This hotel is 'adequate' but nothing special. It's Wyndham after-all. The name includes "suites", which they are but they are basic at best. The property is quite dated and has no special features but it is a fair place to stay - just get the discount rate - you'll feel better! The location is pretty good as it's quite close to the Old Town Sacramento.

Clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Only downside is that the property is spread out into 5 pods of three story rooms that are not all interconnected so if it rains as it did when we were there you're going to make a mad dash. Buffet breakfast was good and well maintained throughout the hours of operations.

The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was clean. The mat for the tub was a nice touch. What made it an exceptionally nice stay was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I needed to return my rental car at the airport the night before. The desk staff arranged a shuttle to pick me up from the rental office and bring me back to the hotel. The driver even called me to let me know that he would be a few minutes late. He was friendly and we had a great conversation on the way back to the ... Read more

Stayed here the night before flying out on vacation. I was put in a king suite. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the television channel selection pretty good. The only downside was it was a Sunday night so their bar area was closed.

The hotel was ok. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave. I also liked the size of the bed and the high ceilings. What could be improved: Better locks on the doors. i did not feel safe in the room and was very glad I was only there for one night. The linens were not the cleanest Needed a new showerhead Some of the functions on the tv remote did not work properly

As a current Wyndham employee, I was truly appalled at my experience with this hotel. I have never written a poor review about another hotel, but I feel that as an employee and customer I was not treated right. I checked in and was signed room E112 i believe. when i about to take a shower i noticed that there was hair on the bath mat, which is gross. then I tired to put drink in the freezer, and the freezer was disgusting, looked liked it hadnt been wiped down in months and even had an old wrapp... Pros: Large room with real desk for working. Good Wi-Fi. Free parking and full breakfast. Happy hour bar open in early evening.. Comfortable bed with memory foam mattress. Large vanity sink. Quiet heat/cooling system. Reasonably priced. Easy on-off I-5 and I-80. Near city center and Sacramento River activities. Con: Only restaurant nearby is a Denny's. No good bar/restaurants within walking distance. Check-in understaffed during late afternoon rush.

I'm one of those cheap guys that uses an app that gives me the best rate which doesn't make the hotels a lot of money but puts a roof over my head for the night. Some of the less reputable hotels use this as permission to roll their eyes at me when I check in and do their best to give me the worst room they can. However, when I approached the front desk and gave them my name, the very friendly Brianna informed me that she had already gone back into the office and pulled my information off of the... Read more

On the positive side, check-in was very quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast has a lot of choices, including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, waffles, juice, milk and coffee. You won't go hungry. The downside is the rooms. The bed was so hard I was actually sore from lying on it. I wondered if there was plywood under the mattress. Our room had not been given a good cleaning in a long time. A handy place to stay if you're flying out from the airport. They run a shuttle 24 hours on the hour but make sure you put your name down for it. It does fill up but it is free. The property is an older property, but the bed (memory foam) is one of the most comfortable. The property is expansive, but has a gate surrounding it and I always feel safe. All the rooms face an indoor hallway that has a keycard entry. ... Read more

I have stayed at this location several times. Service and facilities were great. However... I am disappointed to say this time no recommended points. My room the chair and foot rest were torn and very worn and stained to the max.. There was a Crack in the bathtub and what looked like mold on the wall of the bathroom tub room. Mold is a very bad issue for people with immune issues especially the elderly. The bed covering also seemed very used and had holes in e fabric and they were several inche... Read more

Called for pick up after a long day of travel. Waited over 45 min. The ride to hotel was just 11 min. Why did we have to wait so long for shuttle? It was cold & dark & we were TIRED. You advertise pick up on call & as far as I'm concerned you misrepresented yourself. There are several other new park & ride facilities in your neighborhood that I will try next time. When we checked in we were given the wrong key & then the wrong room. A very confused man was at the front desk. We were repeat cust... Read more

Couple of issues in the room, broken furniture, hole in bed spread. Clean room, great staff. The breakfast was awesome, most hotels with free breakfast give you a english muffin a pocket of jelly. This place had a FULL breakfast, with a waffle maker.

We had excellent customer service. However our room smelt like smoke and was coming through the bathroom vent. The bathroom sink was deteriorating. The air conditioner did not work. There was not sponge or dishwasher soap in the room. There was a hole in the comforter. The shower curtain had no plastic and the water went through the fabric and got the floor wet. The internet was good when connected however you have to constantly reconnect your phone

The main problem I had was the cleanliness of the place. The buildings are old -- and have a musty smell. The floor was uneven -- I could feel bumps under the carpet. The bedspread has stains on it -- see the photo below. The better parts were a good TV, fast and friendly service. The breakfast was O.K. -- eggs were not good.

The common areas were dirty, so was the elevator. The layout of the buildings is awkward. We were first assigned to a room 3 buildings away, the key did not work and it upset the man already sleeping in the room. After treking back to the lobby with our luggage we got an unoccupied room. It was very worn out but clean but I did kill a roach in the bathroom. When I got home my credit card was charged $10 more than the receipt showed. I called and was not helped at all. The clerk said my se... Read more

Upon arrival at the hotel, I presented my ID and major credit card. The clerk upon seeing my Visa told me that they did not accept debit or prepaid cards at the front desk. I told them it was a company visa card and that I had stayed at other Wyndham Resorts without any problems. Again I was told they don't accept these type of cards, I am ticked because they are making this an issue at the front desk with other customers around (who seemed to have no problem with their cards). When I kept insis... Read more

Room was old and had a real strong smell of human pee. The only way I could sleep was to close the bathroom door and keep both windows open. The problem with that was there was people outside talking till late.

I booked a room for a special event on my boyfriend's birthday. I'd just flown to my home state after a long business trip, then hopped in a car and drove out of state for this event. The room was booked well in advance (June 7, 2016 for a stay Oct 21-24) for $287.68 including fees, taxes, etc. Upon arrival the atmosphere in the lobby was hostile and insane! Customers were at the counter acting completely out of control, freaking out, screaming at staff and threatening them. Another guest walked... Read more

Very convenient if you have an early morning flight or if you don't want to use the parking at the airport. Shuttle drivers are friendly and prompt. Rooms need updating and hotel is big so you may have to walk a ways with your luggage. But, a good deal if you need to stay in Sacramento a night before or after a flight.

I recently used the Park and Fly at your hotel. It was great to be able to park at the hotel, get a shuttle to the airport and then return a week later, late at night and not have to drive home. We had a different shuttle driver each time but both were friendly and so helpful and the breakfast the next morning was amazing. Anything you could have wanted to eat. Thank you so much.

This hotel was nothing like what the pictures showed. It was very run down and dirty. Found hair hanging from the lamp, and in the tub. Tub was all peeling and rusty. Floors looked yucky. Beds were comfy which was good and breakfast was really good. Also I was super disappointed about the pool. When I called to book this hotel I specifically asked if the pool was heated and they told me yes. I only booked this hotel because they said they had a heated pool. Come to find out the pool is heated to... Read more

FEW things that were wrong were... tv remote didn't work, coffee maker leaked, used soap in bath in tub. The most disgusting part of the room were the roaches I found in the bathroom and the pubic hair all over the bathroom floor around and behind toilet. Apparently they don't really sweep or clean. First time staying here and it was horrible.

For the price this is a great place to stay. Not a lot of restaurants in the area but you have a partial kitchen to cook in and they let you know that there shuttle is available to take you to some additional restaurants if you would like.
