The Courtyard Inn was very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Although convenient to major transportation routes, it was "off-the-beaten-path" in a tree canopied part of the city. Unfortunately, our room was next to the elevator, and we heard all the conversations of people coming and going.

Miss Diana at the front desk gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. She was very friendly and helped get us set to get to the airport very early the next morning. We needed to drop off our rental not long after we checked in and she drove the shuttle out to pick us up. The room was very comfortable and even has a nice little patio overlooking the pool. Tucked away in a business park the neighborhoods nearby seemed pretty nice. My wife and I both enjoyed our night and had a very easy out to the ... Read more

I was here for 2 nights Feb/March. It was close to I-5 freeway yet very quiet. The surrounding property is beautiful with all the trees and even some wild turkeys walking by. Apon arrival I was greeted with a very friendly hello and a smile. That goes a long way with me. My room was nice. Had a couch, desk, flat screen television, refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. ( I think all these Marriott owned properties have the best beds). Love all the pillows. Hit the bar night one for two beers a... Read more

Rather than drive 3 hrs on Saturday early am we opted to book a last minute room in Sacramento on Friday night. Booked at 7pm and was checking in by 11pm. The front desk had a line of several people checking in at the same time. However the staff were extremely friendly and took their time with each person. We asked for directions to the nearest gas station (2 blocks over) and picked up some diet coke, ice cream and snacks for the room as the selection in the hotel lobby did not have what we... We are Marriott Rewards members so we always search first for a Marriott and picked this hotel for the easy access to interstate 5 and the airport. It is a nice hotel and since we had an early flight they let us have an early move in. The room was clean and we took a daytime walk to a nearby restaurant on the river. There is a small bistro on the premises but no one seemed to use it.

Although a Marriott Rewards member I generally do not stay at Courtyard's. I rated this a four, as the hotel rooms were clean, the building and grounds fine, even the swimming pool (under repairs) was fixed ahead of schedule. On site Bistro, while expectedly a little pricey, was open early and food was fine. In addition I thought the rates were very reasonable. Whether I would recommend using this hotel depends upon your priorities. If you are staying just a night before or after a flight then I... Read more

This hotel was in a very nice area about 15 minutes from the airport and only a few exits from downtown. I loved the location and was excited to see wild turkeys walking around the parking lot. Once I saw them I looked for them every day of my almost 2 week stay. I enjoyed where the hotel was situated and it was quiet and peaceful. Perfect for walks and reflection. 24 hour fitness center and laundry facility was a plus. The Caf'e was nice, pricey, but nice and the staff at there was outsta... Read more

This Courtyard is consistent with the style and quality of other Courtyard hotels - modern, clean, and comfortable. It is close the freeway yet not on top of it, hence creating a much more peaceful atmosphere, even in the busy summer travel season. I would definitely stay here again.

Service at the cafe/bar left a little to be desired but the SW Cobb salad was good and the beer cold. Appeared to be understaffed. This is a modern Courtyard tucked into the trees north and west of downtown Sac. It is 10 minutes to the airport. It is a bit confusing with numerous outside doors facing the parking lots but I suppose you could learn its twists and turns soon enough. I loved the inner courtyard and pool set up. Looks like it can handle a lot of people but was barely occupied l... Read more

This place is convenient for travelers, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I found the front desk staff unusually friendly, and the quality of the (made to order) breakfast unusually good. They even had a small selection of cold beer available for thirsty travelers in a small fridge to the right of the front desk, so fear not if you arrive mid afternoon. I liked this place.

It was great. The staff was amazing. If we needed anything they did their best to get us what we needed. The rooms are spacious and there is a couch with pull out bed. The WiFi is good there is also a small refrigerator. The parking is great for where your room is at. The I-5 is really close. There are parks and resturants near by.

The two staff members that we had the pleasure of dealing with were Diana and Norm. They were great! The room was very nice. It had a refrigerator but no microwave. They also have free WiFi. Would stay again.

We stayed here for one night after visiting Yosemite on our way to Portland. Nice welcoming staff and clean rooms with two actual Queen beds. They did not offer a complimentary breakfast but did have a mini restaurant if you wanted something to eat. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the sheets felt worn. We checked in late and left early to continue our road trip. I would stay here again,

Great hotel with excellent service and strategically located to downtown Sacramento. Hotel service provider great meals in their breakfast and dinner menu. Large and roomy comfortable shuttle to the airport and Amtrak station. Both of which I used on this trip.

I initially chose this place based on the great rate compared to other hotels in the area but found the nice hidden location to actually be convenient and handy. Had business in both Sacramento and a weekend football game at UC Davis. This location took care of both at a great rate. There is food in the hotel and several good restaurants within walking distance on the river. I had to be to airport way early and the shuttle at 5am got me there in almost 15 min. Thanks! Very good service by all at... Read more

I stayed for two nights on a business trip and I slept very comfortably! The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle to and from the airport. It's fairly close to restaurants ( walking distance!) and downtown. I stayed in a room with a king size bed. They have a bistro, exercise center and outdoor pool for amenities. I'd stay again!

Stayed here one night due to a work-related training in Sacramento. Spotless room and friendly staff, especially at The Bistro. I had the odd experience of someone removing the "do not disturb" sign off my door late in the evening, but that's not a reflection of the property itself, just bizarre. Plenty of parking, perhaps not as well-lit as I would have liked given the proximity to the freeway, but I had no problems walking on the property after dark. I ordered dinner from The Bistro, th... As I noted in title, this was a quiet and pleasant hotel to stay at, in a nice part of town. Pretty easy to get to downtown area, or easy to get to airport. Good place to stay for business during the week, or for a weekend outing. It is also a great spot for bicycling, as a good ride along Garden Highway or easy access to Discovery Park to access the American RIver bike trails. The hotel, or the Marriot chain, is just cheap on some things like no free breakfast, no microwave ovens in rooms, ... Read more

Super Marriott Courtyard experience. Friendly and helpful greeting with super efficient check-in. 1/2-mile away are 3-choices of restaurants. Updated bar in the Courtyard with very good service. Easy 10-minutes to the airport.

My husband and I stayed at the Courtyard/Natomas 11/4-5/2016. We will look for other Marriott Courtyard hotels in future travels based on our experience there. Friendly and efficient staff, clean hotel and beautifully decorated, comfortable bed.

I recently stayed one night at the Marriott Courtyard Sacramento Natomas. The hotel is listed as an airport hotel, but it is actually quite aways away from SMF airport, and is actually closer to downtown Sacramento. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just north of the city. There's not much to walk to around the hotel, but everything you need is a short drive away. My big complaint about the hotel is with the airport shuttle service. I purposely picked this Marriott property versus others... Read more
