This is a very good and solid Hilton hotel with everything that you expect: everything is clean, the rooms are spacious, the hotel feels modern yet classy. They have a started to install USB ports along the power outlets throughout the room, so it is easier to charge your portable electronics. There is some noise from the nearby freeway, but when closing the windows you barely hear anything. If you are very noise sensitive though, ask for a room that does not face the freeway. Stayed here for a one night stay while on business. Hotel itself is quite nice and clean. Location is just ok. Nothing within easy walking distance. Downstairs bar/restaurant has a great happy hour weekdays from 4p-6p with discounted food and drinks! Service all around was ok, but Kristeen at the front desk was superb. During my checkout she was very nice and went above and beyond to address a minor concern I had. Room was nicely appointed and was clean. Executive lounge had a good variety of sn... Read more

This hotel has been recently remodeled and the room interior looks really nice. The area is close to a large mall and tons of restaurants. You will need to drive or uber as this is not a great area to be walking around. I appreciated that there were cameras in the parking lot. The location is great for business meetings and a pretty central locacation to most anything you might be doing in Sac.

Amazing bed mattress and pillow. My room was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. I stayed in this hotel for a week to attend a workshop. Unless you have car it is a bit restrictive. They do offer a shuttle service and there is a mall close by. I really liked their seafood risotto.

I used the digital key check in, best idea yet, its true no lines, no fuse! If your HHonors Member especially; DIamond, Gold, Silver I'd recommend using the digital key. If you are unsure or need help have the excellent staff walk you through prior to checking in. Few things you'll need first download the HH app and log in, next make sure to use your HH# when booking your reservation and that's it!! Have the front desk walk you through the digital key on average it take about 2 mins.

The digital key on my phone via the Hilton app is a brilliant gizmo. The recent remodel has the lobby, bar and rooms looking great. I especially like that the window in my room on the 10th floor opened just enough to let some fresh air in. Parking your vehicle is free. The location of the hotel is such that there is not anything within walking distance, although there is a nice big shopping mall and restaurants less than one mile away.

This has always been my favorite hotel when I'm in Sacramento. I've stayed at this hotel for 3 or 4 years, as a flight attendant; however, it is even nicer now that they have just done a huge remodel. Each room has a refrigerator now. The food and staff are always good, and I always know that a Hilton property will have a comfortable mattress and pillows. It is very close to Arden West Mall and many restaurants.

We stayed here two nights and the feeling was pretty mixed about the place. It appears to be having some refurb work done on some floors but they are not being good at separating guests from the noise and inconvenience.
