Easy check in, about 15 min to Cherry Island Soccer Complex and clean sheets. Breakfast was simple, but hey there was a pancake maker machine and plenty of fruit and coffee. I appreciated the two washer dryers, perfect for those dirty soccer uniforms. Beds were comfy, perfect for a overnight for the team. Will definitely book again.

Stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Sacramento Airport-Natomas to be close to the Sleeptrain Arena for a graduation. It was 4 minutes away! Location was easy to find and close to many restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. The suite was much bigger than I expected and had all of the comforts of home. Free wifi and hot breakfast were the icing on the cake. Thank you Homewood for a great visit!

We like staying at this hotel - easy access to airport, good rates, comfortable and affordable. We would recommend it to all!!! Dinner options and wine and beer offered, breakfast in the morning. Parking for airport and friendly staff. Clean rooms and convenient to other restaurants and shopping. Affordable and great place to stay. Hope they keep their rates affordable, and a shuttle to the airport.

The hotel has several benefits such as it was clean, there is a kitchen and needed amenities in the room, and it is very close to the airport with a free shuttle and parking while on your trip for a higher room rate. However, the service we experienced was of poor quality. When checking in, one of the first things the lady behind the desk did was to make a comment putting down her coworker making it awkward for us. Then many times we asked her questions about our stay, she would look at us like ... Read more

This hotel is located near the airport, in North Sacramento, and adjacent to I-5. The room we stayed in had two separate "areas" segregating sleeping and living areas. It also had a kitchenette. We didn'the use it, but it's a nice feature that we would enjoy on future trips. One negative was access out of the place required a u-turn in order to get back to I-5. But that was a very minor issue.

Room was nice, check in was easy. Trying to ship a package back to office, not so much. They would not let me use the shuttle to drop package off at UPS store, on the way to the airport. Label preprinted, boxed ready to go. One week later package has not shipped yet.

We drive from so. Cal to Oregon and had to make a overnight stop after driving for six hours. I don't really care for Sacramento, but nevertheless this hotel was adequate. Location is great. Facilities very clean and relatively new. However some staff do not represent the quality Hilton customer service as I would expect. Staff do not follow up appropriately to see if service has been adequately provided especially when they are in putting information in their computer system. Staff could benefit from more training. I've stayed at many Homewood's over the years. This one is probably one of the nicest and probably the most consistent. The social meals seem to have gotten simpler over the years. You used to be able to count on a main course, side, bread and salad most every night. Now munchies Monday and maybe a soup or sandwich option the other nights (at least that's what I found this trip) having said that... they still put out a decent meal and waaaay better than Resident Inn ;-)

My husband and I stayed at this hotel after our flight from Hawaii. We had been up early and on the go so having a restful stay was important as we had a long drive in the morning to get home. We caught the last 20 minutes of the evening social so we didn't have to leave the hotel to get dinner. Our room was very comfortable. The bed was really comfortable. I was able to get a document printed and faxed courtesy of the hotel before we retired for the evening. I will stay here again when tr... Read more

We booked this room because of positive reviews on the airport shuttle and it did not disappoint! With a 6am flight, we arrived early and within 5-10 min.. Staff were helpful in booking the shuttle, shared by two nearby hotels. Room was well-equipped with a small kitchen, living room and spacious, comfortable bedroom. Complimentary wi-fi worked well. Wish we could have used the pool, b-ball court and fitness center. Very quiet, being so close to the airport.

The property is close to the Sacramento International Airport, and the price was right. Very large seeming hotel, with very long corridors. The rooms are very suite-like, in that they have a well-stocked kitchen (full size refrigerator, utensils, plates, pans, etc), along with a sitting area, a small kitchen table, and a desk, in addition to the bedroom area. Very roomy, clean facilities. Breakfast is included, and I must say, though this is part of the Hilton group of properties, we spent t... Read more

We are headed home after a wedding weekend, and wanted to stay close to the airport our last night for an early morning flight. The rooms are spacious, with full kitchens -- and some easy dinner options for sale in the snack room. It looks as though they do some happy hour kind of things like nachos & Asian & Italian during the week; however we're here on a weekend. Staff seemed very professional and helpful, offering us bottled water and such upon arrival. Shower head needs some attention, ... Read more

overall, this hotel is an excellent value without any compromise for amenities (full kitchen, free breakfast, free wifi). While I only needed to stay one night it was a very comfortable stay. i strongly recommend this hotel if your needs accommodate (it's between the sacramento airport and downtown).

We booked a two bedroom suite for a fun family trip to Sacramento. As soon as we walked in we noticed that the outdated brown carpet was stained with what appeared to be hot chocolate or coffee. The wallpaper was peeling off of the walls and there was water damage on the ceiling. The beds and bathroom seemed to be okay, but we just couldn't get over how dingy the room was. The next morning they moved us to a new room that was slightly better but overall the hotel was gross. We ended up check... Read more

This is my go-to hotel to stay at when I have early morning flights out of Sacramento. The hotel is clean and modern, and has a decent free breakfast in the morning. This hotel is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. There is also a Peet's coffee inside the Raley's grocery store about 5 minutes down the street. The Malabar restaurant next door is a great place for dinner

I am not the most safety conscious person out there, so for me to start off a review concerning the parking lot being dark is a first. I had to leave the hotel at 5 AM to get to the airport and I was very uncomfortable walking to my car and standing outside of the car putting the suitcase and other items into the trunk. They definitely need more lighting in their parking lot for guests to feel safe. The hotel itself is nice. It is located near several busy roads, so the rooms facing their cour... Read more

I stayed here because it was affordable and close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised to see my room was complete with a kitchenette, couch, and desk. Aside from the hotel carpet in the hallways, I was impressed that the décor was modern and looked new. The front desk employees were friendly. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. I left too early but they had buffet at 6:00am. I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay there again.

The hallways and room smell like a Victorian hotel or house. You quickly get used to it, but ew! Breakfast was not hot, and not as good as other Homewood Suites that I had visited recently. The room looked clean enough, but I don't feel it is as nice as others. On a positive note...Big TVs with a crisp picture in both bedroom and living room with lots of channels.

We have stayed here a few times when we wanted to gather with family for celebrations. The 2 bedroom suites are great, and the outdoor patio area and the lobby seating area (where breakfast is served) are nice for gathering. The suites could stand some deep cleaning of carpets, and possibly a little more TLC. There was food left in the garbage disposal and the kitchen smelled a little. We would stay here again, however. It is convenient to the airport and to places to eat and shop.
