Hotel is overpriced and dated, even though it is fairly new. It's hard to tell who works at the front desk because they are dressed like they just walked in off the street. The manager was unprofessional and sloppily dressed too. They treat you like you are waiting their time. The wifi only works in the lobby. Forget about getting it in your room. There is a funky smell throughout the hotel. The hot tub is not working and full of debris. It was so bad we tried to get out of our second night of ... Read more

I reserved via email on one day and cancelled the same day...all nearly a month before the visit date... they refused to return any of my reservation money...charged it all against my credit card... tried to call..they would not discuss it. Tried to email the owner Dan Choi... he will not respond to my email.... They cheated me out of $168, and will not return one penny of it... worst motel ever

Last minute trip means I had to settle for only hotel room in town....lesson learned!!! The person checking us in was listening to headphones, didn't know what TripAdvisor was, and didn't care about customer service. The rooms had stained carpets, dated mattresses, and run down furniture. The shower head was falling off and weak. The breakfast was horrible, crowded, and felt dirty. When I checked out I tried to talk about when they were going to clean the place and renovate. The guy (I believe h... Read more

Terrible price, $232 for a handicapped room, halls dirty, Handicapped shower bench ripped out, management not concerned, or friendly, Big part of front lounge taken up by construction workers or someone working on a great deal or paperwork. only eight plastic chairs fo whole pool and hot tub water looked green.

This hotel has very dirty carpet and it is very expensive-cost us 200 dollars to stay for one night. it is a ripoff!! The name of the hotel is called Best Values but not reflect its name at all. This is the most expensive, yet most terrible hotel we have ever stayed in USA!

We needed to book a place to stay last minute for a weekend trip to Yosemite. All the hotels in the park were full so we chose to stay at this inn. It was totally worth the price and the customer service was great. Tasha was so accommodating and helped me find a solution when I found out I couldn't bring my dog to the park for some of the trails. I highly recommend you stay there and hopefully get to meet Tasha, as she was so delightful.

We arrived at the hotel and there were approximately 10 men loitering in the parking lot. Hours later they were still there, drinking. My husband thought it was fine, but I was a bit intimidated. The rooms are outdated and look a bit dirty. You can hear people in the halls and above you constantly. Wi-fi barely works. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and cheaper than most others - we paid around $130 usd. The sheets were clean and they offer HBO.

We stayed here one night before going into the park to stay for two nights. On the hotel, it's fairly basic but clean. The breakfast is a little free for all and the pool is pretty small. The location is 30 mins drive from the gate, then really you've got another 30 mins drive to get to points of interest. The money you pay is pretty expensive for what you get, but this is reflective of the area and it's still one of the cheapest around, so bear that in mind. I would recommend staying inside... There are two things that speak for this place: its proximity to Yosemite and the spacious rooms. For the rest: go somewhere else. It is expensive, the wifi didn't work two days out of four, one day housekeeping forgot to do our room (no apologies offered), the breakfast room is way too small with one toaster for 200 guests, rooms are far from soundproof (when your neighbor switches on the shower, it sounds like a train coming through your room). Need I say more?

Modern, clean facility. Pool is nice, but we didn't use it. Great value so close to Yosemite. short walk to downtown shops & restaurants. Staff friendly & personable. restaurant guide needs updating. Try it
