We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get a room for a reasonable price with the quality we had. Most of the rooms in the area were about $50 higher. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and booked two rooms: one for us an one for our adult son. We were given rooms next to each other, which was very convenient since we were going to be getting around together. This location was within minutes of Downtown Palm Spr... Read more

Very nice place to stay. Only part which we didn't like was had to pay for the break fast. Really pleasant location and was greeted really well. Good staff. View of the mountains from the hotel was scenic. Had beautiful pool side view.

We arrived fairly late (8 pm), and had about the most unfriendly greeting at a hotel that I can remember. Gal was on a personal phone call and seemed disturbed that we interrupted her. Didn't give any information (not that there is much to tell, i.e. no breakfast included, etc.). No luggage carts available, and no one to assist us in finding one. One casual restaurant next door, but otherwise have to drive to dinner. Small room. BUT it was reasonable and clean, and easy to get to off the 1... Read more

Stayed here for two nights in June. Very convenient location. Only 5 minutes from airport & 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The hotel staff were very friendly & happy to help. Nice pool & hotel was very clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & smelled clean. There's a little restaurant in lobby which has a lot of variety. I'd definitely stay here again & recommend.

Stayed here for a three day golf trip. Rooms are what you expect of a Marriott property. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have had at any hotel. Rooms were quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend

I stayed at this hotel when in town for a conference. The hotel adjacent to the convention center was booked and this was suggested as an alternative. I found the hotel to be quiet and neat. The staff were very helpful. The grounds and rooms were well kept and clean. I was a little surprised that a continental breakfast was not included but I believe that was due more to the location and seemed to be the trend of all hotels I looked at. The cafe serves good food and the staff there are extremely... Read more

Nice hotel, good value, quiet, comfortable lobby and dining area, nice outside patio. Both the food served and the staff were average in terms of quality and service. Biggest issue is the distance of the hotel from the downtown area so you need a car. Nothing really in walking distance including a market or coffee shop so plan accordingly.

Great location for us was because it was the closest hotel to where our mother in law was moving to. We stayed there 6 days due to delays in the movers to arrive. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The Bistro, their restaurant was small, but had what we wanted for breakfast. We had to change our reservations twice which was done without any problem. Its' prices can almost double on the weekends so if money is an issue travel mid-week. Even with the wee... Read more

On our way to LA California my spouse and I decided to break up a 9 hour trip from Arizona. We decided on a stop in Palm Springs, Ca. The Courtyard Marriott was clean and comfy. The team at the Marriott were friendly and very helpful. Pool area needed some cleaning but all and all was very refreshing to jump in especially when the outside temps hovered over 100 degrees. Food at the Bistro was a bit pricey, but tasty and convenient. Don't look for much going on in town unless you like casinos whi... Read more

The Courtyard Palm Springs is an average Courtyard, but the location leaves a lot to be desired. It is not really near the airport or downtown, rather it is about half way between the two, so you have to drive anywhere you go. It has a pool and typical mid-level hotel rooms. The "Bistro" sucks. Poor menu and worse service.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 2 days for a bit of hot weather and pool time. Room was spacious and had comfortable beds, and fully functional AC. There weren't too many people out and about because it was very hot but everyone we did meet, staff and visitors, were quite pleasant. When we checked in we were greeted by a very friendly lady who happily gave us a room by the pool. When the palm trees were being cut around the pool on our last day right before check out, they offered to bring us to ... Read more

Stayed here for 2 nights, a nice modern hotel with all amenities and friendly staff. Located away from the centre of town, no problem as had satalite navigation. Plenty of parking, was really hot when we stayed 110 degrees.

It is not a resort, so just provides some convenience for a short stay. If you go shopping in Desert Hills Premium Outlets, or if you want to drive to Las Vegas from LA or San Diego, this hotel is a good place for a stop. I think the hotel style is just like other Marriott hotels in San Diego. Same room, same pool, same breakfast, and same parking area. Note that: 1. it is very very hot in Palm Spring in the summer :-( 2. there is a 20 minutes walk to the bar street, which is very vibrant in t... Read more

We had our high school BBALL team stay at the Marriott Courtyard. It was perfect for us. They accommodated our team and families. The rate was great. We were adjacent to the pool which was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone who worked their had great customer service. Very friendly. And the location was perfect. Can't wait till next years BBALL tournament! The only thing I wish they had was a free continental breakfast. We paid $13 for 2 lattes and 1 fruit cup. Kinda pricey.

We stayed here in July 2016. The room was really big and modern. The weather was extremely hot but the pool outside helped with this. The pool side bar was also a bonus. We ate in the hotel restaurant, tip get the steak amazing!! There is a cinema right next door definitely worth a break away.

