Renovated restaurant and bar is nice. Close from freeway and gas station. Plenty of parking space is free for guests. Snacks, drinks are available at front desk. Rooms are not new but clean enough. Feels safe.

I was here for the Google I/O conference. This hotel served as a great get away from the business of the conference. There are several helpful stores and restaurants all around. The staff was really nice and very helpful. The room itself wasn't the fanciest room I ever stayed in but it was comfortable and very clean and there was "turn down" service every day. It was comforting to come back to a made bed and a cute little note every day.

This hotel is reasonably nice and offers the things one expects from Hilton Garden Inns but, carpets in halls and rooms are looking a bit worn and some of the furnishings are beginning to look a bit tired.

I stayed in this hotel in my recent business trip to mountain view. Upon arrival I came across the friendly staff. After seeing the great room I got I was more than happy to join the Hilton Honors club. The hotel is located next to the freeway which is great. Overall my stay was very pleasant. The only 3 things that could have been better were: 1) The water pressure in the shower and sink was low. I couldn't really enjoy a good shower. 2) The breakfast was overpriced in my opinion. 3) Upon arri... Read more

Overall a really good property. Quiet, clean, decently friendly staff. However, I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. I have never experienced a more uncomfortable bed, especially in a hotel charging as much as this one charges.

Stayed for the Fathers Day weekend. Great location with an outdoor pool that my grandkids were able to enjoy. We will stay there again. I sat at the bar during Happy Hour to watch the Giants game. Bartender was friendly and engaging. The weekend prices are very affordable and the parking is free. As always, a very enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located on El Camino, with proximity to 237/101 and Castro street. Hotel staff is very friendly. Manager Sam is a true gentleman. Being on El Camino, it has lot many eateries and shopping options nearby. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, true to Hilton standards. Good wifi connection in the rooms. Nice tea/coffee in the room. Highly recommended.

Wow! Did we luck out! We got a corner suite on the first floor and it was huge. Plenty of room for three as the seating area with sofa bed is practically a bedroom by itself. Also had a good size area for coffee maker (individual servings provided by hotel) and fridge. Nice bathroom with tub/shower and well appointed bathroom counter with plenty of space for your toiletries. The rate was excellent at about $160 per night. I got to the hotel and had the wrong room type. NOT AT ALL a big issue. I went downstairs and explained that I was traveling with a colleague and had reserved a double. Room switched. Easy. Enter the large tour group. My room had been switched out with one of theirs - and they all had requested 4:00 AM wake up calls. You can probably guess the rest. After an exhausting couple of days dealing with a family emergency that was not pleasant. Ok, I don't judge a hotel by the mistakes they make, bu... Read more

The lobby bar and restaurant are convenient and fast when you need a meal after a long work day. It is also very nice that the hotel is next to the freeway so you can quickly avoid traffic and get to your location quickly.

Very nice hotel right on El Camino Real not far from Stanford Univ. campus. New-ish and well-kept. Staff was efficient; room service meal for dinner was delicious, and breakfast was also delicious and convenient (but is NOT a free buffet included with room cost). It's a bit pricey, but that seems to be par for the course for this community and the convenience and comfort were worth it.

It may not look like a lot in the outside but once you step in it becomes evident by the decor and staff that it is something special! Though I only had the pleasure of a couple of nights it was way underpriced for what you got! The food was amazing and Doug the Food and Beceragbe manager out in a party that was worthy of a New York club! The room was extremely spacious and it was close to everything! Thank you all and thank you David!

Overall good place to stay short-term or long-term. Breakfast is not free by default. Make sure you ask before booking. Expensive relative to other hotels in the area. All of these types of hotels are pretty much the same, but the link to the Hilton chain brings a few refinements that make this hotel a little better than the other chain hotels. Small attentions to detail such as the chocolates in my room on the last night and the extra coffee capsules after the 2nd night reflecting my caffeine addiction made the hotel pleasing to stay in. Great hotel, warm swimming pool, nice small fitness center & pretty good restaurant. However, our neighbours were having a party and we had a hard time trying to get asleep, and the staff did not do a lot about it, but offered us to move to another room at 3 AM - who would do that with family & kids? The buffet breakfast is what brings us back to this property. The lobby and restaurant are newly remodeled and very nice. The rooms, however, are dated and have dirty carpet and old, uncomfortable beds. Overall, an OK stay, but if you are looking for a property that shines, you will have to wait until (and if) the remainder of the hotel is upgraded.
