"I really don't know how this place doesn't get fives across the board. After a treacherous drive over CA 74, the Westin was an oasis in the desert. Right when we drove up we knew it was something special but when I went to check in and they upgraded us from a 1 bedroom villa to a premium 1 bedroom villa, I was even more pleased.

The villa itself was amazing. Beautiful furnishings, full-sized and fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and a gorgeous bathroom with great jacuzzi tub. My 3 year old loved it. My only complaint is that the 820 square foot villa is significantly larger than the Pacific Beach cottage where we live so we had to keep telling our son that 'no, this isn't our new house.' I think a week later, it's finally sunk in.

When we checked in and were told that you could get a ride to the pool anytime, day or night, even though the pool was only a 5 minute walk from our villa, I scoffed but when the temp is 95 degrees and you have a 3 year old that wants to be picked up, those golf carts are awesome. Not to mention, to a 3 year old, a ride on a golf cart is truly special.

Finally, the pool area was amazing. Clean, cocktail service, music and open 24 hours.

We definitely hope to come back."

"My daughter has food allergies so we needed to stay in a place with a kitchen to make our own food. This place was incredible for the price! Booking online was easy and $50 less a night than the best rate the hotel could offer me. The property is newer in construction and very well kept up. The pool/fitness room is open 24 hrs and they have a staff member who will pick you up at your room in a golf cart to give you a ride there. My family will definately be going back to enjoy this property again in the future!"

"For my family and myself, vacations can often be stressful with all the planning, preparation, and things to remember. This year's annual desert vacation finally offered some real relaxation with some great family fun! Everything from the speed and ease of booking, cleanliness and amenities of the room and the grounds, to the friendly and helpful staff made this experience worth taking some time to share it with other families. Last year it was exciting when my one-year-old took her first steps by the pool of our resort. This was the year of the two-year-old cannonball. She couldn't stay out of the many pools the Villas had and the fun atmosphere of the pool area was great for us adults too. I always find some great activities in the surrounding area as well and had a blast at the children's museum. There are so many activities going on, I can't even begin to list them all. But namely, I really enjoyed the gym/fitness center, roasting Sm-ores, all the day-time pool activities, and the comfort of our villa."

"Great stay , my husband and myself stayed for 8 nights, no major complaints, grounds well kept, great pools open 24/7, 2 hot tubs, room was a one bedroom deluxe villa which had a small kitchen and was quite nice,bed was comfortable, unit had a washer and dryer, bathroom adequate, 2 flat screen tv's one in bedroom and living area, nice patio and a/c worked great!!"
