"I was initially disappointed because there was not any pool-side service. I thought I had seen something in the add that showed a nice shady area with tables and chairs that led me to believe there was food/drink service on site.

The location was fantastic - just a block removed from the noise of Palm Spring's tourists.

The only two negative comments we have is that the air-conditioner was the type that was added to an outside wall and was extremely noisy going on and off all night. We also didn't like the fact that the big window did not open to let in the cool night air. If we had been able to open the window we would not have needed the air conditioning.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The setting next to the mountain was beautiful!"

"Stayed in a small rectangular room with a large window that couldn't be opened. The room was quiet, even on the night that it was very windy. The lighting was not great in the room. I had to request a clean shower curtain, as the one in the room smelled of mildew. It seemed generally clean. The location was safe and 1 block away from down town- which made it very convienient. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Very pleased we happened upon this 'resort'. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be more conveniently located for being 'downtown' or by restaurants. Easy access to other venues, and nice reciprocity with golf courses. Quiet. If you can get a room facing the pool, do so. Free grapefruit from the trees outside our room, but I suspect this is quite seasonal. Would return to this place in a second."

"It is in a good location for shopping, resturants, and theatre. You can walk to most things. Hotel complex is attractive, and well maintained. Our king size room was large, comfortable and well kept. We have stayed here about 4 times in the past. I will stay here again when I chose to return to Palm Springs."
