Great room! Large, and roomy for adults and 2 kids. The pond had swans and ducks. It was a great area to enjoy happy hour and for breakfast. The happy hour was awesome. Plenty of snacks, and any kind of drink was available. A real treat after a long day. The free breakfast was awesome. A very large comfortable area to eat (including outside by pond) with food cooked to order. Would definitely stay here again.

I used to stay in this hotel brand anywhere. Good reception desk service, mainly if you're a HH guest. Spacious rooms, nice bed. Happy hour and American style breakfast, all included in the daily rate. This one had also a beautiful and well maintained garden inside! Although some complains: The possible old wood, not anti sound proof, turns impossible to sleep if some horsing around people is upstairs! And second, next time I will choose another spot city to do the wineries. Yountville! Much mo... Read more

On the final leg of my vacation to the San Francisco area, I stayed at The Embassy Suites in Napa Valley. My expectations were not high since prior stays at Embassy Suites were not quite up to par. Upon arrival, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and nicely appointed with a good view of the courtyard. The hotel's location is ideally situated. Beautiful hotel, great rate and love the free breakfast and complimentary wine hour. I would say for breakfast they should have a coffee stand or have some flavored creamer and some wheat breads as i only saw white breads. Misquotes in my room every night.. weird.. but other than that it was very clean and nice! I would recommend!

Nice hotel. The rooms are well kept and clean. The grounds are very nice. Good open space in the center of the hotel. The free, made to order breakfast was good for what it is, and better than most free breakfasts you see at other Hilton chain hotels. Location is good as it is right of the main hwy heading north towards all the vineyards, although that adds a bit of road noise for those rooms facing that side (we were, and left our window open at night and it wasn't too bad). It is only a two ... Read more

Traveled to Napa as a group of 8 and everyone could not have been more pleasantly surprised with all aspects of this hotel. From the location to downtown and to winery trails, to the delicious breakfasts and generous happy hours, this place is really awesome. Every worker greeted you with a hello and a smile. The grounds are impeccable and rooms very clean. Will stay here again without any hesitation.

My wife and I went to Napa for the weekend. This hotel is short drive/Uber, from the central part of town and easy access to the highway for the wineries. The location is really ideally. It has a lovely atmosphere with a beautiful swan filled court yard. Manager's happy hour, had a great Sangria. The breakfast was great although the selection was smaller then I've seen at other Embassy Suites. The suites were huge. The staff were very helpful. A great hotel.

This is a very nice hotel with scenic grounds and friendly staff. We were disappointed by the temperature of the water in the pools (both indoor and outdoor). At check-in we were informed they were both heated, but the water was quite chilly in both pools. The pools were one of the primary reasons we selected this hotel over others in the area. But again, overall the hotel experience was very good.

The premises are beautiful and the service at the front desk was outstanding. We had to change rooms because some VERY rowdy children, happy to be on vacation, were a bit mucho take. The front desk staff were quick to help us and move us to a more secluded room. The breakfast, like in most Embassy Suite Hotels, was very good. The room was clean, and well appointed. Highly recommend it if you want to enjoy Napa and not spend too much money in a hotel.

We paid $411 per night and had the worst free (quote) breakfast we have ever encountered. It appeared like we had stopped at a Motel 6? The only fresh fruit (this was in California) were the cheapest melons available, the cereals were bought in bulk and of the lowest quality. The one hot food item was manned by one cook and the lines were 15 to 20 people long.

Beautiful grounds love the way the hotel wraps around a pond with the swans floating in it. Nice area to sit and enjoy breakfast and or happy hour. Breakfast made to order was one of the best we have had. Free Happy Hour was a great perk also. Will return on our next trip to the wine country. Entire staff, front desk and food and drink service was excellent.

So close, and yet...... Good location, nice facilities, nice room, friendly staff. But when you're paying top dollar it's the little things that matter. Hard to put your finger on what it is. Whether it's the illogical set up for breakfast that results in massive queues for cooked food, the phone in the room that didn't dial to reception, the exorbitant price for a bottle of water or the toilet that blocked up and nearly overflowed. Everything just seemed a little off. There's much to like ab... Read more

This is such a beautiful property and to make it even better was the staff. From the front desk staff (Jean) who was warm and eager to assist, to the housekeeping staff that greeted us every morning when we saw them. The bartender (Fran) at the evening reception was FABULOUS as well as the restaurant workers. They have swans and I even saw a turtle in their little pond. That was beautiful! This is a such a great place and I will definitely visit again. There were other staff members from... Read more

My cousin is visiting from France .We did a wine tasting and picnic lunch at V.Satuii Winery and of coarse bought some wine before we check in to the hotel. We rested a little bit then we went shopping in the outlet bought a lot of stuff at Gap and Banana Republic went back to the hotel just to freshen up and went to dinner at Mustards Grill. It was a wonderful stay! We had a great time. The hotel is nice and clean. The only dissapointment I have was I ask Jordan for a room near the elevator bcu... Read more

This place is perfect for families. 2 pools, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. The rooms are really nice with 2 room suites and very nicely appointed. Off street parking that is no issue. The daily happy hour is a cute nice touch and the included breakfast my kids love! Overall, this is not a 5 star resort but it is perfect!!!

