Stayed here for BottleRock festival. Location: south end of Napa. 30 minute walk to downtown or BottleRock festival grounds (can take Napa river trail during daylight - nice). Near a Target and grocery, a few fast food restaurants. Facility: typical of Hampton but nice being brand new. Style on modern side - brown-greys and whites. Stayed in standard room. Only complaints about room: no in-room safe, noisy through the wall HVAC unit that didn't maintain very steady temp. Food was typi... Read more

My wife and I were visiting the Napa Valley for the first time and spent our first night at the Napa Hampton Inn. I didn't realize how new it was, only 2 months old when we stayed there. Everything was very clean and fresh and staff was very accomodating in our check in process and in helping with our dinner plans, etc. Good freeway access, close to local restaurants and downtown Napa. Also a very "green" location with an emphasis on the environment with car charging stations, recycling, etc... Read more

Nice place- clean and professional staff- location great with trail along river to concert/dowtown (20min walk)- Great gym next to hotel with 1 free visit and $16/ day after that - hotel gym adequate but hard to pass on great gym so close- rooms are large and well designed - Walls thin able to hear neighbors louder conversations on occasion- didn't spend much time in room wasn't a real issue. Met expectations for a place close to concert/downtown- clean and comfortable. Pricey for concert week... Read more

I was so impressed with the look, feel, and decor, of this luxury hotel, and did not expect it! They exceeded my expectations. The Serina and Kelly were simply amazing, and made my trip and accommodations first-class. Make this your choice when staying in Napa, and you won't be sorry.

This was a great hotel. It was close to downtown Napa and perfect for our night stay. The rooms were super clean, new, and the modern hotel had a beautiful lobby area with a great bar and free parking! There is a Target across the street if you forget anything. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

The front desk clerks provided great options to dine and visit. The hotel is new and offers a great breakfast each morning. Will definitely return.

As I said, new. Clean and nicely decorated. Room was very comfortable, with the notable exception of the high speed A/C blower. Accommodating reception staff. Better than average breakfast. Room rate was high for a Hampton, but this may have been a function of when we were there and in any event it is worth a modest premium for new and clean.

The décor is amazing. Brand new and modern. Staff is helpful and friendly. Price is a little high, but the location is great. You are close to both downtown Napa and the Vineyards. Rooms were very dark and we got great sleep since you couldn't hear anything once inside. View of the river was OK, the train tracks and yellow grass take a way from it a little bit. We just returned from a one-night stay in a one king, studio suite. While we missed having a separate room for the kids to sleep in, the suite comfortably accommodated myself, my wife, and our three children. Our preschooler joined us in the king bed, and there was plenty of room in the pull-out sofa bed for our two elementary school-aged kids; in fact, we could have easily fit three kids on the sofa. We were looking for a Hilton property close to Napa and settled on this Hampton Inn. We are very glad we did. The hotel is very new and therefore in excellent condition. The staff are great - very helpful. The property is convenient to a main road right off the freeway - but away from the road noise. The property was a bit expensive, but we'd gladly do it again. Great job you guys!

This Hampton in appears to be brand new. Not far from downtown Napa is a good value for a clean hotel experience. The staff was friendly and professional. The location at first put us off as it is right next to a busy bridge extending over the Napa river, but with the balcony door closed you couldn't hear any noise. The view at the back of the hotel is the NPA river and the bridge.

Typically stay at Hampton Inn for business as well as personal travel, because typically they are always clean and have the friendliest staff. Also, I have never reviewed a hotel, while still a guest, until today. My company has 6 rooms at this property right now. This is a nice new property, that appears to be quite nice, and has potential. However, yesterday when I checked in my room was filthy. We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel in Napa this past week. I was very pleased with the rooms (got a bigger room facing the river) and the free breakfast was better than expected. They actually had hot food like eggs and bacon! Two different sized waffle makers etc. Overall I'm very pleased with the stay! I also got the room for a great price using my HHonors and free wifi.

The hotel is clean and nice, it's new, folks. But, it is located in a strip mall and the freeway goes practically next to the pool. There is no bar or restaurant inside, just a small cantina/snack shop where you can buy this and that. For Napa and the relaxing experience you are looking to continue...do not stay here. It's for business people who just come to sleep.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night while we were vacationing in Napa Valley with another couple. The hotel is located in a commercial area, so it lacks the ambiance of a hotel that is located in the hear of wine country. Brand new Hilton hotel with modern flair one mile from downtown Napa. Great location and is right by a Century movie theatre and gym. Rooms were clean, spacious, and new. We stayed in a king suite and would definitely come back. Only downside is that the complimentary breakfast wasn't very good. Powdered eggs and no fresh fruit served on paper plates and plastic utensils. Save your stomachs for some really good breakfast at Model Bakery or oxbow for lunch.

Just stayed one night, but loved the room. It was clean, quiet, and spacious. The hotel is nicely appointed with a workout room, which we took advantage of, an outdoor pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the hotel bathroom was lovely too, with its full size walk in shower. I personally loved that it had a glass enclosure instead of a shower curtain. A bit on the pricey side, but the hotel had touches of luxury that made it a very enjoyable place you stay.

Clean, modern, beautiful, great views of the river and downtown, friendly and professional staff. We had to transfer over from a hotel we'd stayed at several times before, as their pool was out of commission and we had our kids along. For about the same price as the older hotel that had fewer amenities and dark rooms, the Hampton was a huge upgrade! We enjoyed the rest of our stay so much more. We'll definitely stay there again.

First, the social hour is only on Friday night, not nightly. The buffet breakfast is what you would expect from a Days Inn, so not very satisfying. They do change the hot foods every day (one day, scrambled eggs, the next, omelette), and they have the make your own waffles station. Our room, the AC didn't work properly and would not cool the room, even at night. Hotel maintenance worked on it, but could not get it working. Stay at the Hawthorn Suites instead.

Very pleased with this property. Good location, off Hwy 121, close to downtown, restaurants and supermarket. Had a comfortable, quiet, king-sized room with a balcony and river view. Enjoyed the beautiful outdoor patio as a quiet place to eat breakfast. Appreciated the provision of wine glasses, we were in Napa after all!

Good new option for hotels in Napa. Centrally located near new retail center south of downtown Napa. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very typical Hampton Inn room setup. Nothing special, but reasonable alternative to other hotels in the area.

I have never written a review, good or bad, but the experience at Hampton from their staff especially Kalah was so atrocious that I felt the need to prewarn people about this particular employee who was rude, unprofessional and argumentative and when I called to inform the manager of the experience, I received no calls back. The hotel overbooks and apparently doesn't care.

We consistently stay in Hampton Inns because they are clean and predictable. This Hampton Inn was below the usual standard, mostly due to cleanliness issues. The bathroom floor had hair all over it when we arrived. We called for housekeeping to assist, but all housekeeping staff had gone home for the day. Really?? No evening housekeeping? A very kind maintenance staff person was sent up who did a fine job cleaning. The carpeting in hallways was not very clean. "Clean" washcloths were pretty thre... Read more

The front desk staff was the most helpful during a busy weekend and with an early request for check in! We couldn't have been more thankful. The overall hotel is very nice and new. Quite a few people take advantage of the "lounge-like" lobby and bring down books and computers, which shows how comfortable the guests are.
