Property Features.
Recreational amenities include an indoor pool. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. The motel serves a complimentary continental breakfast each morning in the lobby. Guest parking is complimentary. Additional property amenities include multilingual staff, a picnic area, and coffee/tea in the lobby. This is a smoke-free property. A total renovation of this property was completed in March 2010.

Guestrooms.
34 guestrooms at Ocean Breeze Inn feature ceiling fans and windows that open. Rooms are all accessible via exterior corridors. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. In addition to phones, guestrooms offer free local calls (restrictions may apply). Televisions have premium satellite channels and free movie channels. Rooms also include blackout drapes/curtains, irons/ironing boards, and clock radios. Guests may request microwaves, hair dryers, and wake-up calls. Housekeeping is available daily.

Notifications and Fees:

• Minimum Spring Break check-in age is 21 years old.
• Up to 2 children 14 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Spring Break deposit: USD 100.00 per stay (for stays between 15 March - 18 April)
• Breakage deposit: USD 200.00 per stay
• Kitchen/kitchenette fee: USD 50.00 per stay
• Rollaway bed fee: USD 25.00 per night
• Facilities fee: USD 8.00 per person, per day and includes use of:

- Fitness facilities
- Swimming pool