Right, that's it, I no longer stay in any hotel without an indoor bandstand, complimentary manager's reception, a water wheel and a family of swans! This place is great! Stunning site, great location for both Napa and the freeway, beautiful buildings and grounds and far more of the stuff you'd expect to be included in a hotel stay than you usually get in American hotels: namely wifi, parking, pool and spa and most importantly breakfast included in the price. Seriously America, why the breakfas... Read more

This hotel is very average and was disappointing for the price we paid. The rooms are nice and v spacious but a little bit tired and could do with an update- especially the wallpaper. The lounge area is very dark. The bed is large and comfortable and the bathroom is well appointed. Breakfast was v tasty but it felt like a large canteen rather than a hotel. The service at the hotel is somewhat below average and I was shocked that staff didn't help us with our luggage. We had a small baby w... Read more

Visited this hotel for 2 nights last June while visiting family in Napa. Rooms are really spacious and very well looked after by staff. Food was great and served great times of the day and presented really well. Pools in the hotel were average but still good for the kids. The hotel itself was lovely very good on the eye very classy look to it. Would recommend this hotel for visiting Napa and would stay again.

This is one the nicest Embassy Suites I have stayed at. The staff at the front desk and the evening reception are extremely friendly and helpful. They served high quality complimentary breakfast, snacks and beverages. The suites are very clean and very good condition. It was comfortable and spacious. I chose this hotel because it looked like it had Napa type charm at a great value. Many of the charming hotels in the Napa Valley (Yountville) have gotten too be too expensive for what is offered. I found the Embassy Suites to be a great combination of intimate Inn, good service, and great value. With a suite for a room, we were able to have afternoon cocktails/wine with our friends in our room before dinner. The grounds are gorgeous and the swans are a beautiful. Also, a nice breakfast wit... Read more

Was very nice for an Embassy. Rooms large and clean with a living room suite. Decoration in rooms a little dated looking but pleasant. Grounds are very nice with a pond and ducks and swans. Breakfast buffet is ample and evening cocktail hour has good choices for most people. Location for us was a bit out of the way, as most of the wineries and restaurants we went to were a 20-30 min drive each time.

We are in Napa for a wedding & glad we chose this hotel of the two options offered by the organizers. Our suite is very spacious. The furnishings & the bathroom are basic but adequate. The complimentary hot buffet breakfast makes for a great morning start. Location is superb for both shopping & sightseeing.

What a great location for a California wine experience. The Embassy Suites in Napa is ideally located for visits to both Sonoma and Napa. The grounds and property is very well maintained and the staff is totally professional, helpful, and courteous. Will always stay there when we visit the area. For California and the area, this a a very good value.

Great location and nice facility. It is an older building that has been upgraded and is nice. The cost is rather high, but that is to be expected in Napa. Complimentary internet is slow. Very close to downtown Napa and the highway. We would stay again.

Hotel is in a good location. It is a 4min drive from downtown Napa (about a $6 uber). Most of the wineries are anywhere between 10-20mins away (10-$20 uber). Overall the hotel was nice they have a complimentary breakfast and happy hour. The property is pretty. The rooms were clean when we arrived but after that I felt like they did the bare minimum. Also I was charged for a bottle of water which i didn't know was not included since their was no sign. I would stay here again.

As a business traveler, I stay at many Hilton properties; however, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The grounds are so beautiful; ponds, swans, ducks made for a completely relaxing vacation. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate and the rooms are large and comfortable. Big plus, if traveling with someone is the extra sink area in the bedroom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

While our stay was trouble free, it wasn't five star, either. On the pro side, the grounds are nice - pretty places to sit outside and have coffee or a glass of wine. The people were friendly and while we didn't ask much of them, they helped where we needed it. It's great you can rent bikes - Napa is very bike friendly. On the con side, the bed (in our room, at least) needed to be replaced. The shower was tiny and made worse by the grab bar and the handle on the door slide. I had to step do... Read more

Embassy Suites is a great location for visiting wineries in Napa and Sonoma. Highway noise is slightly bothersome but the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The made to order breakfast staff was very efficient. Muffins and Danish pastries weren't very good, though. The bar tenders at the evening reception were friendly and made great cocktails. 4 star hotel. 5 star service. Aaron Scott from front desk realised it was my birthday a week ago upon check in, gave an upgraded room and a bottle of complimentary wine. The atrium area with its outside seating was excellent. The manager's reception in the evening with wide range of free flow alcohol was great and because it was Napa, it made it feel even better. Lovely swans. Would not consider any other hotel if I am in Napa.
