Took our 15 year old and 3 of his friends to Sac for a concert for his bday. We were very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. We had adjoining rooms that were very clean, new, spacious and comfortable. Each room had a sofa bed, nice bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

We stayed here recently and weren't that impressed. The rooms were worn, especially the carpet (dingy) and sofa. There was only one small shampoo, despite having 4 guests and only 3 towels. My kids liked the indoor pool but it is super tiny. Breakfast was okay. In an industrial park...kind of a strange setting.

This recently-built hotel is an all-suite property, with a clever design that separates almost completely the living room (with sink and microwave and refrigerator) from the bedroom and bath. Desk staff are friendly and competent and offer goody bags when you arrive, with snacks and bottled water inside. Breakfast is free and cafeteria-style with excellent service, who ask what else you might need. Free newspapers, tea and coffee on tap 7/24. Five miles to downtown Sacramento and free parking ... Great customer service. Clean, nice sized rooms with separate seating area. Good breakfast. Pool a little small, sufficient work out area. All around exceptional. North of Sacramento, but a few minutes drive gets you downtown.

Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. The wall between the sleeping area and living area was a huge plus. There was plenty of room for our pack n play. Close to the airport, downtown etc. But in a quite business park. Breakfast was good offering hot and cold items. Will be staying again , fantastic price for the amenities.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I was there for a national high school speech competition, and I had booked 7 rooms. I had to drop the students and chaperones and go to a meeting before check in time. The young lady at the desk found me two rooms that my group could stay in until the other rooms were ready. The rooms were large and well appointed. The area was nice with plenty of food options near. The competition started early on Saturday morning, and the hotel opened the complementary br... Read more

I've been staying in Marriott properties around Sacramento for years (mainly to collect rewards points). Wish I had tried this one earlier, I would have become a regular. The room layout is superior to most places I've stayed, with a wall dividing the living and sleeping areas - so it's more deserving of the suite name. The kitchenette is very handy, and the room is spacious. Complimentary make-up wipes on the bathroom counter - a nice touch I don't remember seeing anywhere before. The property... Read more

The indoor pool was GREAT! The grill is right outside on a small patio. The rooms were clean and roomy. I stayed with my 2 boys, (who can get quite busy), they had plenty of space. The boys slept on the pull out which left me with a comfy bed to myself. The room was divided by a wall, no door... not a complaint since i knew that but the dividing wall was cool.

This was the first time we had stayed at a SpringHill Suites hotel but certainly won't be the last. The staff were courteous, professional and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. We often do sleep, park, fly from Sacramento and we will definitely do so again with this hotel. Price was competitive, shuttle was on time leaving and the pick up was smooth and convenient.

We did not like getting a call at 12:30am from the front desk. The staff said, " Is your room making too much noise? Some rooms are complaining and I'm not sure if it's your room or not." We were in bed and our room was silent. I found it VERY rude to call so late to ask us if we were making noise. She should have come upstairs to find out for herself who was making the noise instead of calling every room at such a late hour. I could clearly hear the room across the hall banging on the walls, wh... Read more

We stayed here for 4 days for a sports event. It was a very nice facility. It was updated and had everything that we needed to have a comfortable stay. The small separation between the sleeping area and the sitting area is great. It allowed for privacy when we had a few folks stop by our room. It was great having a fridge and a microwave too! Such a bonus!! The staff was very nice. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the staff at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast could get cro... Read more

This is a very modern hotel. Loved the couch area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my teacher badge for the government rate. They were giving me lots of ideas to find a way to make it work. I was able to pull up my school website with my name listed in the faculty directory and they accepted that. They also recommended a great place for dinner. Free airport shuttle and a great free hot breakfast!

Very nice hotel. It's located in a business area. Our room consisted of 2 doubles and a sofabed. There was a small sink area with a microwave and small fridge. The sofabed was better than most, they're always uncomfortable but my son said it was good enough. The bed was comfortable. It had an overall small condo like feel to it. Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Options included scrambled eggs, ham, oatmeal, cereals, pastries and breads. My only complaint was that there was something sticky on... Read more

This location is ideally situated for work in Downtown Sacramento, convenient to the Airport and close to numerous restaurants- the shuttle will take you to a wide variety of places to eat with a reservation/request and return to collect you if needed. The staff upon arrival after a very long day could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was vey clean, the bed was amazing, the living area ample so I could have a work/life separation for a period of time, and the butler area was a... Read more

Very clean facility, very nice staff from front desk to housekeeping. All very happy to assist with requests. On site laundry available, also well kept. Easy access to airport and downtown. Walkable food options are limited to fast food, plan on rental car to effectively visit the area. Found it very nice coffee, tea, ice water available to guests past normal time! Two thumbs up on that alone!

I chose this hotel for the location close to the freeway, and I couldn't be more happy with my choice. The place is great, and one of the best hotels I've stayed recently. Even though there are two parts to this story, because I stayed there on my way back also. On the first time, room 208, the best of the best: nice, quiet, and comfortable; second time, room 210, a room with a communicating door to the next room: too noisy, you can hear everything happening right next to you, especially when yo... We stayed at this hotel for a sports event at UC Davis. The location was close enough for us to travel back and forth, but plan some extra travel time for traffic. Breakfast served in the morning. Parking was easy.

We stayed here a night coming home from Washington. Really friendly front desk when we checked in, room was really bigger than we expected. Plenty of room for my two kids to stretch out from a 12hr car ride. Breakfast was good and coffee was available 24hr. Definitely recommend

We only spent one night here, but the room was clean and roomy. TV was a bit small for the room layout, but acceptable. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet, which meant a really good night's sleep. Staff was nice and provided quick service. One thing to note is this hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport. They do offer an airport shuttle. Breakfast is a notch below average, but it was better than going to the airport with an empty stomach, and it was free.

Hotel before early flight. When I checked in gave me tips on transportation. Also when telling me about breakfast I said I would be gone so he suggested a to go one. It was nice when I left I had a to go with apple yogurt and bagel I would stay here again. Easy to get to lots of parking.
