Our room was lovely and quiet, a huge plus for my lightest-sleeper-in-the-universe husband. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the best in a lifetime of travel. The property was pleasant and provided every possible amenity. The price was very reasonable for our stay. The winning asset was the staff. Every employee we encountered was great. The special treat was Brittanee at the front counter. She is charming, knowledgeable, kind and capable. Every hotel stay should be so great!

Stayed here for 2 nights. We got a nice big room for us. The room was properly cleaned and basic amenities are available inside the room. Breakfast was not included in our package but they have restaurant available on the 1st flr. Parking slots are available too for guest in house. The only downfall I experienced here is when the lady at the front desk charged my card for "deposit" which I taught was only a pre-authorization for any incidental charges. During check in she asked for my card for a... Read more

We enjoyed our brief 1-night stay at the Holiday Inn. It is near the freeway but we didn't have trouble with noise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and typical IHG property quality. Our reception was friendly and efficient and we even received a coupon for a free breakfast in their restaurant (something I wish more Holiday Inns would do).

All the the staff at this hotel were cordial and went out of their way to provide good service. However, this is an old property that seems to have been renovated using the least amount of money and planning. The bath tub in my room had been updated with a plastic liner. A large air pocket was in between making loud squeaking noises as I took a shower. In the middle of my shower the water changed from hot to cold and then to scorching hot. The bathroom should have been better cleaned and mainta... Read more

I recently booked a night at this Holiday Inn through Priceline. I was expecting a room with 2 beds or at least a couch. However, I got the handicapped-access room, which had just 1 queen bed and minimal furnishings. The night auditor said there was usually a roll-away available, but they were also hosting a high-school sports tournament that night. Our room was also across the hall from the laundry, so the air was extremely humid. Despite the sub-par room, my experience was not bad. I really l... Read more

Although this is an older facility, the guest room was spacious and comfortable and I was treated very well by the extremely helpful staff. In fact, Jeff, the Assistant General Manager, went out of his way to help me in the seminar room personally so that I had everything I needed to facilitate a smooth seminar. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some renovations, but it was easy to overlook by the graciousness of the staff. They all seemed to care and were very friendly. The food at th... Read more

The front desk staff didn't know what they were doing. While in the middle of checking us in he took a phone call and proceeded to take there reservation. The only rooms with a fridge and microwave were on the first floor! The restaurant at the hotel had decent food but was way over priced. As far as the breakfast I was told when I checked in it was a buffet we were told wrong! The only good thing about the hotel was that the AC worked really good and the wifi seemed pretty consistent no ma... Read more

I was not impressed by the check in here at all. I was sent to the wrong room only one bed for 2 people sharing a room then went back down after a few long minutes Colin redirected me to another room and apologized for the mistake and said he gave me a room with a refrigerator to compensate for my time and the error. I arrived at my room and no refrigerator. After unloading my stuff I went back down and while I was in line he told another patron that only the first floor had refrigerators. W... Read more

Staying for business - got in really late and met with a smile. I asked where to get a Diet Coke and was given a few ice cold ones! The first night - my AC didn't work - they tried fixing it and then quickly moved me. They have a breakfast that came with my room - very standard meal but great value - also get 2 drinks at night (or trade for 1 spirit) - also - great value. Easy on and off of 50 - very convenient. Staff was friendly throughout the stay - will stay again when in area.

Very clean, slightly worn rooms. Comfortable beds - assortment of pillows. Good location - neighborhood appears clean and safe, friendly staff. Free washer and dryer, breakfast and drink vouchers. Would recommend.

The hotel was nice, the employees were very friendly but the wi-fi was lousy. Anyone who needed to do a little work was mostly out of luck. We probably will not stay there again because of the that. Other than that it was a good hotel.

I have no issues with this hotel. I stayed here for one night on business travel and was very satisfied. The accommodations were good, everything was clean, and everything worked. Service was great. There's a restaurant on site and they included two free drinks with dinner for hotel guests. Everything was reasonably priced and check-in/check-out was fast and efficient.
