The rooms were nice and roomy. The service at the desk was great. They had some good advice on restaurants. Beside that our reservations was made for 2 months later due to an error on their side. They handled that very nice.

This hotel was nice, with nice updates rooms. However, we had a double queen room with 4 people and the bathroom was way too small. Also, there was no ventilation fan for the steam from the shower, so the door had to be open just to release the steam. I don't think there was a free breakfast, I think it was a $11 buffet. There was a bar and grill attached to the hotel. Hotel was also located close to the across the interstate. Also this was a short 15-20 minute drive to the beach and a 10-15 min... Read more

The top floor suites remind me of those fancy luxury Las Vegas rooms. They have two rooms, super tall ceilings, high top table, sectional, classy furnishings and d├ęcor - they're humongous and a very, very good value. I shoulda thrown a dance party in there! Convenient location off the freeway. David at the front desk is on it! Everyone is super nice. I love this place.

I stayed at this hotel on a Government rate, as I was in San Diego for a conference hosted at the hotel. I paid for an extra night for a type of mini vacation. The grounds are maintained and the place is in a great location to stores and nearby attractions like the zoo or SeaWorld. I thought everyone was pretty friendly, but the man serving drinks at the bar probably should be working in another area. He was a good server, but no one was going to make him smile or get any conversation, but he di... Read more

From the moment I walked in to the driving off, Sheraton Mission Valley made me feel like I was their only guest. The staff are stars but my personal thanks to the GM Johnathan Kennedy for his gracious gesture, the Front Desk Manager David, the young man who checked me in and the lovely club lounge hostess Repa. You all made my stay a memorable one with your smiles and your warmth that creates an instant Comfort zone. The hotel is beautiful, my room spectacular, the fine toiletries, the great fo... Read more

Stayed here for nieces wedding during Memorial Day weekend. Top floor one bedroom suite was fabulous. 16 foot ceilings with huge balcony. Club lounge in 12 floor very inviting. Great place as a base to explore San Diego. Definitely will come again.

I stayed here for a night because I had a meeting nearby the following morning. I got in Saturday evening and there wasn't any parking left; it seemed pretty limited for such a large hotel. Thankfully Liz made sure that I could park overnight in the check-in area without getting towed. This is definitely a very basic hotel in terms of the room and the public areas. I stayed in a club room which was poorly lit with a leaking shower, and a TV that only received a few fuzzy channels. There was... Read more

Was very clean, the coffee shop was nat very well run with equipment broken and poor service. The Club room on the 12th floor was nice for breakfast, I wish it would serve breakfast later than 9am especially on the weekend. The club in the evenings had very good food and was staffed with friendly people.

Great location on 8, and you can park for free on the street. Next to the hotel there is Denny's, where you can get great breakfast. In front of the hotel there's shopping centre with Macy's. Rooms are new and nice, and mattress is great, not too soft, which is cool if you have bad back. Aircon is silent. Everything to make your night sleep perfect)

We booked it through Priceline. Hotel is nice , rooms are good and spacious but I was surprised when they told me that they charge 16 $ per night for car parking . I don't think it's worth. Plus point is it is near to sea world and san diego zoo

Very Nice! Booked 7days for conference at hotel, brought some family. Very accessible to airport and within few miles of everything! Clean place, really enjoyed our front room with balcony. Prepared for noise people reviews, was not bad(405)and gave us "extra room" My only desire would have been to have a shuttle to the mall areas and airport and that the pool be open prior to 8am. Front desk, housekeeping, Everyone friendly and very helpful!

Clean well appointed rooms. Nice pool Friendly staff. Near a major shopping center and food. The only annoyance was the parking lot . It had a gate that required your room key to enter and leave. Half the time it didn't work and forced us to hit the call button. It's a real nuisance . Other than that this is a great place. Id stay here again .

Did not book directly with the hotel and when we arrived they did not have our reservation. We were scared they would not have rooms for us as it was fourth of July weekend and most hotels were totally booked. The Manager David immediately took care of us and turned what could have been a real disaster in to a stay that was top notch. We had access to the 12th floor Club room with offered complimentary food and drinks and a great view of the city. We took advantage of the on site restaurant an... Read more

Clean nicely appointed rooms. Staff is very welcoming and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is excellent. Only minor inconvenience is the parking lot, room key required to enter/exit and doesn't always work. Property is located close to shopping and food and easy freeway access.

This hotel has been recently remodeled. It is a great property on all levels. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is great. Even though it's near the freeway the windows are great and soundproof. If you can ask for a room on the back it is a lovely view of greenery. But if you are on the front side, the view is interesting. I also had breakfast room service and it was excellent even though they forgot the toast with the bacon and eggs. I... Read more

The furnishings and linens are luxury quality. But the room was very cramped and could have been cleaner. The bathroom was very small and there was little vanity space. The door on our room was not hung correctly and there was a small gap at the top of the door, letting in light during the night. Also the freeway side is vey loud.

I don't stay at a lot of Sheratons, but this was selected for the large room (3 of us) and it's proximity to all the activities surrounding the All-Star Game. The price was right, including access to the lounge for the included breakfast, a decent gym, and clean room. "It is what it is," i.e., sufficient digs for a short stay.

I had a good room, and no mechanical problems. The TV was minimal....no Movie Channel.....Do not plan to eat there, unless it is within a function. The food at functions was fine, but the restaurant was subpar. The staff is fine, but they need a restaurant make over.
