"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I paid for 4 people to stay for 7 nights. Everyday we only received 1 wash cloth, 2 hand towels, and 1 or 2 bath towels. Every day we had to ask for more & would only receive 2 bath towels. How on earth can 4 people shower with 1 wash cloth? The mattresses were awful. I woke up with back spasms every single morning.
We will never stay here again."

"I opened the door to the room and saw how awful the room looked. There was a filthy ball cap on the desk. My 20 year old daughter was afraid to stay there, not that i would have. Even though it was 2:00 am, we left. The employee in the bullet proof office was neither surprised nor apologetic. Do NOT stay there and you would NOT want children touching everything."

"First of all we reserved a King Deluxe & got a 2 Bed queen room.
No internet service had to go to McDonalds everytime we needed
to get on the internet. Maid service POOR. Found spider in our bed
killed several spider throughout the week. Front desk very rude &
could not help us they said that they told the agency there was not a
king deluxe available when we reserve the room thru them."

"This hotel was horrible! In a sketchy area, didnt feel safe. The room had a strong, disgusting odor. The sheets on the bed were ripped. We stayed a total of 4 days and over the course of our stay, we saw three roaches in the room. However, the staff was friendly. The hot water was great. However, had this not been prepayed, we would have vacated the premises immediately."

"The hotel was by far the worst I've stayed in. Sadly I guess you get what you pay for but I've stayed in hotels that were nicer for the same price. We make our family trip to San Diego a couple times a year but usually have a preferred hotel that we stay in. But because we were headed out there close to 4th of July our normal hotel was pretty expensive so we picked another hotel in the same area that was about half the price. It is in a great location but it was disgusting, smelt like urine, the beds were old and sunken in, very visible stains on carpet and dresser along with a sticky substance. I guess if you just need a place to lay your head and don't plan on being in the hotel at all its ok, but too gross for my taste...Sorry!!!!! The lady at the front desk was nice, and housekeeping did come by each day and make the beds and switch out the towels but the hotel itself is yucky."

"They say they have free wifi. When we were in our room on the 3rd floor we could not get it to work. We called downstairs and they told us that it was working and just try it again. Customer service is not at this hotel. They were not friendly or helpful at all. The room was fine. I don't think I would stay here again because of the lack of customer service. "

The room was more than I though it would be.The hold room was just as clean as my home .
