I haven't stay here since 2006, the resort still looks nice. Room was ready when we got the, staff was very friendly. Pool was closed but the jacuzzi was all we needed any how. We stayed here while we attended the Women's Sportbike Rally, and I will stay here if we go to the rally next year.

We are owners and have stayed in a few resorts so far, and this by far is my favorite! We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit with a sofa bed in the living room. The bed and pillows were amazing. There was an extra little room where the washer/dryer were located. It was too small to be a bedroom, but big enough that one of my kids chose to grab the blankets and sleep in there on the floor, she loved it! Love that there's always a gas bbq to eat in and save $$ to play with. While there is no AC, there are... Read more

This is one of the nicest resorts in Big Bear. We stayed for 5 days, and it was very nice! A+ all the way around! We enjoyed the pool, the recreation room, and the activities nearby. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

We have stayed here many times. Very comfortable and spacious. Great for families with kids. This place is awesome year around whether you're visiting in the winter and enjoying the snow or for the summer chilling on the lake. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but usually there is a good refreshing breeze. The resort has tennis courts, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, an activity room, movie rentals, gift shop and some other things that I can't remember. The rooms are equipped with was... Read more

After staying in San Diego on vacation Big Bear was such a quiet relief. What wonderful place to stay for a few days or weeks. Our room was most comfortable with a large balcony with bbq supplied. Staff were most friendly and i recommend this resort to everyone who needs a quiet break.

We really enjoyed our time in Big Bear! The condos were spacious and met our needs and the grounds were beautifully scenic. We also loved the rec room and pool area. We were invited but didn't feel pressured to join Worldmark. The only minor drawback was no AC in summer, but it really did cool down at night due to the altitude so it was comfortable by bed time. The service was great! It was really an ideal family vacation and we hope to return!

We had 3 different rooms while there. Too complicated to tell why here. All were very nice. Even though many construction people were on the premises, they were very unobtrusive. Nice to have washer/dryer in the unit. Only thing I would have liked was some type of glass in the bathroom other than getting one out of the kitchen cupboard. I personally detest bar soap but that is a minute issue and small container of body lotion would have been nice. Loved the gas fireplaces in all units.

Great location, friendly staff and unit was spacious, clean and well stocked. Tv,s in each room. Lots of activities at the resort. I had a wonderful weekend away even though my friend had no success in his fishing endeavors. Hiking, fishing, boating and shopping.... lots to do

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Big Bear World Mark from 7/24 to 7/30/16 and were eager to have a relaxing time. However, as soon as we reached the resort, We were greatly disappointed with the following aspects of the service: -- Considering my chronic knee problems, I had requested the lodging on the first floor as soon as we made reservations back in April. On the morning of our trip I had contacted the front desk for confirm this request. We arrived at the front d... Read more

Very spacious, updated, & well equipped unit. Washer/dryer, fireplace, large patio, and grill a plus. 5 minute walk to town center grocery stores and shopping. Fall colors were abundant. Several hiking trails close by. Expect timeshare tour pressure.

This was our first time staying at Worldmark Big Bear in the city of Big Bear Lake for a week through RCI. The front desk representatives were pleasantly friendly, but did not have a room for us upon arrival. We had to wait an hour pass check-in time, and than wait a little longer for reasons we don't know. There were timeshare representatives that the front desk sent us to but they were not overly aggressive. Finally, we received a condo across and above a nice large jacuzzi that we utilized in... Always exceptionally clean - but I'm tired of being dragged to "owner education meetings" that are moderately high pressure sales pitches. I'm a Realtor myself so I know the value of a hot lead - but having invested some significant dollars already I'm not too happy about the expectation that I will devote hours of my downtime fending off condo sales pitches.
