I had a room over the lobby. It was noisy. Woke up every hour when a door was shut. Bathroom was full of mold on the tile. Located in a nice part of town from what I could see. Won't stay there again. It was the cheapest we could find but overall not good.

To be blunt I wasn't expecting much, but needing a much needed mental margarita, my husband and I decided this place would do. Well....surprise, surprise, surprise. We had one of the best nights sleep we'd had in a while. I suggest you bring your own towels, the ones provided are best used for exfoliation....they're a bit "brisk". Overall I say go when you're in the area. Not expensive, clean. One problem...the ice isn't free. Bring quarters. $ .25 a bucket

My partner and decided to stay here a well needed rest. We had stayed here before, and the thought the rooms were adequate and reasonably pleasant. That was not the case this visit. We thought we'd book the bridal suite. It promised many things that simply were not there. The first faux pas was the fireplace. It did not function, and for the advertised balcony, it doesn't exist. The draperies in the room don't work or close completely not to mention they match nothing in the room. The steps in ... Read more

A few in the office are rude, which is not the first thing we look for as paying guests, right? But alot of evenings there's a nice man there that's a pleasure to deal with. The rude staff, though, tends to keep the decent guests away and what's left over is a hoodlum-rich guest population.

I pulled in at 2am and the check-in experience was fine but I didn't really look at the room until the morning because I just fell asleep as soon as I got into the room. The next morning I noticed that there was paint and chunks of the door missing, presumably from someone trying to wedge the door open. The room, though large, was fairly Spartan with older furnishings and a extremely firm bed (which was fine with me, but something to consider if you don't like this). They had a large tub with je... Mix up between internet service and motel resulted in maximum check in and following interaction unbearable.-----The Room: No windows made it feel like a jail cell. Black mold covered 90% of the grout in the bathroom floor. Mattress cover had blood stains 2 inches in diameter and many cum stains. Awful! Slept on the floor. Room for 2 had only one chair. Door latches in complete hotel not fitted properly so you had to slam the door to get it to shut. Listened to other guests enter their r... Read more

If You Want To Save Yourself A Headache Do Not Stay In This Hotel. Absolutely WOST HOTEL In California. Its Filthy and The Staff is Extremely Rude. They Do Not Care About Guest And They Will Be Glad To STEAL YOUR MONEY. The Manager has no Integrity. This Place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I want to start this review by stating that the staff working here are courteous and helpful. However, this stay has been one of the two worst lodging experiences I have EVER experienced. Problems--internet really doesn't work in rooms--really a problem as I am here on business. No working plug in bathtub, litter all over the place. The owner of this place clearly operates it in a slumlord fashion. STAY AWAY. this place really sucks!!!

Room was a decent price and the sheets were clean. That's the only good thing. Yhe remote for the tv was so dirty that when I cleaned it my rag turned black. Our feet were black from the floors. They charge you for the ice machine. The walls in the bathroom are dirty with heaven knows what. Breakfast is muffins and cold cereal. They even ran out of orange juice. Staff is not friendly.

Very convenient for Northern Marin County, along with rooms that fit whatever needs you have, such as 3-4 guests. Also, excellent service by the maids, maintenance workers, front-desk personel, as well as the manager!

I stayed here for one night in July. The pro's are it's very affordable for the area, the location is great, and the staff was courteous. Unfortunately for me the cons outweighed the pro's... A very dirty property, both outside the room and inside. The corners of my room had dirt/dust piled up. The parking was not great. Looked like multiple homeless people going in and out of rooms, which was extremely shady. The rooms were good sized, and had fridges and safes. Bed was very hard.

This hotel is horrible the bed was so stiff it was like sleeping on concrete, the bath tub had no non skid matts & the shower stall plastic curtains were barely attached and about to fall down as well as the towel bars! The towels they provided felt like sand paper rubbing your skin & no bigger than a a hand towel. I did call in advance several times and told them about their lousy reviews & they claimed they had never heard about this. They said they had replaced some of the beds, this is the s... Read more

This was the only hotel/motel within close proximity to where the wedding was going to be. We would have to go several miles as it was, but we needed to spend the night. We checked in before going to the wedding. The elevator had dirty wet towels piled up and they were still there when we left about 30 minutes later. The room was pretty dark (not a real problem), but the bed was awful. We would have done better just sleeping on the floor, it was so hard. We ended up waking up at about 5:0... Read more

I just stayed at this hotel and I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone! I have read all of the poor reviews on this page and even though the management keeps saying they are going to fix things and make improvements, they have done nothing. The beds are like concrete, the property dirty and not in a safe location. Poorly lit, dirty outdoor hallways, bathrooms had mold and disgusting tile floors. Towels are tiny and feel like sandpaper. Breakfast is not much, a little juice... Read more

The picture featured is very deceiving, property was dirty, parking spaces are very small/tight, and if you want a soft comfy bed this is not the hotel for you. The king size bed was like sleeping on hardwood floor. You also have to pay if you want some ice. Needless to say if was a restless and disappointing stay.

Look closely at their photos. Do you see a train track right outside the front door? The reason you don't see any interior shots is the place is DIRTY. Possibly the worst place I have ever been in. I cancelled my reservation the moment I walked in. I later found out they charged me anyway. Don't stay herr, don't even make a reservation here.
