The positive: I arrive three hours before check in and was able to get into my room early. Good free wifi. The bad. For a non-smoking room, it sure didn't smell like one. If you're going to visit the Bruery, stay here. The price is right and it's an easy walk. Ample free parking.

We booked this hotel since it was less expensive then the hotels closer to Disney. It really wasn't very far to drive to get to Disney. When we walked into the lobby it really smelled weird, bad weird. The elevator smelled just as bad and I never did find where the stairs were. The room smelled fine, thank goodness. The room was clean and the shower was great. They have a fitness room where most of the equipment was broken and that room had a weird smell too. I also was not impressed with the br... Read more

My husband and I stayed here while in town to visit Disneyland. Check-in was easy and quick. When we walked into our room, the bathroom was noticeably dirty. The rest of the room was fine, but it looked like they forgot about the bathroom. My husband went downstairs to reception and they assigned us to a different room. This time everything was as it should be. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was close enough, but not walking distance to Disney. You have to ... Read more

I was there last march to visit Disney with my family. we had 2 rooms. For the cost, for the location ( 15-20 minutes driving from Disney), for the breakfast included, it's a OK hotel. The room are not big but there's enough space if you really use it to sleep and shower between visits to Disney. The rooms were dark, and would need some renovation soon. On a next visit i would try to find something better for the same price, and if not i would go back because it's a OK hotel.

I've never been a fan of the Quality Inn chain of hotels. Any name with the word "QUALITY" to try to describe how great it is usually falls flat as far as I'm concerned. In fact I booked this hotel through the "Express Deals" option on Priceline.com and thought that I was going to get a Fairfield Inn (Marriot Brand) but was disappointed when I got this chain. After the stay, I must admit that it was rather pleasant, but mainly attributed to the fact that it used to be a Fairfield Inn up until... Read more

This was my first trip driving solo to the LA area! My sister and I traveled to Anaheim to see a baseball game. I wanted a Choice Motel as close to Angel Stadium as possible. This location was perfect. Easy travel to the stadium and back.

Quick checklist: PROS - Clean Room - Comfortable Beds - Microwave, mini-fridge, and television in-room - plenty of hot water for showers - Simple but effective breakfast CONS - leaky faucet from outside soaked through into our carpet - some guest issues (loud outside after midnight & minor pot use) Booked this room through Hotwire for a three-night stay, after having just had a terrible experience booking through them previously and getting a rat-hole of a hotel. Luckily, this one was initiall... Read more

Upon checking in and unpacking after a long day, we were getting ready for bed around 10 PM. We found out the bed linens were not changed from the previous guest check out, had many hairs on sheets (head hairs, body hairs, pubic hairs). I called front desk and was told there was no other staff at the hotel to bring new sheets and change them. Hotel sold out with a high school softball team so no feasibly available room for us to switch to. We didn't mind to go down to front desk to pickup the... Read more

Tiny room crammed with cheap looking furnishing. Sagging beds. Odorous, moldy smelling room, dirty carpet. People's smoke outside the balcony would seep into your "non-smoking", so if you're intolerant of smoke smell, don't stay here. Place has a funky smell overall. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I stayed for 2 nights at this place, which definitely feels like a budget motel. To be fair, the price is quite reasonable. My room was small, and the bathroom door clunked loudly against the counter every time it was left open. The bathroom area was cramped. There was a fridge and microwave, but they took up a lot of room in an already small space. The walls were thin and other guests were loud until quite late. The place feels quite dated and a bit shabby. But generally functional, easy... Read more

I agree with other reviewers, this is a motel and rooms are tiny but the price was great and since we were just sleeping there, it was fine. Comfortable beds, a/c worked great. If your planning to stay multiple nights, this may not be the best choice. But if you just need a bed, it's just fine.

Not the worse I've stayed, clearly not the best either. Carpet is very dated. The front desk when I checked in late was not very friendly. I guess that's the thanks for being a diamond member. If I wasn't using points would I pay for this one, no. I'd have spent just a little bit more for a little bit better hotel

This hotel serves it's purpose especially if you're just look for a place to sleep. The room wasn't big at all and it was also outdated. The bed was comfortable though and the staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was included which was nice as well. Definitely a good place if you're looking to save a dollar and just want somewhere to sleep.

This is my second time staying at the Quailty Inn in Placentia and will be my last. Their rudeness is a turnoff. No greeting no thank you or any appreciation for your business.... I their is a lack of training in customer service or a basic understanding of the hospitality business... The meaning of Hospitality... noun 1. the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. It's very simple...

Free WIFI, free parking, free breakfast. We were there for a family vacation and the hotel is about 15 minutes from Disneyland. The rooms were small but sufficient. The bed and linenes were clean and comfortable. Our room had a strong unidentified smell, if we hadn't been so tired upon check in we would have asked for a different room. We propped the door open for a while. There was a fridge, microwave and the room seemed recently updated. There was black mold in the bathtub. If not for the mold... Read more

Clean but small room. Fridge and microwave are a nice touch. Breakfast just ok - crowded and not much fresh stuff. Location was good for my meetings but I wouldn't want to spend much time in the room other than sleeping.

Stayed here for one night while attending commencement at CSUF.. It's reasonably clean and in good condition for the price. Location is in an industrial area but pretty quiet since it was a Saturday night. The staff was ok. Check-in was impersonal. The highlight on the staff was a elderly woman (I think Filipino) who was quite delightful. Breakfast was average to fair, they were running out of the sausage constantly.

Booked via Choice with Points. The check in was OK, the room was cleanif a bit dated, with cheaper furniture, not to Fairfield Inn level (but it is now a Quality Inn). King bed which was a bit lumpy, lumpy pillows, decent TV, microwave and fridge, free wifi. Plenty of parking, decent pool, little gym with old equipment, OK breakfast. In walking distance to the Bruery. Overall, OK if at the right price.

Other than the fact that they didn't fulfill my request for a ground floor room and there was no sofa as had been depicted when I booked, there was really nothing 'wrong' with our accommodations. Luckily they had an elevator. The room was small, but we merely slept there after checking in and going to a dinner show. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and overall maintenance was somewhat above average. While the standard fare for Choice properties, the breakfast and dining area were both... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a trip to CA. On the first night, founds stains (might have been wine?) all over the comforter. I called down to the desk and was advised I could be switched to another room. I asked to see the room first and upon inspection found that the comforter in the new room was also dirty. That said, the stains were more concerning than what I think was wine on the first room. I ended up staying in the first room and did receive a clean comforter the following day. ... Read more

This is a slightly out of the way motel although it did a fine job looking after 80 young people and their coaches on this trip. Staff was, of course, quite busy but they carried out their business with a smile and were quite helpful. The rooms were mid size with a comfortable enough bed and a fridge and microwave. The bathroom is a little small but was kept clean. The included breakfast had the usual continental ingredients plus the waffle maker and sausages. Disneyland was a 10 minute drive aw... Read more
