Centrally located in Napa and a good choice if you are traveling with family and pet friendly as well. Next door to the highly recommended Oxbow Public Market where you can grab a a bite to eat at lunch or dinner. The hotel offers a complementary wine tasting.

I can't say enough about our stay at The Westin. The staff were all gracious and helpful. The rooms are comfortable a gracious and quiet. Jennifer Currie at the front desk is a hero. My wife had her credit card in with her Iphone and it fell somewhere in the lobby while checking her phone. Jennifer found it and had it waiting when I checked to see if someone had turned it in. She was also helpful about small requests we had and made the stay enjoyable. Vanessa Duarte was also gracious and helpfu... Read more

My wife and I spent a few days here before heading off to a trade show in San Fran. It's a great hotel, and we would certainly stay here again. We didn't think our $475 La Toque dinner was what it should have been for the money so you may want to check elsewhere for dinner. We stayed using SPG points so we avoided what would have been a sizable hotel stay invoice. Everyone was really nice service wise, and Ballantine, the concierge was the best! Great location -- walking distance to downtown Napa and the farthest wineries in Calistoga are only 30 minutes away. Overall, we found the hotel property average. Our group of six couples rented the 2 bedroom suites. The one labeled as the "luxury suite" was no different than the other two and quite honestly, the first floor suite was much nicer than the "luxury." Staff was very nice and helpful! Spent 3 nights here and loved it. Rooms are spacious, if not particularly luxurious. Pool and hot tub area were quite nice as was the gym. Can't beat the location with a relatively easy stroll into downtown Napa, or you can hitch a ride with the complimentary car service the hotel provides. Loved the staff. Very warm and helpful.

This was the best Westie I've ever stayed in, take that PSP! I've got to say, I was not sure about this place but at the end of the day it served it's purpose Quite Comfortably, which is all I expect. The room decor was nice; calm and serene. Good location adjacent to the recommended Model Bakery. The wine hour was fun. Wish I had time to use the pool.

I can't say enough nice things about our stay at the Westin in Napa this weekend. We have a ladies trip, twice a year in a different location. This was our first stay at a Westin, and it will be at the top of our list for all future trips! I specifically have to comment on Emmanuel, such a gentleman! I asked for my car to be brought around so I could get out the cooler and case of bottled of water, he went to my car, grabbed the cooler, emptied the case of water into it, AND added ice for me... This was our second time staying at the Westin Verasa Napa and it was JUST as good the second time around! This might just be our favorite Westin....in the U.S! The rooms are large, comfortable and clean! The beds are what you expect from a Westin and you cannot beat the location! Although a little bit of a drive to (good) wineries, it is only a short walk to some great tasting rooms, restaurants and Oxbow market. The Westin is clean, has a nice pool, nice outdoor sitting area, good bar, is on the river walk, and is walking distance to town. Lots of good restaurants in town. The Wine Train is located across the street. Not the fanciest place, but a good place to stay while visiting wine country. They will arrange to ship any wine you bought home for you. Stayed 2 nights here for my 30th birthday. My fiance and i travelled from Sydney and were not disappointed. Excellent service right from the start, with Taylor at the concierge providing valuable advice about local places to see and where to eat. We were surprised with a beautiful suite with complimentary chocolates and a birthday card. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a 9 course degustation at La Toque with matching wines. Phenomenal service and food. A highlight of the trip.

The desk clerk asked her colleague to come out of the back and help us, but he was in the back room talking to Hotels.com (his own admission). This is a very peculiar level of service for a Westin. I hope they can fix it.

We paid like 2000 for just 3 nights and really did not get anything extra. Our view from our balcony was overlooking the roof of the building and our room was near the garbage bin so at 7am we got to hear the. Dumping 100's of bottles into garbage! That was not so pleasant. I do have to say the rooms were clean updated and nice so that is why I give it a 4. Personally I probably would never stay here again. It is in a convenient location so we were able to walk to eat and go out every night! O... Read more

I stayed at this hotel this past Labor Day weekend with another couple, we got the suite with 2 bedrooms. It's a nice room with a living area/kitchen/ and small patio to relax by and drink some wine. One room has the bathroom located inside and the other with the bathroom outside by the kitchen. The bathrooms are spacious but not top quality, the toilet paper they offer rips in too it's so cheap, so I would recommend bringing some of your angel soft from back home or wipes. We had a situation... Read more

Walking distance to town, really close to the market and right next to the wine train. Wine tasting every night. Weekend rates are a bit steep but great rates from Sunday thru Thursdays. Nice rooms, all suites, great service! Valet service is really good, included in rate.

