"i am 70 years old and educated well enough to know the meaning of the word 'resort'; this place gives new meaning to the term resort. Upon check-in I was directed to a room at the back of the 'resort.' My son and I noticed the sidewalks in front of our room smattered with colored chalk. Occupants of the room 2 doors down were sitting in their broken-down van with a large dog running in and out of the room. A cat came out of the woods behind our building and promptly raced across the parking lot and jumped through the window into that room. I went to the front desk to complain but found out our neighbors were not visitors but actually 'lived' there. I asked for another room, which was ok only to listen to guests next door sitting outside drinking and talking loudly until 3 a.m. Worst experience in 50 yrs"

"I requested 1 king size bed. Room had two double beds. The bathroom was very small. Carpet worn and walls need painting. It was clean with no odors at all. Quiet, easy parking. For the money a good value. No national news channels....Fox, CNN, etc. Limited channel selections."

"It's a great deal for the location.It is an older hotel and could definately use some sprucing up.The grounds are beautiful and even though it's right off the freeway it's very quiet.My only complaint was that I got there to check in at 240PM and was told that I needed to come back at 300PM .I knew darn well that my room was ready."
