Its been 7 years since we've stayed at the JW and although the property is still spacious and beautiful, the food is what warrants 3 stars. The first time we had visited, we booked a quick family getaway around New Years. It was quiet, but the hotel had a wine tasting, while riding in the gondola. Staff are super helpful and know how to make you feel welcome, not only that the facilities are outstanding and let's just say no Boredom will commence. This place is great! Thanks for a wonderful stay team :)

Last month we decided to take our honeymoon pending. We choose California, specifically Palm Springs. We saw at the Internet fair prices in a great place: JW Marriott. We would go for the same option because everybody treated us like the only guest πŸ‘ŒπŸ½with kind and sincere warmness. The landscape is amazing, the rooms are pretty comfortable and clean.... And the view, wow 😍 All in and out spaces are beautiful, so I Took a lot of pictures. I Ultra-mega recommend it. God bless you, JW Ma... Read more

Overall, great resort. We were here for a business conference/mini-vacation. We had room 3554. It had a large patio, no view, king bed, couch, desk, etc... Very nice room. Clean, and serviced daily. Bar was great, pool was nice, we really enjoyed the lazy river! We did massages at the spa. The services were great, the facilities were nice and clean. Overall, we had a great experience!
