to SFO for AIDS LifeCycle. The staff here are top notch. From things like getting a package delivered to the hotel, to checking in early, they have always taken great care of me. The rooms are great quality, clean, very comfortable beds and a great night's sleep. Enjoyed my stay in this very nice, clean hotel which offered a rare amenity in San Francisco, free parking. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food for breakfast was good and dining area very clean. This was an easy option to the much more expensive waterfront hotels. I have parked at the Hilton Garden a few times very satisfactorily while taking trips so thought we'd do their Park and Fly...the room was clean and comfortable. The service was great. One of the managers made us "custom" cocktails and was very accommodating. We will definitely visit again.

I've stayed here several times over the past several years. Never disappointed. For night before flights and pre-cruise stays, this is our favorite. We've tried a few of the downtown hotels, but nothing equals this one overall. Its quiet, the staff is always friendly - the lobby is never the zoo the others are. The food and drink is really good. I have stayed at this hotel many times before this last stay They are now charging an extra $11 per day for guest parking. It was always an open parking lot that serve 2 hotels. I just wish they would change their room instead of using "hidden Charges". SHAME ON YOU!!!

Our trip necessitated for us to travel to a suburb near downtown on a daily basis. I have stayed here several times. Always great, clean, and comfortable rooms, no noise either. Just 10 min. from downtown SF. From here easy to get to locations on the peninsula or go across to the east bay via the San Mateo bridge, and no toll fee either.

Great staff, great stay at this hotel. we were able to select multiple rooms (3 in all) all next to each other. This made it very easy for the team stay in close communication when changes in the event took place. Would defiantly stay again!

This Is an excellent place to stay for Hilton Honor members or anyone for they pick you up at the airport . The staff are very professional with curtesy . It is much better than then other brand of hotels for their location and service are superior. Their self-parking is free.

Overnight stop from New Zealand to Florida. Average clean, quiet room. If you need the shuttle to get to the airport, let the front desk know ahead of time. Our shuttle left 5 minutes early. The front desk manager called us a cab which Hilton paid for. (This was the Hilton service I expect).

Overnight stay before trip overseas. Nice location just far enough from airport so you don't hear every plane take off and land. Excellent shuttle service and good Uber location. Small bar and café but adequate to the task. Very helpful staff as well.

Anything that can be said good about this hotel (and there could be) is utterly vitiated about how an emergency situation was handled Saturday morning. It was mid-morning when the fire alarm sounded for maybe four or five seconds. Then it shut off, typically what might happen if someone accidentally tripped it or was goofing around (happens with young and not-so-young kids). I was in a leisure trip to visit San Francisco and this hotel was a good option. It is close to the airport and have a shuttle service. The personel was very kind and helpful. One of the two elevators was out of order during my 3 days stay.

This hotel's location is excellent - close to San Francisco and the airport and includes an airport shuttle. The lobby and rooms were clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful with every encounter. There's an in-house restaurant which offers good food at a reasonable cost if you don't want to venture out to the many nearby restaurant options.
