"The Villas were wonderful! They were more like comfortable one bedroom apartments with a stocked kitchen and had everything we needed from serving bowls for snacks, utensils and plates for cutting and serving the birthday cake to wine glasses as well as a blender for margaritas. There is plenty of cookware as well if you want to stay in for meals. The resort itself has beautiful landscaping and the gym was perfect for the fitness conscience in our group. We didn't utilize the golf course but this too was stunning. There are geese, ducks, and other feathered birds around the property adding to the beauty. The pools are heated so don't forget your swimming apparel even if visiting in the colder months like we did. The hot tubs are small but worth visiting for some R and R.

The spa was a lovely, relaxing experience. The San Jacinto massage and facials seemed to be the favorite services among our group. The steam room is free to all guests as we were told this is included in your resort fees so even if you are not getting a service you can still relax in the steam. To add to the pampering call for a cart (shuttle service) to pick you up from your villa and they will drive you over to the spa which is at the end of the resort.

There is a lot of shopping minutes away off Highway 111 (or the outlets off the 10) as well as yummy restaurants in the surrounding area. We didn't get a chance to try any of the resort restaurants but we did enjoy Los Pepes off Monterey next to Bristol Farms (right onto Dinah Shore make a right on Monterey) and 3rd Corner bistro, which also has a bottomless mimosa brunch special on Sundays. There is a lot of straight and gay dance clubs as well as pubs/bars in the area. We had a great time at both. For anyone interested in gambling there is a casino nearby that we didn't get a chance to try at Aqua Caliente.

There is a lot of outdoorsy actives to do as well. We wanted to go up the aerial tram to the snow topped mountains and get a bite at the restaurant up top but spa day took longer than expected. But we had been up there before and recommend taking the adventure. You can also pay a restaurant/tram fee and get enjoy a prefix menu dinner.

Overall the location and resort was perfect for our celebration weekend and we believe it will be great for whatever your reason for staying too!"

"Absolutely the Best Villas I have ever stayed at , The rooms were clean and nicely designed. The grounds are beautiful and well kept , especially loved the water running under the little bridges which you cross on your way to the pool.
I had the most relaxing weekend in a long time , will definitely come back ."

"The man at the guard gate for the Villas was tremendously friendly, warm, and welcoming. At check in at the Villas, we were poorly treated, which cast a pall over the visit. Check out time was 10 AM! Not a place to stay if one wants to stay out late.

Carpet was wet when we entered the room.

"Beautiful Grounds, views, and pool areas. Well stocked condo. Inviting bed linens and pillows. Friendly staff. Handicap accessible. Parking in front of first floor rooms.
Easy drive into Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage upscale shopping. Staff friendly. Weekends condos filled with families. For a quiet get-away suggest mid-week or check out by Saturday. Would do again.Book-It Reserervations was easy."

"Great place! Heavenly bed & pillows are the best! Huge jacuzzi bathtub in master bedroom with fireplace in master & den area. Starbucks coffee in kitchen! The only thing I noticed that needed attention were the jets in the jacuzzi needed to be cleaned. There was black gunck in the jets that I had to clean with a q-tip. Just make sure you are ready to carry all your suitcases & coolers up a flight of stairs if you get the second floor. All around it was a wonderful stay & beautiful place!"
