This motel was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Nice room and very clean motel. Breakfast was very good. Small Cheese omelets and pork sausage, juices, yogurt, waffles. Felt very safe in the motel. Right off of highway 4. Easy access. About 15 minutes to Brentwood.

The front desk staff, both evening and morning, were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting. It is near the BART station so it was easy to go to downtown San Francisco. Very impressed with hotel staff.

I was drawn to this hotel because of it's location to the Concord pavilion. The front desk called me to confirm after the credit card denied my reservation thinking it was fraud thus saving me from a lot of headache. Entire staff was accommodating and friendly. Parking was convenient.

Everything about this facility was great! We found the rooms clean, the staff friendly, the food good, the location convenient, the price so-so; but, it was California and the prices are almost always excessive because of their government's confiscatory overreach.

If you like being pampered from the front desk till you lay your head down, this hotel does it all for you. The nicest, friendliest people who sincerely care about you. It is a pleasure to stay when here on business, as once I am in the room, the world disappears. Even the hotel manager helps out at breakfast and their breakfast is a great buffet of good food. Nothing ever overcooked or thrown together, but seems carefully planned out.

It was clean, beds were comfy, staff was friendly. Especially when I realized I had forgot a razor then all I had to do was ask the front desk....they had one ready for me . Good choices for breakfast as they domt have the same thing every morning you actually have options .

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Check-in was quick after a long day of work. The room and bathroom were clean and had a beautiful modern layout with a large King bed- no mess from previous customers. Refrigerator and microwave were present along with a coffee maker and your choice of coffee. Great line of neutrogena bathroom products. TV has HBO channels which I took full advantage of. Front desk was efficient (I had an incident of a de-magnatized key my second day there). Few th... Read more

This is the first time I have stayed at a Hampton Suite where I did not sleep well. The pillows were awful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was helpful but there were little things that just weren't right in addition to the pillows already mention. One of the fire sensors was hanging by wires from the ceiling. The room had a musty smell as well.

I was looking for a place to stay close to Antioch and all I was Finding where motels and hotels that look like crack houses with mold mildew and bad reviews the Hampton Inn & Suites in Pittsburgh cost more but they were absolutely incredible rooms I couldn't believe it. The rooms are huge! The Bathtub was small but everything else totally makes up for it!

Beds were very comfortable. I've always had a great experience at Hampton Inns and this location is very good. Easy to get to off the highway. Breakfast was typical of HI and the eating area is very large and spacious. No trouble finding a spot even on a weekend.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was Awesome. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I can't wait until my next stay. The staff was very helpful, happy and courteous. They had a little mixer in the lobby that evening which was also very nice. I was able to network and get more clients for my travel business. I was able to get a lot of work done in a spacious room with a wonderful view.

Don't even think of booking anyplace else. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, quality TV, fast internet, and every other detail that many other places come up short. By far, the best hotel experience I have had for a long time.

Hampton Inn Pittsburgh, CA- Some days it's good, but when it's bad, it. is. bad. Wonderful checkin process. Good location. Friendly staff (all around). They attract loud, noisy, drunk locals (or whoever). It's so noisy you can't sleep. Tell the staff, they're powerless to do anything without manager approval. You guessed it: the manager isn't ever in when you have a problem. Just fell below expectations. I was willing to pay more, but the location was perfect for us.

Got the freeway side of the Hotel and could hear it all night, not to mention the in room AC going on and off all night, and the in room refrigerator. Then there was several inconsiderate people who come into their rooms after midnight and let their doors slam. Floors squeak and walls are thin. Breakfast was best part of my stay. will return because of location to my family.

I had to give it an average rating as the bed and pillows were way too soft! I woke up a lot during the night trying to readjust my body, as well as the pillows. Unfortunately, I awoke in the morning to a backache. Upon entering the bathroom, there was a long, black hair on the middle of the bathroom floor. They provide a nice breakfast in the area across from the lobby. Several different types of fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cold cereals, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, biscuits, gravy, coff... I truly enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean, modern & very well furnished. The staff were friendly and warm, especially Emily at the Front Desk. She was unbelievable! Also, the breakfast was HUGE & the fare offered was sumptuous to the point of superfluity. One could not eat everything even if you took a small bite of each item offered. The major asset of this hotel is its location' close to everything. Stay here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, you won't regret it!

I felt like the rooms here were overpriced for the location and services. The staff didn't seem to really care about their jobs or the patrons. The hotel itself was a bit on the dated side and wasn't really in the best side of town. Overall, avoid a stay here if you can.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff provided hypoallergenic pillows as requested. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately location next to freeway makes for noisy nights. The unit across the hall threw a loud party Saturday night, 20-30 people in/out, drinking and smoking pot in the parking lot until about 2 am. Not a restful stay.

We only spent one night here on our way to Yosemite from Napa, but it was very pleasant. We ordered pizza from Pizza Guys, which was fine, and enjoyed the breakfast buffet before heading out in the morning. Comfy bed, hot shower, clean room, quiet corridors. Just what we needed on this overnight stop!

This hotel is really great...very friendly front desk personnel. I have been staying at this hotel since it was built and it has become very popular so the sooner you book the better the rate you get! The rooms and front lobby are always very clean! The location is right off the highway and very easy to get to.

My blow dryer caught fire in my hand. Desk clerk couldn't have cared less. I called down for a replacement dryer since I had wet hair and a business meeting in an hour. She told me she couldn't leave the desk. When I used someone else's dryer and went down to breakfast, she was everywhere BUT the desk. My first clue...if the phone has to ring 20 times to get her to answer, she's probably not where she is supposed to be.

We were unsure of the hotel due to the location. We were greatly surprised with the accommodations and service, a great deal for the amount spent on the room. The hotel was quiet in the evening, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and location was close to the concord pavilion. We will stay here again if in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful, comfortable beds, complementary breakfast...only con was the bad water pressure in the shower. Everything else added up for a stellar stay! Also, my friend left a bag in the parking lot as we left, it was found and kept for him until he could get back to it. What great customer service!!

Stayed two nights here for a wedding and reception in the area. The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, mostly surrounded by schools , industrial buildings and beat down areas, but the hotel itself was a safe haven to commute to the nearby wedding and rehearsal dinners and downtown Pittsburg. The hotel even provided a nice room off the lobby for a little late night partying for wedding attendees on a couple of nights. Bre... Read more

It was OK, not a very good area, Doors are locked at night a security guard has to let you in. Check in staff was not friendly at all. The room was nice and I do like Directv as that is what I have at home. Shower water pressure was very bad we also did have two power hits in the AM. Not sure if that was usual or not, I was just there one night. They are better options especially for Hilton folks in Walnut Creek and Concord

If it wasn't for this Hampton Inn I'd have to stay in San Francisco. Conveniently located, clean, very helpful and courteous staff. They change the hot breakfast options daily and always have coffee ready to go if you need it. If you're going to be staying in the Pittsburg/Antioch area, I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. It's head and shoulders above the others.

We chose this Hampton location, honestly, because there was little availability closer to San Francisco due to it being Fleet Week (surprise!). But it was worth the drive-- friendly & responsive staff, clean facilities, and hot breakfast was exactly what we needed between our commutes to, from, and all around SF. There aren't many restaurants open late in the area so you have to plan ahead on your way back in but that's not something the Hampton can control. Essentially, this was a lovely cr... Read more
