Centrally located in Napa and a good choice if you are traveling with family and pet friendly as well. Next door to the highly recommended Oxbow Public Market where you can grab a a bite to eat at lunch or dinner. The hotel offers a complementary wine tasting.

We came with 2 other couples for a long weekend in wine country. Great location - walking distance to downtown Napa, where we walked for breakfast every day. Right next to Oxbow market. Beautiful lobby and beautiful outdoors. Very friendly staff, clean room. No complaints.

I can't say enough about our stay at The Westin. The staff were all gracious and helpful. The rooms are comfortable a gracious and quiet. Jennifer Currie at the front desk is a hero. My wife had her credit card in with her Iphone and it fell somewhere in the lobby while checking her phone. Jennifer found it and had it waiting when I checked to see if someone had turned it in. She was also helpful about small requests we had and made the stay enjoyable. Vanessa Duarte was also gracious and helpfu... Read more

My wife and I spent a few days here before heading off to a trade show in San Fran. It's a great hotel, and we would certainly stay here again. We didn't think our $475 La Toque dinner was what it should have been for the money so you may want to check elsewhere for dinner. We stayed using SPG points so we avoided what would have been a sizable hotel stay invoice. Everyone was really nice service wise, and Ballantine, the concierge was the best! He gave us some great winery recommendations to en... Read more

Great location -- walking distance to downtown Napa and the farthest wineries in Calistoga are only 30 minutes away. Overall, we found the hotel property average. Our group of six couples rented the 2 bedroom suites. The one labeled as the "luxury suite" was no different than the other two and quite honestly, the first floor suite was much nicer than the "luxury." Staff was very nice and helpful! Note to traveler: there is city of napa tax in addition to other fees and taxes which was $100 per... Read more

Spent 3 nights here and loved it. Rooms are spacious, if not particularly luxurious. Pool and hot tub area were quite nice as was the gym. Can't beat the location with a relatively easy stroll into downtown Napa, or you can hitch a ride with the complimentary car service the hotel provides. Loved the staff. Very warm and helpful.

This was the best Westie I've ever stayed in, take that PSP! I've got to say, I was not sure about this place but at the end of the day it served it's purpose Quite Comfortably, which is all I expect. The room decor was nice; calm and serene. Good location adjacent to the recommended Model Bakery. The wine hour was fun. Wish I had time to use the pool.

I can't say enough nice things about our stay at the Westin in Napa this weekend. We have a ladies trip, twice a year in a different location. This was our first stay at a Westin, and it will be at the top of our list for all future trips! I specifically have to comment on Emmanuel, such a gentleman! I asked for my car to be brought around so I could get out the cooler and case of bottled of water, he went to my car, grabbed the cooler, emptied the case of water into it, AND added ice for me... Stayed here for a friends weekend of wine tasting and was really impressed! The staff were friendly and helpful (Justin and Emmanuel both went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable). The room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed brunch at the restaurant as well as the large spa. Will definitely come back!

I just can't say enough great things about this hotel. The pool is amazing. The hot tub is amazing. The location is amazing. The service is excellent. The rooms are excellent. The grounds of the hotel are immaculately maintained. What else can you ask for in a hotel?

This was our second time staying at the Westin Verasa Napa and it was JUST as good the second time around! This might just be our favorite Westin....in the U.S! The rooms are large, comfortable and clean! The beds are what you expect from a Westin and you cannot beat the location! Although a little bit of a drive to (good) wineries, it is only a short walk to some great tasting rooms, restaurants and Oxbow market. The ONLY complaint I have for my entire stay was the server at the pool and the ... Read more

The Westin is clean, has a nice pool, nice outdoor sitting area, good bar, is on the river walk, and is walking distance to town. Lots of good restaurants in town. The Wine Train is located across the street. Not the fanciest place, but a good place to stay while visiting wine country. They will arrange to ship any wine you bought home for you. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that they could give guests a little more body wash. Barely enough for two people to take... Read more

Stayed 2 nights here for my 30th birthday. My fiance and i travelled from Sydney and were not disappointed. Excellent service right from the start, with Taylor at the concierge providing valuable advice about local places to see and where to eat. We were surprised with a beautiful suite with complimentary chocolates and a birthday card. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a 9 course degustation at La Toque with matching wines. Phenomenal service and food. A highlight of the trip.

Very nice Westin property located on McKinstry across the street from the Wine Train depot and walking distance to the Oxbow Market as well as downtown Napa. We had a King bed Deluxe room that came with a kitchenette. Starbucks coffee, a microwave, 2 electric burners with tea kettle and toaster provided. The extra deep soaking tub, thick fluffy towels and cotton robes were all nice to have. There is a full bar in the lobby along with the in hotel restaurant Bank. The Michelin star rated La T... We have spent nearly a week in Napa at this hotel, and we can truly say that the employees have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were here with several other couples, many of whom remarked about the cheerful and helpful people who work here. In particular, my husband and I wanted to say thank you to Isaac, a waiter in the hotel bar area/Bank, who waited on us many times this past week. He was knowledgable, courteous, and worked really hard to make sure everyone was happy during ... Read more

I visited Napa last week with my husband and 14-month-old daughter. My experience was less than favorable. When we arrived around 4:15 pm I told the front desk employee, Andrea, that I would like to schedule spa treatments. She said it was no problem and I should talk to the concierge. We took our luggage to our room and then headed back to the lobby to schedule massages. The concierges were no longer working {not sure why Andrea didn't mention that they left by 5 pm}; however, it was no big dea... Read more

The hotel is wonderful! The location is perfectly central to all things wine country. Downtown napa is a short and scenic walk from the hotel. Our room is clean and serviced well, breakfast each day has been terrific. The complimentary unwind wine tasting ritual each night is a nice bonus. Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and some friends. The service was great, we checked in late and got an upgrade to a massive suite with a full kitchen. However, the hotel is in dire need of a modern upgrade. The furniture looks like it has been there since the mid nineties. Beds are comfortable though and the suites are definitely roomy. This was our first time at this hotel, but Napa is a favorite get away destination. The furniture in the room was stained and worn. There was SIGNIFICANT noise in the room - pipes knocking, glass recycling noise, Wine Train noise and we had a family with children above us and there was almost constantly jumping going on in the evenings. All in all, hard to rest and relax at this property. We also planned on a pool day, but when we got to the pool there were no towels to be found...except for... Read more

One could just stay at the hotel and have a great time. But we got out to explore and it's location is close to downtown and many great places to see and eat! Breakfast at the hotel was not great but bar was nice. Didn't eat dinner there but heard it was pretty good. We stayed in a suite and it had a great kitchenette (didn't use but good to know for the future). We stayed at the Westin Verasa Napa in December 2015 and loved it. We stayed two nights for a quick trip with a friend to visit wine country before going to a 49ers football game. We booked a one bedroom king suite as our friend was going to stay on the pull out couch. Our room was a one bedroom apartment with a very livable living room, kitchenette with all the paraphernalia to cook, a nice king size bedroom, and a very large bathroom. The room had also a balcony, but unfortunately it was right on the air con motors of the hotel, thus not a nice view to enjoy.
