The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped; the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

The staff were pleasant and helpful but the room was less than clean. When I peaked in the utility room it was dirty. The breakfast area looked like it was just remodeled however the cover was off the AC unit and it was not a pretty picture. I wonder what kind of air blows through that unit. Maybe they're replacing it!

I travel across North America on business and am on the road approximately 200 nights per year. I've seldom encountered a less qualified front desk staff and management team in 33 years. Check in was a disaster. I was double billed for a pre-paid room and when I pointed out the error to the front desk, they were unable to correct their error in the 5 days I lodged there. Since I'd paid for the room with my business debit card, it was only the intervention of my bank that prevented me from ... Read more

I stayed solo for 8 nights in late April at this motel. If you have some mobility problems, or just need to stay on the ground floor, I recommend Room 102. It's a non-smoking accessible room with a low bathtub (NOTE: Not a flat walk-in shower), very roomy bathroom, and a single queen bed. The bed was very comfortable, with several choices of covers. The wide-screen HD TV was excellent -- I watched several Oakland A's games on it! The room was fairly recently refurbished, so no obvious wear-and-... Read more

Walked in and noticed the Room was not cleaned and had to wait over an hour for them to clean. The front desk apologized and gave $10 credit. The Internet was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room was very nice. Not sure if I would stay here again.

I have stayed here a couple of times and the first time was really bad my husband and i explained that i needed accommodations and they were not ready for us. sad to say they offered to credit me for the day and only gave me 10.00 off my last stay. the location is great for us that is why we went back last weekend. now i asked for our credit of one night but they kept telling me that they would get it to the manager and in the end gave me 10.00 off. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is fare.

It wasn't lavish but it was clean, non-smoking, comfortable. I do not have any complaints besides the price being a little high for the city it is in.

The Pinole Days Inn was conveniently located close to the freeway. Very handy for travel Into San Francisco and the Napa Valley. The room was quiet and comfortable and price was great for the Memorial Day weekend.. I'd for sure stay there again.

Besides the comforters being weird and lumpy our stay went smooth and no hiccups. We even called 2 days before to add a Day Earlier and they did it with no problem! The Parking lot is on a hill and is kind of hard to park with big vehicles. Leaving the Driveway can be scary at times because its on a main road.

State employee, stayed Monday through Friday. The room was clean and quiet the whole week, and was an easy drive from the Richmond govt office I was working at. The hotel has rates under the State rate, so you don't have to go through additional paperwork, or try to get a room set aside at that rate. Staff were friendly, and the exercise room was really nice.

This room was comfortable, affordable and in close range to San Francisco. The only disappointment on this trip was that room service left our door open to our room after servicing the room. We discovered our door was open after we returned from out day out in San Francisco.

We stayed here last minute to visit with friends. The location, right off the freeway, was good, and the bed comfortable. But while we got one of the two handicap-accessable rooms, there are only 2 handicap parking spots for the whole hotel, which is not enough. If someone other than guests in the two rooms also has a handicap placard, there goes "my" spot. Breakfast, with waffles and yogurt, was good, but there wasn't any other protein, like hard boiled eggs.

#1 Ingress and egress was difficult on a busy main road. The room was clean but the bathroom was in need of care as it smelled of mold. The bed was hard [now that could be us as we are well up in age 70 & 80] but I felt like I was hit by a train in the morning. Also not enough handicap parking near the room we had because of the problem with getting in and out of the lot there was no room for parking at our room.

Poor internet, except in certain rooms. Breakfast needs to start earlier. 7:00 am is to late, because most staying there during the week are construction workers and need to start at 7:00 AM. Beds very comfortable, but at times staff forgets to clean the coffee tabs and re-stock.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. They are the only reason this hotel is not getting one star. The hotel was horrible. The rooms were supposedly smoke free, but many room reeked of cigarette smoke. The WiFi reception was really bad. After it kicked me off for the sixth time, I gave up and switched to data. The towels left in my room were long overdue to be replaced.

I've never had any issues or complaints staying here. The staff if very friendly. The Manager Yenny goes out of her way to make sure that we are satisfied and leave with a smile evertime i stay here. The waffles A+. I highly recommend Days Inn in Pinole. A+++++

Hotel was quiet and staff was nice. Ice machine didn't work for the two days we were there which was very unfortunate as they were both hot days but we did see someone working on it the day we left. We had a hard time logging into the internet from a lack of communication from the staff that there was a capital letter in the password. But once logged in, the internet was great.

I had the worst experience here and I can't recommend this to anyone. Upon my arrival I was told I didn't have a room. I called a day before I arrived for a late check in this is something you don't want to here after being on a plane for 11 hours. I finally get a room. The next day there was a problem with them charging my credit card to much and frozen my card. The staff was helpful to us: We arrived late and directly from the airport. Since we forgot to buy some water the lady at the reception gladly gave us a couple of bottles. We overslept and breakfast room was already cleaned up, but we were still given some of the packaged goods that were out there. We stayed here for 4 days and it was a clean and smooth stay for us. Check in is at 3PM, I show up at 5PM and as soon as I walk in my room there is a maintenance guy in there painting the bathroom. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before getting settled in the room. The wifi service was horrible. I had to call the hotel IT support line everyday because of no connection.
