Seemed newly redecorated. Elevator a long way from entry. Breakfast lacked protein items. No hot tub but nice pool area. No restaurant on site or within walking distance. Not very many restaurants close by via driving. A/C had no temperature control, just a knob to turn fan on or off. Cleaning fluid, etc. used for cleaning was overpowering as you walked around. Ice machine on my floor did not work. Housekeeping skipped my room one day.

This hotel offers a mixed bag of results. First I want to commend them on their front desk people. I made my reservation with LaToya and she was also there to greet me when I arrived. LaToya was cheerful and helpful. I enjoyed working with he. Jade was also on staff that day and was doing a nice job as well, "J'aaaaddddeeee" Here is what is good and no so good. The elevators are the first place that most start. They are slow and the lights on most of the indicators don't work. This mea... Read more

I stayed w/my husband and two kids during a sporting event for my daughter. When we first checked in and went to room the toilet was clogged and phone didn't work. Went back down asked to have toilet fixed front desk said they weren't sure when they could get to it so they moved us to another room. Second room had a slider on the first floor that didn't lock and opened right up. I went back to front desk and they said that these were the only two rooms they had that had two beds. We checked in to an immaculate room. Left for a wedding. Returned and had four quiet hours of sleep. Hopped on Ramada's pre-heated shuttle the next morning @ 5:00am to the airport. Returned five days later. That great shuttle picked us up at the airport upon our return and delivered us to our vehicle parked at the hotel. Great service all around. Will use their Park-Stay-Fly option again!

It's definitely nicer inside than outside. The rooms were ok, some with balconies. One of the TV movie channels wasn't working. Free parking, but not very friendly service. The bar/restaurant is not up and running. Not that much in the neighborhood in terms of food or walking distance. And it was not a good value. Next time, I'll either spend a lot less and stay at a budget motel further out of town, or spend more and stay at a nicer place that's more central. Splitting the difference wa... Read more

I don't understand how I can ask for a manager 4 times throughout an entire weekend and there is never once a manager on duty (or so said the front desk staff). Starting upon arrival at 2am, it took 4 rooms and an 1 hour and 40 minutes to get into a room that had a working toilet, unclogged drains, the correct amount of beds, a working phone (oh wait that never worked), and working AC. There were ZERO staff at the front desk who showed any bit of concern for my friends and me, and the troubl... Read more

While the staff was excellent, we found the room to be lacking. The microwave stopped working after 45 seconds and wouldn't come back on. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room. Breakfast was sorely lacking and I ended up bringing my daughter to McDonald's instead.

My daughter and I spent two nights at the Ramada in Sacramento. The check n was slow but the person that checked us in was very nice and kind. He was however alone on a very busy night. I believe his name was Andrew, the only positive in the horrendous experience . The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom had hair all over the floor. I took pics. The counters were not wiped down. That was the first turn off. Called the desk and was told I'm sorry, I will note it in the computer...excuse me?... Read more

Room & bath were clean & comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Even with so many people there, it was quiet. Room service forgot to replace used towels, soap & cups. Breakfast was pretty awful - starch, starch, & more starch. How about yogurt, fruit, & more juices? The small breakfast room was a bottleneck. Desk personnel were very helpful.

The rooms are very pleasing with a nice style. It is a non-smoking hotel, but we were given a balcony room which was nice. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub. I didn't swim in it, but it looked inviting. The area is a little sketchy...a couple unsavory people walking on the street. However, I did not feel unsafe and I didn't feel weird about leaving our car in the lot. The beds are kind of hard, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, typical hotel with no problems.

The customer service was unsatisfactory. The hotel has no a/c and is hot. We planning to stay for three days and were charged the full amount and a deposit on the first day. We checked out after one night of staying there and found a better hotel. There were no screen doors for the patio. The neighborhood did not seem to safe. The pictures of this hotel are deceiving.... this hotel is in a bad neighborhood and is not kept up very well. The breakfast is lots of carbs (waffles, bagles, toast and a few cereal options) and the dining area consists of 5 bar stools that are sticky with syrup. While the rooms were updated there was fingerprints and fluid on our headboard - yuck!

Prepaid reservation for a king room with the addition of a rollaway for my adult daughter. When I arrived, I was told that no rollaways were available. After much questioning, I was offered a larger room with a hide a bed. An additional cost of $58 per night! There was no compensation for the reservation error, full price. It then took over 45 minutes to get linens for the hide a bed. Moved to another hotel for the following night.

We stayed here for one night after another local hotel had double booked and left us without accommodation. Luckily, the Ramada had availability. The room was nice enough and clean.
