We are huge Disney fans, usually in Florida. A Family reunion of sorts brought us to Disneyland for a dream trip for the kids. All the Disney travel tools were helpful for our reservations at dinning and hotel, once we arrived however, the magic was less than apparent. Nothing on the service at check in, or first greetings were out of ordinary. We tried to upgrade one of our party into a club level room, so the kids could enjoy the extra goodies there, but we could not be accommodated. OK we... Read more

we stayed in the fantasy tower and loved it. The extra magic hour every morning is worth the extra expense of staying at a Disney hotel. It's an easy ten minute walk to the gates through downtown Disney. The pools are also great. Will definitely stay here again.

The feel of the original. The magic swept the family away when we arrived. The kids could not stop looking up Mickey's cap on the way to the Magical Kingdom. When taking a break from the parks the pool area did not disappoint! Depending on where you are and what tower will change your experience, We were fortunate to have a park facing view on the 10th floor and the view of the fireworks show was just fantastic. The conference rooms and food provided was great and the Cast was more than welcomin... Read more

There are so many wonderful write-ups on TripAdvisor, so I'll just list some tips. - Use the Bellhop. Why carry all of your junk when the fantastic bellhop can do it for you. You're on holiday, relax and tip well! - Not enough towels in your room? Go to the pool, there's plenty of towels. - Clean up after yourself in the hotel gym. Wipe down the equipment...your elf slave is at Hogwarts, plus it's just gross. - Avoid rooms next to an elevator in the Magic Tower! They charge you for the cost of ... Read more

We checked in at 3 pm and there were teacup seats in the lobby, the cast member at the front desk gave my 6 year old a signed Minnie Mouse picture, which was great. Then we were told it would be another 15 minutes before our room was ready and they would send a text, so we walked around, but half an hour later, no text. The website says rooms are ready at 3. We called the front desk and they said yes, it finally is ready (no call or text sent though). We quickly changed and went to the pool for ... Read more
