We had to stay an extra day and the staff was happy to accommodate us even though they were getting booked up due to an impending storm in the mountains. Nice, clean room, good Wi-Fi, excellent customer service.

My husband and I had a very long day and arrived in Roseville only to learn that they had a location closer to my husbands Doctor appt...Stressed out thinking I couldn't change locations Maggie jumped in and called and took care of everything ! What an angel ??? Gave us directions too ! No wonder she went from housekeeping to Manager ! I really hope they appreciate her ! Thank you so much !

After having a horrible experience at the Fairfield Inn across the way, we came to Larkspur Landing at 10:15pm on a Friday night (2/26) in desperate need of a room to stay in for the weekend. The gentleman at the front desk provided superb customer service and made sure we were taken care of after our poor experience across the way. We truly appreciated the smile and friendliness that was given! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious!

We stayed here for 3 days while exploring the Roseville and El Dorado Hills areas. The staff was friendly and were helpful by providing a quiet room on the parking lot side. Hotel is adjacent I-80. Several restaurants and eating choices nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had an average selection of food choices.

This hotel overall is lovely and great value. But, it physically overlooks the freeway - I-80. The hotel tried to deaden the sound with an extra window pane, but in the case of our room, we discovered "too late" that the primary double pane window was OPEN from the outside; and you couldn't close it from inside the room. It was the noisiest night ever ! So, be sure to check all the windows to be sure that they are closed. Otherwise, it is impossible to sleep.

This is a nice hotel and we have stayed here several times. That said, they fell short this time. We always ask for a ground flood room near the lobby due to mobility issues. They put us way down the hall and we had to "hike" to our room.

Booked this place at the last minute on a Friday. It sits right across form a water park and a steakhouse - near plenty of other eating establishments and shopping in the Roseville galleria area. Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by Richelle who pulled up my reservation, gave me the rundown of the property and directed me to my room. I was instantly pleased with my accommodations. There was a full kitchen with a dishwasher, utensils and clay dishes, a full sized flatscreen, dresser, two... Read more

Altogether a very satisfactory stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, most importantly, it was also convenient from a work perspective after hours. All facilities were provided and I loved the laundry machines which told you when they were finished.

My wife and I came down for surgery and were there three days, plenty of parking, easy on and off from I 80. Extremely friendly, professional staff. Nice clean studio room. Relaxing atmosphere. Continental breakfast, large microwave, full refridge, stove top burners, dishwash machine, shuttle. Also plenty of attractions, restaurants, brewery, Whole Food's, Trader Joe's close by, and oh yah! HOT DELECTABLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES each night! A really nice touch. Fantastic value for the money.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding. The hotel was very near to the freeways and very convenient. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was lovely. We couldn't have asked for any more.

First of all, if you are lucky, like my husband, to be immune to noise and interruption, you will love this place. On the other hand, if you are anything like me, and very sensitive to noise, here are a few tips that I learned the hard way: RULE 1. Get a room away from the highway. I could feel every rumbling truck axle, and the traffic is relentless. It may seem bearable at first, but after an hour I was about to jump out of my skin. Fortunately Peggy worked with us to change us to a diff... Read more

I have stayed at this property most weeks this year. They negotiated a standard rate for our company that is very reasonable. The staff is excellent, friendly and they always welcome me by name when I walk through the door. The rooms are comfortable and clean and I feel very at home. They do breakfast every day and happy hour on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings catered by Whole Foods.

Rocky at the beginning as Expedia messed up our reservations and placed one in Sacramento and the other in Roseville.. Not sure why but it is not uncommon for Expedia to mess up is what the personnel At the hotel said...Night staff was not very helpful but allowed us to call Expedia and have the cancellation fees waived for the hotel and rebook the other location.. What could have been a nightmare was corrected after 45 mins and another 20 min drive to Roseville. Comfortable bed nice buffet brea... Read more

We have stayed here several times previously when visiting family in Citrus Heights. It represents good value for money with the inclusive breakfast and amenities provided in the room (kitchen paper, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid etc) We book a one bedroom suite and like the space that gives. We used the laundry as our visit was part of a longer trip. Well located for Westfield Roseville, Fountains and the waterpark. Nick checked us in and was always friendly when we saw him on the fr... We were in Roseville for the USTA sectionals at Johnson Ranch Raquet club and this hotel was perfect. The kitchen was great with a full size refrigerator, electric stove top and microwave and dish washer. We did not cook but were pleased to have the facilities available if needed. Bed very comfortable and shower very good. Front desk attendants very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was nice. Only downer was it is right on the highway and quite loud at night from traffic. Other wise we would g... Read more

Staff was excellent. I was here to see my daughter after a long absence.Staff member helped me with a road map to make sure I did not miss our meeting. I owe this person more than he knows. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would easily stay here again or recommend to others.

The location was next to the freeway with some options nearby, but overall not the best. Roseville has so many other options that are located near the town center. The hotel seemed dated, with an attempted update to the bathrooms. It was more of an extended stay hotel with kitchens.

We are Gary n Sindy. We both have been through major travel trips and know great stuff through experience. Amazing hotel very clean, appointed and friendly feel about the whole hotel. The staff! Wow! Been coming here very often through the last year or two. The staff from Peggy, Nick, Front Desk and the entire Housekeeping staff. The wonderful Hispanic lady in the kitchen area is so wonderful. We had a quiet room to ourselves. It was clean and well kept with a mini kitchen and appliances for our use. Close to the mall and restraunts. Friendly staff, will stay again. Nothing fancy, wish it was a bit cheaper. We had to ask for extra coffee and plates but again staff was friendly and we never felt bothered. Thanks for a comfortable weekend!

We had a group of 30 for a business meeting coming to town for a business meeting, and Heather helped us tremendously with arranging our rooms. She responded quickly all the time and answered every question with as much information as possible. We heard good things in the morning about the rooms and having happy customers for us is important, and for Larkspur to be able to add to their happiness is wonderful! The hotel was close to a lot of dining locations, and also the galleria. It gave our gu... Read more
