I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the last 6 months. That should tell you something. The staff is friendly but not overbearing. The rooms are newer, clean and well laid out. There is a complimentary refrigerator in the room, which is always a nice plus. There is plenty of parking near the many exit doors. The location is convenient to the highway, and not too noisy, It is a great value for this area. I wish all of the Courtyard's that I have stayed at were this nice.

Courtyards are always reliable. no drama and no surprises. This one is largely the same but with a critical deficiency- the wifi sucks in rooms and in the lobby. It's also located in a crappy cell area so you're going to hate trying to use your phone or tablet. Other than that it's a perfectly fine Courtyard.

Nice hotel, right off the exit. The pool looks great but too cold for us to enjoy. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable, a little older. Good access to the highways. Would stay here again. Would recommend.

This Courtyard is not at all bad, but could be better. It's a fairly large facility and well located. The rooms are mostly comfortable, but could use some improvements - especially considering that they appear to be recently refurbished. Here are the pros & cons, in my opinion: Pros: * Even during prime season, the prices are reasonable. * Fairly quiet - although some street noise from Frank Sinatra Dr. does come through, it's not too bad. Best is to get a room that doesn't face the street. *... Read more

We spent the weekend at this hotel. It was quite, the rooms were exceptional, the staff was great. I was created as an elite member. The staff made sure my stay was great. I'll return to this hotel in the future. It was wonderful.

Good parking, quiet, our bathtub won't drain properly, decor-cabinets ugly, lots of outlets for your electronic devices, bathroom door opening awkward-cramped, nice lobby area with overpriced bistro breakfast goodies, micro-in rooms, refrigerator, wifi, Would visit again

Came to town for a formal event at a nearby luxury hotel but that facility was full and we needed something nearby. We had everything we needed here and check-in was quick and efficient. I needed an iron and ironing board for my suitcase crushed gown and it was right at my fingertips, no need to call anyone or wait for staff to do it. A coffee-maker, mini-fridge, and ice machine is down the hall so we had all we needed to get ready. You might have a little trouble finding snacks before the l... Read more

We liked this hotel; up to usual Courtyard standards, centrally located in Palm Desert, adjacent to a Residence Inn and an Applebee's was next door. Very good beds, no parking fee, usual Courtyard fare in dining area.

I stayed here for one night over Desert Trip Weekend 1. The building itself was average, I understood that it had just gone through a renovation. At the front desk they were qucik with checking me in and the only complaint was that when i asked if they could add my SPG number to get my points, the girl at the front desk looked at me confused and asked what i was speaking about. Since Marriott and Starwood have now merged and it was no secret I would of just assumed that she would be aware. She w... Read more

I stayed here a few years ago, and it was ok, but this time I'm glad my husband had a certificate for a free room. If I actually had to pay $250 to $300 for this room I would be really disappointed. The room decor looks old. Maybe it's supposed to be "Retro" Not great. No Amenities at all, only cheap plastic glasses in the room, very small soap, shampoo etc. The towels are really thin and there are not many. I wanted to have wine in my room so I went downstairs to ask if they had wine gla... Read more