I have stayed here multiple times for work travel. The location is great in terms of access to the airport and only a few minutes to downtown. The view of the mountains is magnificent. Nice pool to beat the desert heat! Peaceful, quiet area. Hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating. They really go out of their way to do what they can to make you feel at home. All and all, a great place place to stay!

I had to attend an event at the Palm Springs Convention Center. This hotel was reasonably priced, clean, well appointed and within walking distance of the Convention Center. In addition, it is near a number of dining venues and has ample free parking. I could have walked to the town center (Palm Canyon Dr) if it were not so hot (over 100F each day). There is a nice pool and hot tub as well. The staff was helpful. I would stay again.

I realize that the Courtyard by Marriott is a standard for the Business traveler set. But I just love the consistency of staying here. Generally the only surprise is a good one. Nice rooms and nice staff. Close to the downtown area (a $5-6 Uber ride away). I have clients in the Palm Springs Area, so I am in town about once a month. I have stayed a a number of the "Mid-century" Modern places as well as some of the hotels in the movie colony area. And for my time and effort, I always come b... Read more

This hotel is located near the airport and is within 15 minutes driving distance to the center of town. The lobby area is bright, airy and clean. There are ample chairs and tables in the area as well. There's a Bistro that serves beverages, food and snacks. The property also has a pool and gym. Our room was spacious, clean and well ventilated. Linens and towels were fresh. However, there was no room safe and bathroom amenities were minimal. Front desk staff were friendly and check in/out proces... Read more

It was clean, comfortable, close to the downtown area, and convention center. They took care of a situation that happened in my parents room very nicely. The A/C was broken. I am excited to stay there again when we are back in the area.

I stayed here a total of about 20 nights over the course of a month and was always on the 3rd floor and had a pleasant view of the mountains. I found the hotel to be quiet, which was just what I needed. Rooms were large and clean, had a mini-fridge. Staff were available when needed and were always pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel through Expedia. The description indicated that all rooms include a microwave and refrigerator. We checked in at 4 pm, unpacked then went downstairs to The Bistro to grab some dinner and take it up to the room. Food was pretty good with prices on the high side. The room was nice and clean. We chose a mountain view over a pool view. The mountains were beautiful but the trash on the dirt road next to the hotel did detract from the beauty. There was the typical coffee pot an... Read more

We appreciated just how quiet, clean, and comfortable our room on the top floor was. And, we appreciated the fact that the equipment in the fitness center was in tip-top shape; it was about 100 degrees outside, so putting in some miles on the treadmill seemed to be a better option.

Palm springs is an amazing oasis in the desert. This was a great experience during my last trip. We arrived late and the front desk person was very pleasant in greeting us. The Bistro attendant was very nice in the morning. Overall the staff was great and the hotel was a great value. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The only downside to this property is that it's really not within a 'comfortable' walking distance to restaurants/shopping etc. unless you are willing to spend 20 minutes to half an hour one way, and that's okay but remember how incredibly hot this place is much of the year. The free shuttle to the airport is great, fast, and during my stay - a Thursday - they also had another free shuttle service to Villagefest, I think there were 3 convenient times that evening. I may have reviewed this location before and my impressions on the facility, staff, and accommodations remain positive. I caution those making reservations, do it through a third party like or others. These sites clearly set out the if there is free cancellation or a limited cancellation. I checked the rates published by Courtyard and third party sites and found the prices about the same, so to save Courtyard the fee they would pay an outside agency I booked on their site. The thi... I flew in late on a Friday without a reservation and the staff were able to accommodate my needs. The staff were courteous and friendly. A very nice room, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Due to the lateness of my arrival, there were no bellmen so the woman at the front desk assisted with my luggage. I would recommend this property and want to thank them for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our 3 nights at the Courtyard Palm Springs. The rooms were spacious, clean and all had balconies. for us the highlight was the staff. We were greeted by Noel and he was fantastic. Very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay in PS. The food in the lounge area was nothing fancy but still tasty for the price. Location wise, it worked well because we don't mind walking. You need about 15-20 minutes to get to the main strip which was a nice way to start t... Read more

It's what you expect from a Marriott good standard nice and clean. Nice small gym with every thug you need for a general gym session. The staff were really helpful except the bloke behind the counter at the bar/Starbucks who was as miserable so and so. I was surprised that breakfast was only served until 9:30 which was a little disappointing.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in Palm Springs for a night after our visit to the Josua Tree national park. We had a third floor room with a mountain view. It was clean, roomy and quiet. Bed comfortable and the bathroom clean. Wife and I were in town for several classic car events and found Courtyard to be centrally located to the events - also not far from downtown. Place was clean, fresh linens in abundance and comfortable bed. Furnishings fairly recent, but saw areas that could profit from fresh paint - like bathroom moldings, doors and bannisters. Room located on second floor with delightful mountain view. Parking close and just behind rear entrance. Not a bargain but not a ripoff unless you ordered breakfast... Read more
