Very welcoming staff. Room was large with mini kitchen with microwave and mini fridge, couch, coffee table and desk. Room was very clean- not a crack, scratch or missing area of grout. Hot breakfast was good- tons of variety. Love that the free reception and breakfast come with the room. Pool area was nice with open field next door. Odd rooms face the parking lot, but it was very quiet. Great bedding and pretty comfortable mattress. Recommended.

Very nice newer clean hotel. Friendly staff. Room thoughtfully appointed. Well illustrates Hampton Inn high standards. Nice place to sit at the back of the hotel and relax. If you like to see the sunrise, this would be a great place to do so. Only thing I would change if I ruled the world or at least this hotel is the paper products are definitely paper, think thin cardboard.

We landed at the hotel after a house fire and a hospital stay. Maria was so helpful to our every need. She really helped us have at least one night of peace after a horrible tragedy and before we figure out how to rebuild our lives. Clean comfy room and beds and sweet wonderful staff! You really won the day for us! Thanks so much.

Very nice property located near the interstate. Our room was ideal for a family of five, but unfortunately the guests in the room directly above us thought their room was a bowling alley most of the night. Very loud and obnoxious to say the least. My disappointment was that the floors weren't better constructed to prevent the constant thumping we were subjected to. Also, parking was difficult since the hotel was totally booked. That being said, we would stay here again in the future. All in all ... Read more

Most of us have had the experience of "being on the road", and stopping for an overnight at a "hotel chain" lodge, simply to rest before traveling onward. I rarely find these hotels outstanding, and almost never write a Trip Advisor review about them. But I am writing now, because this particular Hampton Inn really impressed me. We booked our room by telephone through a staff member named Danielle. We know Red Bluff can be hot, and we knew we wanted to be able to have windows that could open,... Read more

Tess was wonderful. She made sure we had all of our needs for a comfy stay. We decided to stay here on our way home from Lassen. We loved the spacious queen size room suite. Room was cleaned and beds were comfy. The breakfast area was very cleaned. We got up late so we were lucky to have the basic breakfast. Even scraping the bottom of the oatmeal pot, it was delish. Tess approached us to make sure we had enough to eat. She was wonderful. I would stay here again.

As far as thebreakfast, it was as expected from a Hampton Inn with a waffle maker, fruit , baked goods and cereal offerings. The pool was refreshing although a bit small and lacking a hot tub. Mexican restaurant was within walking distance - Casa Ramos. The Noise level was minimal with fan on all night. We couldn't get any other decent hotel closer to Lassen Volcanic NP. So we went with the tried and true. The king room was a usual Hampton inn room. It had a chair and desk plus a TV, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and a microwave. The king bed had four pillows but could haves used either bigger ones or more. The downside was the hotel was noisy. People in hall leaving didn't speak in low voices and you could hear TV and muffled conversation of neighboring room. The place started to get noisy ...
