We stayed at this property for one night last month and it is a typical Embassy Suites hotel where all rooms are suites that contain a living room, small dining area, and the bedroom. There is a small bar with bar sink and coffee making facilities. There is also a microwave in the room which is a bonus if you are traveling with kids, The room is clean, fairly large, though basic. The bed was a really good bed and I had a good night sleep. In the afternoon, there are snacks on offer at the ... Read more

I attended a conference at the university. My husband stayed with me. The hotel is undergoing renovations on the fourth floor. The Hilton app, that allows you to choose your room, does not have this information but the front desk clerks do and appropriately advised us. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful from housekeeping to breakfast buffet attendants. The staff find solutions and are not rigid in their approach to guests which must trickle down from management. For e... Read more

When we arrived on Monday, the smell in the lobby and courtyard area were overhwhelming. It was horrible! I started to feel a little nauseous. I am unsure what it was, but when we entered our room, of course the stench followed us in. I am happy to report that by Monday night it had started to subside, and on Tuesday we didn't notice it at all. I am guessing it had something to do with the koi pond? (cleaning it out maybe?) but it really was a terrible thing to greet guests with. The koi ... Read more

class act from the staff, restaurant personnel, and room service. Embassy Suites have always been one of our favorite places to stay because you can always count on a great experience. The other great aspect of theirs is that they are all over the country which makes it convenient to locate.

Our family of 5 booked 2 rooms at this property for our San Diego vacation. We paid a bit extra for a larger corner suite and a regular suite. Upon getting to the rooms we found that we were given 2 regular rooms. Due to renovations and a couple of sports tournaments the larger rooms were taken. The front desk handled the mistake wonderfully and graciously comped us for several things as well as reducing the rate to a regular room. The rooms were nice, comfortable and well kept. There were ... Read more

Loved the hotel, typical of Embassy Suites. Free happy hour with wine, beer & spirits, great included breakfast, cooked to order omelets. Very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, two large flat screen TVs with good Channel selection and a large bathroom with fluffy towels. Disappointed in the outrageous $28 parking fee, not announced as part of the room cost online; and the extra charge to use wifi which I've not paid elsewhere, even in the least expensive hotels.
