We stayed just one night on the way between Death Valley and sequoia national parks. Service was friendly, the rooms were spacious and spotless. The manager gave good advice on road conditions the next morning. Breakfast was standard US fare but nice eggs and bagels.

We stopped in Ridgecrest, CA on our way from L.A. to Death Valley. We arrived that it was already dark and we left the day after in the morning. So not too much time to spend there. The Quality Inn was absolutely perfect for our needs. The rooms are big and clean. The Hotel is on the main road, so very easy to locate and to reach. A lot of parking. The breakfast was absolutely ok even if, as often happens in US, during busy timings it's difficult to find a seat. Definitely a great choice in Ridg... Read more

Nice outside appearance. Probably built in 70's and renovated. Rooms have been recently painted, carpeted etc. Could hear room next door occupants, not understand what was said but it was fairly noticeable. When they turned on their tub it made a roaring noise in our room. Floor had a bad squeak where room met bathroom. We tried our best to step over the squeaky area so as not to disturb folks under us. Too bad when they redid the rooms that they didn't screw down floors in bad spots before they... Read more

I've had 5 stays here for business. The decor does look quite dated in my opinion, but it's not run down or dirty. All my rooms here have been clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is pretty standard. There is a good selection of foods, such as scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffle iron, oatmeal, and yogurt. I wasn't a fan of the scrambled eggs; they tasted pre-made. Would be nice if they also had hard-boiled eggs. The best part is that they open breakfast at 5am, so some... Read more

A lady named Janet checked us in and was very helpful . VERY COMFORTABLE and clean room. Extremely quiet. I had a broken tent that I needed to throw out and front desk guy helped me throw in bin and was kind and courteous about my problem!!! Reasonably priced and good breakfast.

Drove to Ridgecrest from south of Los Angeles for a night stay. We were attending a graduation in the nearby city of Trona and Trona had no hotels.I was greated at the fron desk by the clerk and manager David Koon. They were very friendly and the checking was quick.I booked two rooms and both were very clean. The beds had 4 pillows each and were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, good water pressure and plenty of towels. We had a good night sleep. The area was quiet. Breakfast wasl s... Read more

Nothing fantastic, but no complaints. Room was clean, shower was good, easy in and out. We were passing through and just tired of driving, so this worked for us. Hotel was very full when we were there. No elevator, so be ready to carry bags.

This place is more than plenty. We were just there for one night because we were leaving for Death Valley the next day. The front desk is extremely friendly and they provided great service. The room is very spacious, fairly modern, and clean. Also the complimentary breakfast was great with waffles, oatmeal, yogurt etc. Also, the hotel is located on the main street in the town with a short drives access to supermarkets, restaurants, and even a startbucks.

Even though the hotel is aged and shows it, our stay here was pleasant because of the front desk staff. They were able to give advice on routes and things to do and did it with ease. The rooms were clean and the beds good, so what more could you ask for?

The Quality Inn hotel in Ridgecrest offers a cool respite with air conditioning from the brutal July heat. This is a simple, no-frills place to stay with excellent staff. Breakfast is fair with traditional "hotel" eggs, waffles and cereal.

We stayed here on our way to Death Valley and was good to rest for the night before we left in the morning. The room was clean and spacious with a good bathroom and comfy bed. The breakfast was generous with a choice of freshly cooked waffles, fruit, bacon and eggs and tea, coffee and juice. The staff were friendly on check in and check out. Ideal for a one night stay.

This is a standard Quality Inn but offers good value for money if you get a deal. Our room was $65 after tax. Rooms were clean and of reasonable size. Breakfast was varied enough and set us up for the morning. Friendly staff on reception. Did not try the pool which is on a corner by the main road.

My daughter, her boyfriend, and I were on a roadtrip--seeing the nation! Tired, trying to get to San Francisco but too tired to drive on. Rooms got more expensive the further we drove. He called this motel and they had ONE room left. He told the lady we would be there in five minutes. When we got there the clerk was turning down a woman who had come in for a room. I was worried! She waited until this woman left and then let us check in. She had saved that room for us! She kept her word. ... Read more

This is pretty much what I consider the average motel. Two-queen beds room, reasonably clean. Tiny pool, a little dirty. Adequate choice for breakfast, in a small but tidy room. In all, nothing special at all, but it doesn't let you down either.

We have been away from home for four months and tonight is the last night before returning home. We just came from Harrahs Lake Tahoe where we had a suite for three nights. Not anxious to stop, we were tired and got a room at this Quality Inn. Not bad at all. Clean room, great a/c even though it was a bit noisy and comp breakfast tomorrow. Not bad at all ...

Visiting parents and decided to get a room for the first time ever! What a nice surprise! We loved it and can now understand why when our sister visits, she always stays here! There was a discrepancy with the room rates, but David Koon (General Manager) worked with the owner to come to a satisfactory compromise!

Pulled into Ridgecrest to visit an old friend. The hotel was a nice property and happened to have an open room even with a town full of contractors building the new WalMart. Had a great room that was quiet. George at the front desk and the property manager was a great help and very friendly. Breakfast the next morning was good and got us on the road.

This is a good value for an affordable nights stay. The town is not much to write home about but having said that, it is not the hotels fault. They were pleasant and the room was clean. Pool was chilly but it was around 100 degrees outside so it was refreshing. The breakfast was pretty good for typical hotel complimentary fare.

Quality Inn in Ridgecrest offers a great price value ration. Friendly staff for check in, nice big room with many amenities and a basic but good breakfast. The Inn also offers a refreshing pool and is pretty close to local restaurants and grocery shopping places. Nice place for spending the night before doing the Death Valley Tour.
