Really nice hotel for the night, if we stop in Sac for a weekend would be happy to stay again, the room was very clean and the bar and restaurant were also very nice. lovely that they had a free shuttle to the airport as we needed to be there at 6am, highly recommend for a short stay.

I have spent the night here a couple of times prior to a flight out for business and it is just ok. The rooms are clean which is most important but the bed was worn and saggy. The bathrooms have an automative exhaust fan that is not separate from the light and is ridiculously loud. This happened to be my first stay at a Starwood property as a platinum member and the desk staff not only did not recognize this, which is totally understandable, but did not recognize my gold status as well. It wasn'... Read more

Very comfortable beds. Clean and fresh rooms. Free parking. Easy to find and easy to get back on I- 5. Nice little bar and pub food. It is ten minutes from old town if you wanted to go out for full dinners. Panera Bread is close down the street if wanted light dinner. We had a family event last year for a graduation. Worked well for everyone flying.

Take care when expecting to be picked up from the airport in a timely manner. We waited 45 minutes and were told the delay was because the driver was on a dinner break. After a long flight, not what you want to hear and sounds more like a mom and pop B&B than a major hotel chain? Won't risk it again with more reliable options.

It was quiet; it was clean. Certainly nothing too fancy. Tolerable for a quick business trip. Staff were nice. The price was right-- they accommodated my need for a reduced state employee rate. Not all the hotels in Sacramento would do that, surprisingly.

Arrived at tthe Sacramento AP around midnight. Used the airport shuttle to be picked up from the airport and was about a 40 minute wait. The room was reasonable but the bed was just about due for replacement. The check in clerk and check out clerk were both friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I like to stay at hotels that when you walk in they sparkle. This one does not. Again not bad not great.

Was traveling next day so needed a place close to the airport. This place was right off the interstate, but still pretty quiet. Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was very functional with good water pressure on the shower. This may sound funny, but I give it a 10/10 on positioning of the toilet tissue - most hotels require one to be a contortionist to reach it. :-) Also kudos to having dispensers in the shower itself - very convenient. Another great thing was the ability ... Read more

My wife booked our room directly with SPG on a same day prepaid rate. When completed through the SPG app she realized she had made a mistake and booked the room for the next day not for the same day arrival we had intended to book. This was an honest mistake on our part and at no time did we try to blame anyone else, we were just hoping to get our money credited towards our intended stay, and when we immediately looked the rates were still identical for the day we wanted to stay and the one day ... Hotel is clean and set up well. The front desk staff was amazing. The ac worked quickly and well. The showers were decent, had the curtain road that curved so you had space in the shower. The faucet was a bit old and rustle and it took awhile to get the the hot water to go. They've chosen to not give you small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in favor of pumps mounted in the shower. They worked fine, but I felt like I was at my local gym. The mattress was to first sign of a bad n... Read more

The hotel itself is very, very nice. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, clean, modern can't say enough about the rooms but do not eat at the restaurant. We have stayed at this Sheraton twice. It is close to the airport and near restaurants. Both times we arrived after a long day and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. First time, the food was mediocre. This time my husband got sick. We ate there around 6:30 pm and they were out of several choices from the menu. Our food arrived cold and... Read more

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is so comfortable and clean. The hotel gym is great. I wanted some hard boiled eggs in the morning, they aren't on the menu, but they offered to make me some. I didn't have a chance to use the pool, but the area looked very nice

This place was kinda creepy. It is very old but did have flat screen tv. There was no door to the bathroom so you are exposed. The elevator was so tiny, you can only fit 3 people with very small luggage. The front desk had a plexiglass-glass window so you had to pass your credit card thru the window. But, for only $65/night it worked for me.

Everything about this place was awesome! The rooms were super clean. The Staff was so polite and helpful and don't even get me started on how comfortable the beds are. If oh go to Sacramento....Stay here. The pool area, restaurant/bar area was fantastic as well.

Visited Sacramento in May on business and stayed at the Four Points hotel. Sacramento was a fantastic city to visit. Lots of things to see and do. Found the people there very friendly The Four Points was a very clean hotel. Will go back with my wife for a personal visit soon. Well worth the time and money to see

If in Sacramento for business I found this to be a great place to stay. It is mid-way between the airport and downtown, so close to both and without the expense of staying directly in downtown. There were a couple things in the room that were a little old and worn (see picture of the desk chair) and need some replacement. But other than that it was clean, staff were friendly, and I was happy. If in Sacramento on business and you're a Starwood person, this is a good option.

I checked into the Four Points Sheraton on July 21, 2016 as it was near the airport and I had a 7 am flight back to Honolulu next day, the 22nd. In my rush to check-out and to catch the 5 am hotel airport shuttle, I had left a newly purchase blue jacket blazer in the room closet cabinet (Room no. 110). I called the hotel the next day after realizing the loss and the desk clerk took my mailing address and phone number to say if the item was found they would mail back and use my credit card in... Stayed a night in the hotel when we visited Sacramento on business. Close proximity to the airport. Free parking. Hotel is quite basic inside. Cleaning was ok. Breakfast was standard buffet. When my colleague wanted to take orange from the buffet they wanted to charge 1,5 USD for it. Even when we said that I pay for the breakfast they still wanted to charge. Weird.

I booked this hotel last minute for a business trip, when I arrived I was checked in quickly but I wasn't informed about anything about the hotel, just handed my keys and told the elevators were on the right. As I write this, I still don't know if they had a breakfast because they didn't say anything about it when I checked in although I did see people eating in what looked like may have been a breakfast room as I was on my way to a Starbucks a mile up the road. When I got to my room, my sheet... Read more
