"Overall happy with hotel, well kept. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room though, I know there is coffee available in the lobby, but we were in the rooms furthest from there. The first time I walked over there, they had run out of coffee.
I have stayed in many other hotels which have complimentary breakfasts, who also have coffee makers in rooms. I didn't eat in the restaurants available because I was travelling with people with gluten/milk allergies."

"The hotel was a great value! Rooms were clean and quiet, even though the hoel was full. The only problem was with the A/C, which was fixed within 15 minuets. We will come here again on our next trip to San Diego"

"This was a horrbile place to stay. First, I booked online and requested a ground level due to my hip having a screw in it and my inability to walk stairs on a regular basis due to the hip injury. I did not get a ground level - but given a 2nd story room without an elevator available. I then got to the 2nd story room and the bed had a horrible noise that it made and my son thought it was funny so of course during our 3 day stay he continued to sit on the bed in the spot that made the horrible noise. The room is old, musty, moist, and out-dated. The air filters have not been changed in a year or so I would guess by the amount of dirt build up on them. There were many dips in the ceiling tiles indicating water damage. At one point during the stay we were in the Jacuzzi and one of the unsupervised children threw up in the Jacuzzi. I immediately got out and informed the staff who said they would have it cleaned/looked at. I called on my cell phone because I was in the pool area and the staff member chastized after she asked why I wasn't calling from my room phone -- WHO CARES WHERE I CALL FROM!!!! She then said I had to call from my room phone. I went to my room and waited for the staff member to come and they never did. I then saw other patrons getting in the puke Jacuzzi without the staff members doing anything to it. I also visited the Waffle Spot restaurant that is on location. The food was served to me cold after waiting 35 minutes for the food to come. Then when I asked to have new food made the waitress blew me off and walked away. About 5 minutes later she came back and asked me how the food was and I continued to say it is too cold to eat and it needs to be re-made. It was re-made within 10 minutes and hot the second time around. That waitress was horrible and I couldn't even tell if she was looking at me when I talked to her because her eyes don't focus -- it was so odd! I did not like my stay and will not be returning to your establishment because of the poor service, unclean rooms, and rude staff. I would like my money back!! It was not worth the $55/night plus paying for $28/day for two people to have breakfast...one of which was a kid. Next time I will opt for the more expensive establishments that are all inclusive and nicer in the area for $65/night....there were tons of them."
