I know the Hilton can do better than this. The waitress in the restaurant made a face when I informed her that we wanted our food to go. On top of that, the food was terrible, and the vending machines weren't fully stocked. About the room: Some of the doorframes in our room were coming apart, not much of a view/view blocked, occupants above us stomping around for hours. Not to mention this hotel seems to assume that the man pays for everything. It stung a bit not being recognized as the HHonors ... Read more

From the outdoor fire pit to the small game room, outdoor pool, fresh fruit & coffee in the lobby the Hilton Garden Inn Napa exceeded our expectations. Every evening wine tastings were offered. Our family enjoyed our week in Napa. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The room amenities included a refrigerator & coffee maker.

Convenient location for a wine tasting mini vacation with friends! Free parking and an overall nice hotel. Our plans kept us busy so didn't use the amenities of the hotel unfortunately. If you are looking for a nice, clean, convenient place to stay for exploring Napa valley this is a great option.

The rooms was very nice and clean. It is a typical Hilton Garden Inn, but the only real issue was the noise in this hotel. The outside noise was not so noticeable, but the inside noise was quite loud. You could hear the conversations in the hallway, outside your room, like they were standing inside your room. People walking upstairs were very loud as well. Noise was more than one would normally expect.

Needed to get to Napa in order to dine at The French Laundry. This hotel is within a reasonable driving range. Nice, clean, and affordable. No way I or my party of 3 was going to pay $400 plus for a room. We were there for the wine, restaurants, and scenery not to play the social ladder scene. Clean rooms, nice parking area, and very close to the Domain Chandon winery. Had a fabulous time in the lobby bar and the bar tender was sociable and made our final day pleasant. Great price, convenient location, clean rooms, and excellent staff. We frequent luxury hotels but always go "Hilton" when on a budget. Lobbies and rooms were updated and clean. Iced tea, wine and cookies avail daily in lobby. Small pool area with outdoor patio - great for cooling off and relaxing at night. Short 10 minute drive to Downtown Napa or Yountville.

I knew the Hilton wouldn't disappoint. The lobby and rooms were very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. Enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting and cookies in the lobby. Beds were fairly comfortable. The hotel is a little pricey, but I suppose that is to be expected in Napa. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights for my wife's birthday, and just LOVED it! Upon arrival, we were given a beautiful room complete with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and most impressively - a bottle of wine with a birthday card for my wife! Also, you cannot beat the central location to both the major wineries and downtown Napa! I travel a LOT, but typically stay in Holiday Inn hotels. Our stay at this hotel has convinced me to change that practice! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Our annual "boys trip" to the wine country, this year took us to Napa, and we found the Hilton Garden inn a perfect place to visit wineries throughout the valley. I was on the 3rd floor which was very quiet. The room had a micro wave and a Kuerig coffee maker with fresh refills every morning. Breakfast is included, and is not a buffet, but a full menu breakfast. P.S. The eggs benedict are (is?) delicious! Wi-Fi is free for Hilton Honors members! 2 free bottles of water upon checking in!

Clean & friendly hotel. It's in a good location, although it is not in the centre of town so we had to get taxi's to go out for dinner which only took 10 minutes. The bar in the hotel was closed the night we were there for an event but they let us drink our own alcohol in the lounge area whilst waiting for a taxi since they couldn't serve us any.

Hotel has a nice ambiance. Great hotel in a great location to downtown Napa and wineries in the area. In close proximity to a number of stores and other establishments. If you had plans to get to the San Francisco area the hotel is less than a block away from these shuttles.

Service with a smile was a daily focus here. Very clean all around, beautiful outdoor areas for relaxing by a fire with a bottle of wine. Great location for getting around Napa. Only wish had better breakfast selections. You could only get a full buffet.

Decent hotel. Not swanky but acceptable. The pillows were too soft for me, but I survived. Good location in Napa. Easy to go up the valley or over to Sonoma. Close proximity to Oakland and San Francisco airports.

An excellent location for anyone wanting to enjoy Napa Valley. We were right next to Highway 29 and could go all the way up to Calistoga and loop back around to downtown. The venue is quiet and peaceful. You can't go wrong staying at this sweet little hotel.

The staff at this facility are second to none. The rooms are clean and the hotel is in a pretty decent location. It's about 5 minutes from downtown. Good people, decent breakfast, free wine if you like em on facebook.
