"Too expensive; no real value for the money. The staff looks confused, very much in a hurry. The breakfast was not too bad, coffee is really bad, and the toasters kept switching off so it takes 20 minutes if you want a toasted bagel or bread. They have another breakfast area if you want scrambled eggs or waffles (if you pay more). Well, nobody tells you about it when you check in so you can't really use it, can you? Room was quite clean, but air conditioning did not really work well, so we woke up to a moldy smelling room and headache. Overall, not real value for the money. "

"It was pretty disappointing. Our family arrived around 11:30pm, when i went to check in the guy pretty much ignored me. After I asked for help- he gave me the room key and didn't explain much. He acted like I was bothering him. The room was not as we expected. I know it's not a 5 star hotel, but it sure doesn't even come close to the picture posted on the website. Unfortunately, for us we booked an entire week at the hotel. Besides the front desk, all the other staff were really friendly. Our air conditioner in the room was leaking- as well as the faucet. For hot breakfast- you have to pay additional (which was not mentioned on the website) and I might add, I found hair in my eggs and the following day, I found hair mixed in with the bread station. By the third night, we found cockroaches in the bathroom. I'm not a picky person- I love the outdoors and we go on tons of camping trips so bugs/ insects don't bother us- but it's bothersome when you falsely advertised. I think for those who are a little squeamish, it'll be worth your while to pay the extra money for a different hotel.

The shuttle to seaworld isn't worth the hassle as well. We decided on the 4th day to take the shuttle and was told we had to make reservations- when i was told the shuttle to seaworld runs all day long. (another false advertisement)

I wouldn't stay here again- if you want to book your stay here, just remember don't expect much and you'll be fine. :)"
