Yes, if you want a 10 min. drive to go/see Sea World attraction, this is the place. Though, the rooms are well cleaned and with all the amenities like free wifi/ cable TV / fridge, just as long we have a bed to sleep on. We never tried the free breakfast, but it seems they're good with assortment of pastries and hot coffee. Also, it's quite and safe.

As a prior reviewer stated, the pictures look a lot better than the facility. Perhaps you get what you pay for to be in the Mission area and if it looks too good to be true in terms of the price, it's probably just that. The room we had was beat up - the picture fell down from the wall, the window shades for the bedroom and bathroom were torn, the breakfast looked pretty Spartan so we took a pass, the bedding was chintzy, the table was beat-up and the wasn't any carpeting - all tile flooring... This budget hotel is in fairly good condition. The room is clean and comfortable with great HVAC, large satellite TV, and good bed. Front desk and housekeeping are very good. The free continental breakfast does its job. There is noise from the freeway but it mostly becomes background noise. The location is good with easy access to the highway. The airport and beaches are not far. Overall this is good value.

We went to check out room before bringing in our bags and I'm glad we did! The furniture looked like they took it out of the garbage and the sheets were slightly brown. (Should be white)The room had a slight smell of car urine as well. Go somewhere else!

Location, location, location. And this place has it. Good and bad. It's very close to Mission Bay were I was recently attending an event, and reasonably priced for San Diego, but not easy to get in or out of with all the traffic. Coming in from the north we had to go past it, then come back thru and alley to get there. Leaving you are going north, no matter where you want to go. And fighting traffic to get out. 3 dots is probably overrating it a bit, but I think it's better than 2. Anywa... Read more
