Thank you Tracey for going above and beyond to help me extend my stay even though you were completely booked. I will never forget your kindness when I was going through a very stressful situation. You were the best!

the second night I was there, few dozens high school kids on a college tour checked in. They were running all over the hallways screaming and slamming doors until close to midnight. It took three calls to the front desk before things quieted down. I went to my business meeting the next morning exhausted.

This isn't the first time I've stayed here. When I'm on travel in Sacramento I tend to stay at this Marriott. The staff is nice, the location is clean, and its a quiet place. When I'm back in the area, I will certainly be staying here again.

A lovely hotel super friendly and helpful. I went to a conference there, amazing food and vegetarian if you want in oodles. Great service and attention too. The only reason it got only 4 stars, is due to the front desk not knowing about motorcycle parking and I am still working on the answer to that, Aaron the manager is on a call. There appears to be motorcycle access that bypasses the ticket machine and on entering there is an area that appears to be for motorcycle parking tho not signed as s... Read more

I'm staying here currently. My room is large, comfortable and clean. Pool looks very nice. Lobby area is nice and there are two computers with free printing, very important for business travel. There don't seem to be too many restaurants nearby. I had dinner last night and breakfast this morning at the hotel's bistro. Last night they told me they were "running low on wine." This morning they were "out of yogurt." They seem to have a supply issue that needs some fixing. Food is pretty bad, too. ... Read more

It's a what you get for your money hotel. Little loud for my taste, I could hear the TV's in the next room but I don't think that's abnormal. A few streets away is a gorgeous area that I recommend visiting (40 streets).

The staff was very nice, and the Starbucks in the lobby was a great place to start my mornings each day. However, the hotel was a bit pricey in my opinion for the value--no complimentary breakfast, little restaurant variety close by, rooms were clean but a bit too modern for my taste. Although, it was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. While the restaurant attached to the hotel made delicious food, it was a little expensive for breakfast. Overall, it was a nice quiet place to ... Read more

We stay here every year when we come to the UC Davis conference and it is great place to stay and walking distance to the UC Davis conference. They have added parking fee which was not there before. They probably realized some conference people were parking here without staying and decided to charge everyone. As a Gold Member of Marriott thought they would wave the parking fee as we did stay there.

My best friend and I traveled here for 2 nights, 3 days to get out of town. The hotel was wonderful! We arrived 2 hours early after being awake for 9 hours and our room was ready! SOOOOO happy! Per the front desk staff, all rooms have been recently remodeled. The room had 2 comfy Queen beds, a microwave, mini fridge, large bathroom and all the extras. We stayed on the 4th floor, room 432. This was perfect. We were overlooking the pool area, close to the elevators, but not next to it. Th... Read more

Came to this hotel for tournament in the area. Upon arrival I noticed bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (hair on counter) & was given only a quarter roll of TP. Parking was charged to my card at $8 per day but my parking pass had to be changed out daily. I ended up paying out of pocket rather than running in to exchange the expired pass which I was not informed would expire. Parking is also very narrow. Second day, my daughter had to kill a small roach on the wall... That's an issue. Pool was... Read more

My fiancé and I stayed at the courtyard Marriott in midtown for a weekend in August just to get out of town a couple of nights. Over all really great hotel for the cost. Pros: - super clean rooms - bathtubs - bistro - nice pool - aesthetically pleasing interior design Cons: - pillows were very hard and not good for sensitive necks - not near much There wasn't much to complain about during our stay, it was very pleasant, I really liked the Art Deco, turn of the century style furnishings a... We came here on a business trip. We enjoyed the clean, modern room with mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave ( we didnot need ). The gym was wonderful as made me ready for the meeting. It is located within 10-15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go.

Staff there is sympathetic. One of the housekeeping managers (forget her name, but left her a recommendation) was just so lovely to always greet you, ask you how you are doing. They realize most of their guests are busy with someone in hospital, and as such, treat their guest accordingly. They even joked, and said, most guests say they hope they don't come back. I could say the same... as lovely as the staff were, after a few days or weeks of hospital, you never want to see a hospital again.... Read more

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott for one night in Sacramento. The hotel looked nice from the outside and the lobby was nicely decorated. We booked our room through Expedia and when we checked I. We were charged an extra $20 for incidentals. There was only 2 people working at the counter and the phone was ringing off the hook, which increased our wait time a bit. The room was very small. We were o it there a short time, 1 night. I was expecting to have a better experience as I have stayed at o... Read more

This courtyard was efficient at check in and has a very nice staff. Highly recommended. Rooms are very much up to date and up to Marriott's high standards This hotel is a very short (3.5 miles or around 20 minutes) ride to Midtown Sacramento or only a $7.50 Uber charge.
