I believe it's far more likely for people to comment on the negative and sometimes excellent service goes unnoticed. I did not want this to be the case with Ivan L from The Anabella hotel. I called because I had a last minute emergency and had to postpone my trip by one day. I had originally made my booking through a 3rd party and when I called them they were experiencing system problems and could not assist me. Since my booking was for the very next day I didn't want to be charged a cancell... Read more

The hotel is close to stores, restaurants and Disneyland. We took advantage of the Art shuttle which is right next door to the hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the customer service was great! We ate at Tiffys which is right next door and we also tried the bar/restaurant at the hotel, both were very good.

First off, I have been coming to disneyland several times each year (Since 2005). Usually I don't have to hunt for a hotel because I have always liked the Anabella. I have must have stayed here 10 times or more. Over the years, I noticed the hotel is starting to run down. My last stay, the carpet was so dirty I couldn't let my toddler walk on it and the paint was peeling off the walls. The whole room was just beat up and nasty. When I talked about the room to the staff I was told "that ... Read more

Horrible!!! Unfriendly staff, rooms were disgustingly dirty, they look nothing like the pictures online. We had TWO WORMS in our bathtub, the sofa bed was disgusting. Looked like someone took a poop on the sheets and blankets and just folded them back up. There was a dead bug folded up in those sheets as well. The door lock was broke and did not work at all. The sofa bed was in horrible condition, smelt bad when you walked in. The porcelain in the tub was coming off in big chunks, the shower hea... Read more

We stayed for two days in a room with a king bed. We walked to Disney took 10-15 minutes to get to Disney walk. Bed was OK to was OK nothing special but also not bad. Big pool and jacuzzi and the restaurant had surprisingly good food. I'd stay here again if I had too but would look to upgrade to a nicer hotel if available

We love The Anabella. Good friends of ours come to The Anabella all the time and since my boyfriend got us passes to Disneyland for Christmas, we decided we would go stay at The Anabella for a couple nights. We loved it. Josh G. helped us with our reservation. He definitely made us feel special. Staff is friendly. Nice, upgraded rooms. Disneyland was just a quick walk across the street, which was nice. We took a break from Disneyland and came back to the hotel and enjoyed sitting by the fire pit... Read more

Our overall stay was OK. We had 4 adults and stayed in a small suite for 3 nights. This was bundled with our flight so not sure what we paid but it was reasonable. Room was run down, but not terrible. Beds were comfortable. Walls are very thin, you hear everything next door and outside. No fan in the bathroom, made for steam all over the mirror. We turned on the heat one night and black bits flew out over the floor and our bed. Staff was good and helpful. Fairly close walk to Disney. We had two ... Read more

Large room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable with an abundance of pillows. Perfect location for Disneyland. Walking is quicker than the bus. Tangerine bar was great and the gentleman working behind the bar was very personable and nice to chat with.

This hotel was acceptable in that it was clean and not a bad distance from Disneyland, but a little run down (peeling wallpaper, baseboards needed painting) We enjoyed using their restaurant Tangerine for breakfast. Breakfast was not included in the price. And, the price of the hotel was very good for the area. The beds were barely acceptable - my husband fought all night not to roll to the middle. The Anabella has great potential, but definitely needs updating. Staff was friendly, although ... Read more
