My experience was not that great. There was a dog barking for hours next door to us until 2 or 3 in the morning. The people at the front desk were very nice but they do need to screen their customers better to make sure other guests can sleep at night. I probably won't be back or recommend it to others. Needless to say, I was Not very happy.

Our stay was great was a surprise that we could get breakfast as we had a very early flight. Trip to and from the airport was on time and they made it very easy.

The motel is across from the Fairfield and I was catching a ride with coworkers. Location mattered. The rooms are showing wear and some new paint was slapped on. The maids do their best to keep it up, The folks staying down the hall had insense to cover the weed wafting down the hall a bit, but it is not pricey or difficult to get a room.

I booked this for a quick overnight stay, as I had a late flight into Sacto and didn't want to drive while I was tired. While the staff was friendly and professional, I knew that something was amiss with the place as I had to wait to check in behind a scantily-clad, pot-reeking, "professional" woman who had trouble finding a credit card that would work. After multiple attempts with multiple cards, she finally left in search of cash for the night. After she left, the staff apologized for the d... Read more

Hotel staff are wonderful. We stayed for several days. Every night we had different people above us and beside us. We asked the second day of our stay to not have people put in the rooms above and beside. Even though there were a lot of available rooms there continued to put people there. We've stayed there several times without any problems but we may not stay there again.

The entire interior of this Super 8 is substandard. Needs carpeting, painting, and all upgrades. The breakfast offering was mediocre - no wheat bread, just white; no hardboiled eggs. The staff personnel were wonderful and get top ratings tho. The room and halls were clean but, since the whole building s shabby, it doesn't show.

This was my first and one time I stayed at a Super 8. I had a last minute business trip therefore I had to book a place near the airport for a decent price and this was my best option. It is relatively near the Sacramento Airport. There is a nice little diner near this place as well. I was able to try their food, which wasn't too bad. The price for my room was decent considering the fact that it was a Super 8. The establishment is okay, nothing too special. I originally booked a single double,... Read more

We stayed here as we were getting up very early for a flight from Sac Airport. It is comfortable, quiet and clean and only 10-15 mins from the airport. My only complaint were the pillows. They and a couple of very small, hard pillows and the others were soft but too small. Did not have breakfast there. Staff was very nice and helpful Would stay here again

We were stranded at Sacramento airport due to an overbooking situation. We looked up hotels in the area for the evening and decided we would try this Super 8, We called and were told that they would send a shuttle and that we should expect it in about 15 minutes. After an hour of waitting in 100 degree weather, we called to check up on the shuttle and discovered that the shuttle wasn't sent due to a shift change but that they would have it dispatched again. It seems the shuttle is a shared servi... Read more

I stayed at this hotel early June of 2016, after judging a horse show in Santa Rosa. 1) It took an hour for shuttle driver(barely spoke English)to find me at Level B Car Rental in Sacramento Airport standing under a light in front. 2) My reservation, paid by credit card on internet , was not going to be honored without actual card, by woman desk person. Fortunately the manager, took over and I got a room without having to pay again, or leave the hotel. 3)Hair dryer won't work 4) No one o... Read more

A typical Super8 motel, with good service at reception, clean and quiet rooms given the location, and comfortable bed. The only negative was the limited breakfast (by the time I got there around 8am only toast was left).

Stayed the night prior to leaving from the Sac. airport the next day. The airport is only about 6 miles from the hotel and traffic was light so everything worked out fine. The hotel had a nice breakfast and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable

Great for early morning flights - close to airport. We used the park & fly program. The Black Bear Diner was across the street & has excellent food. Also has a Butger King which is very convenient!

The staff was so kind, and friendly. They made sure we had our wake up calls on time,we always had clean towels etc. The quick breakfast was really good and they always had it stocked.

If you factor in the $5 per person airport charge, if you are traveling with the family, the total cost gets closer to the nicer hotels. The location is a bit noisy, and our room was not so fresh smelling. Beds are pretty hard. My wife told me I should have booked somewhere else. There was almost a foul up on the airport transport departing the the airport, they were late but the desk attendant was on top of it and called right on the hour when the minivan didn't show.

This hotel was a great value! Our room had a nice sitting area plus a little kitchenette with a frig, microwave, and sink. Everything was clean and comfortable.

There were hookers and pimps in the motel and sitting outside. Your office staff spoke broken English at best and had no clue what we were saying. Try getting people that can speak the English language.

Comfortable and quiet, even though it is located right next to the freeway. A Black Bear Diner and a Burger King are just a few steps away.

When I walked in the last at the counter was so nice. The room was kept clean everything seemed perfect until I suddenly wake up at 4am by an obnoxious ringer. It was coming from the hotel phone. I answered but there was no one on the other end. I figured it was a wake up call but for another guest simple mistake yes. But now I'm up at 4am with a 6 hour drive ahead of me with little to no sleep. It's impossible for me to be able to go back to sleep after that. Thanks

I have never stayed in a room this bad. Sheets had holes in them, the bedspread had several holes in it. The hardware in the bathroom was barely hanging on and was crooked. The paint job looked like a grade school project. It was a disappointment having stayed in other Super 8 properties. It felt like I was in a 3rd world country.

The owners of hotel were very nice. House keeping very nice. Could use some upkeep. The only thing is that you could hear every thing that was going on in other rooms. And I mean everything.

The odor was strong in the hallways and rooms, I was scared to step on the carpet without my shoes. Everything is outdated. Carpet was stained. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. No iron or blow dryer available. The breakfast was not that great. The only thing was good was the coffee, customer service and The price.
