I had to wait to give this review because we were told upon our check out on Sunday, May 1st that a manager would contact us by that Wednesday. Well, it is now 2 weeks later, May 14th, and no contact. We were SO disappointed with this last stay. We had made reservations in February for an annual conference in Citrus Heights. We had requested the same room we had stayed in for the past 2 years. And had had great experiences previously. This time didn't go so well... When we arrived on Fri... Read more

this hotel always gets high rating for me. I have never been an unsatisfied customer. The hotel staff are always friendly and I do not recommend any other hotel in the area when guests come to tow. My guests are always completely satisfied and if there was a problem I am sure that management would be very accommodating to our request.

Had a great experience staying at the Hampton Inn. Very clean and friendly environment. From the moment you walk through the door. First stay was in January of 2016 and went back May 2016. And will definitely be back again.

This Hampton Inn is convenient to the interstate, but also just about a mile from Roseville's attractive downtown. A long walk, but walkable. Hotel has all the expected Hampton amenities, and there are some restaurants close by if you don't want to drive to get a meal. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will again when I'm in the area.

Made a quick trip over the hill from Reno with my mother and sister to visit a relative in the hospital nearby and decided last minute to stay the night. Checked trip advisor for ratings on places near the hospital and this property rated the best. Relatives in the area also recommended and so I booked and happy I did. Booked a double queen suite which was very spacious - had separate sink, microwave and refrigerator which was great for us. Clean room and comfortable beds which was nice after a ... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while doing some business and sight-seeing in the area. Hotel was conveniently located right on I80, and the area is busy with traffic and traffic noise but it wasn't bothersome at all. The hotel was clean, comfy, and staff was super friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was good. Cookies were yummy. Used the outdoor pool a couple times and it was very nice, relaxing. Would stay here again.

This is a WONDERFUL place to stay. Clean rooms, comfortable pillows, room to spread out after long trip. Emplyees will do anything to make patrons stay enjoyable except tuck you in & kiss your forehead (they may do that too but we didn't ask.)

The Inn was comfortable, the room was large, the beds were comfy. Not in a great neighborhood. Looked kind of creepy. Bars and such. a little over priced, but in all it was okay. Lots of towels a plus. Breakfast was just okay.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We, my sisters and I, were traveling with my 86 year old mother, who has had a stoke and needed a handicap room. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

The hotel was the typical Hampton Inn. It was too far away from our event at the Sacramento Aquatic Center which made it inconvenient. The hotel is little quirky to access. One has to go through a strip center and wind around the parking lot. Is a fine hotel if you have nearby meetings.

I came in late and left just after breakfast. It was a very quick trip, but I slept well after a long drive. My room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and satisfying. Check out was easy.

Comfortable room, convenient location. Staff was helpful. Parking was plentiful and easy to find, despite a fairly busy night. Would return here if I had the need. Recommend it to anyone passing through or traveling to this location. Great to have a complimentary breakfast and coffee service 24/7.

We always enjoy staying at this Hampton Inn. They hotel staff are always nice, friendly, and accommodating. We like the positive phrases left on some of the bananas. It's a quiet location and parking has been easy for us. We'll be staying here the next time we are in Roseville, CA.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Roseville on a business trip. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were centrally located and clean. Additionally, they served an excellent complimentary hot breakfast.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. Dinner, a problem. Little is available within walking distance and nothing available at the hotel. I used the "room service" menu in the room. Oops! Out of date and the wrong pricing. Mediocre taste to the chicken fettuccini and not hot enough to tell it was a sauce.

This is a terrific hotel that provides a great room for a great price! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The bathrooms were very roomy with a large shower/tub. I mention this because many hotels I have stayed in had bathrooms so small, it was suffocating. The complimentary breakfast was a hot breakfast with many choices to choose from, which varied daily, instead of your usual continental breakfast that most hotels serve. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I ... Read more

We've stayed here often when we're in Sacramento because of the convenience (near my sister-in-laws) but it's always been excellent. My last review, in 2012, mentioned the great staff. Our visit this June was the same- pleasant, clean, and outstanding help from the staff. shout out to Raven who did much to make our visit easier. This Hampton Inn is a bargain; the staff are more accommodating and friendly than many high end resorts.

This Hampton Inn is pretty accommodating for sports teams. The only problem can be if you need refrigerators for your players. You need to ask the staff for them because the rooms do not necessarily have them already there. Also, there were no microwaves other than the one in the breakfast area. The hotel lets you use that microwave though during the day if you need to heat something up. Otherwise, the staff is pretty nice and the rooms are good.

This was our second stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Roseville and it didn't disappoint. From the moment we checked in until we left three days later we were treated with a welcoming friendliness that is so rare in today's world. The front desk staff, the housecleaning staff and the breakfast room staff were all professional and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, COOL (it averaged 104 degrees that week) and comfortable. I'd definately stay here again. Only one item. Third Floor room did have some noise awareness from others. But i didn't lose any sleep !

Coffee, tea and diffused water in lobby at all times was a plus. Great staff who were friendly and helpful. I will be staying there again next meeting or training in Roseville.

We arrived late afternoon, after having a terrible experience at a different hotel. We had a trailer loaded with jet skis that we needed to make sure were parked somewhere safe. The manager, Martha, was so understanding and helpful. We were able to park under the canopy outside the front door so that our skis were safe. I would definitely stay here again simply because of the quality of service and courteousness of the manager.

Checkin was simple and the individual working was friendly and professional. The room was a little dark in decor but the furniture was clean, comfortable, and in good repair. There is the sign on top of the building, right next to 80 (no sound, though) but no entrance sign. You have to go all the way around the corner, enter the little strip mall, and then drive through the parking lot back to the hotel. Great location once you know where it is. Usual great service, lovely staff, yummy breakfasts including very fresh California fruit (Oatmeal needs to be started long before breakfast starts - still watery at 7:30 and opens at 6).