This is the 3rd time we've been here and as always, the hotel is beautiful! The staff are always friendly and since we're always there on business the attention to detail is always A+. We come back for our business planning every other year so I hope we continue the trend!

We arrived after 4p and upon check in was told our room was not ready. Not a big deal, I work in the industry and know its difficult to turn rooms on the weekend. We gave our phone number and were told we could wait by the pool, bar, or go into town. I asked the gentlemen to hold our things and if they could put them in our room once it was ready, not an off request and something we do standard at our hotel. His response, I could pick them up when the room was ready. Not what i was expecting to ... Read more

The Westin hit all marks for us! It was quiet and beautiful while still easily accessible to downtown and to the wineries. We enjoyed the view of the Oxbow market and Walking downtown in the evenings. Our room was beautifully kept, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was more than accommodating and helped us with great recommendations on food, places to visit and things to see. The valet staff was always quick with your vehicle and more than friendly. The grounds of the hotel were beautif... Read more

Just returned from a trip to the wine country and stayed at the Westin Verasa again. It was our anniversary and the staff all made us feel very welcome. The hotel is tucked away with the Napa river running right behind the hotel. It's a quiet location within easy walking distance to the OxBow market, downtown, and the Napa Wine Train, The hotel restaurant is excellent plus the hotel has wine tasting from 5-7pm. Enjoyed relaxing by the salt water pool and sitting out on the balcony that loo... Read more

We needed a place in Napa for one evening during a business trip. We also had our best furry friend with us so pet friendly without breaking the bank was key! The Westin is pet friendly and does not charge a pet fee! The pool is on the small side but perfect for a cool plunge. There are nice cabana's surrounding the pool and spa that offer privacy and shade. Complimentary evening wine and apps are a great touch and you may sit in the outside courtyard with your pup. Bar was very pretty with... Read more

My husband and I attempted to book this hotel using our SPG points originally, but was booked at the time so we stayed at the Marriott (big mistake) for 1 night. The following morning, we drove past the Westin (which looked beautiful) so i called to see if it was available and we are so glad it was. I think anything would have made us happy at that point, but this surpassed our expectations. Usually when we travel we stay at Starwood Hotels and this is one of the nicer ones we have stayed at. ... Read more

By chance we needed hotel arrangements and picked the best place to stay in the Napa Valley!! Centrally located in the Valley to Downtown Napa and to all of the little hamlets in the valley. With free wine tasting, ample pool and Jacuzzi space, nice full rooms and a wonderful host staff, our stay was very very nice and we most certainly will be back!!! Thank you Westin Verasa!!!

We had some issues with the hotel at check in, which I followed up with Starwood and they took care of immediately. The rooms are HUGE. Ours had a view of the pool and some trees and it was beautiful. We had a nice balcony which we sat on to enjoy both coffee and before dinner beverages. The hotel was modern and clean. Although it's "far" from most of the wineries its only a simple uber ride away and we would go back. The pool was very nice too.

Great place in the heart of Napa to go tasting from and is down the street from a bunch of solid restaurants in town. Enjoyed staying here for a long weekend and will plan to do so. Only advice is to book in advance since this place gets busy!!!

We stayed at the Westin Verasa for our anniversary weekend and it was fabulous! Nice touch in our room was a welcome bottle of champagne and chocolates to kick off our stay. This is not like the typical business traveler Westin. It has a more luxury feel and the service level of the staff was very impressive. Our room was a lovely suite with a kitchen and high ceilings making for a great feel. I would stay on the first floor again to get the benefit of the spacious layout and a nice patio area ... I can't say it is the most spectacular Westin I have ever stayed in, but it is very nice and in a great location. The staff were WONDERFUL and the location was great, just a short walk to the main downtown area of Napa. The hotel was lovely and had a beautiful view of the mountains and the rooms were very large. Would definitely stay here again.
