Stayed here for a week for business, and the noise level within the hotel is very loud on week ends. Some sort of party going on. The room was average. The breakfast was average, however the rate was way out of line. The hotel is beautiful, and clean. Love the atrium. I guess that's what we're paying for. The WiFi really does need work, you can report it to the front desk, but it seems to go in one ear and out the other.

We had a Great stay, small beds but nice rooms and the reception was wonderful! I would definitely stay again the next time we go up that way. The kids loved the indoor pool it was almost impossible to get them out.

Moths in my room, green gel on carpet, sofas in disgusting condition. Bed springs in such bad shape that I ended up with bruises on my back! I will never stay at this hotel again. Breakfast quality low.

Great place to stay rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. You can't beat the breakfast that is provided especially if it is a family that is traveling. The only draw back to this hotel is the small entrance into the parking lot.

Just overnight stay- purpose- a surprise birthday party. Time too brief but staff was accommodating with directions and enjoyed the breakfast. Room was excellent and felt relaxed during our very brief stay.

If you want to smoke in your room, this is the place to go. Great hotel, super people. Be sure to reserve well in advance as these few rooms go very quickly. The location is ideal and the swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The breakfast are awesome and the bartender is fantastic.

Employees taking smack behind customers back and had an employee tell me I can't eat at an eatting table at night when I was tired. That employee walked away slowly when they saw my face full of anger and tiredness.

The atmosphere is relaxing, but the rooms can use some upgrades and deodorizer to take away the stale smell. We came with our little ones and it was perfect having two rooms. Enough room for them to be mobile and not stuck in one room. The pool with a little chaotic. Recommend calling front desk if you witness bad behavior in the pool area. We encountered chaperoned kids behaving badly.

Although we had some issues with our stay since the hotel was very crowded due to the Memorial Day weekend, the staff, especially Amber and Kayla, were very accommodating and understanding. We left the hotel has happy customers and will definitely return.

This is a nice hotel. I was only there for one evening so I did not get to enjoy many of the amenities. The room was spacious and clean. Excellent bathroom and shower as well. Bed was extremely comfy and pillows were super soft. No complaints at all, I would stay here again.

Hotel in need of renovations, very dumpy looking, felt like a motel 6, restaurant menu very limited, same for room service. Arrived at 7 pm one person at front desk waited 10 minutes for service. Would not return

Efficient pleasant staff. Room huge but not great standaconsidering $230 / night its a bit tired and in need of refreshing. Bed comfortable. Bathroom good. Quiet. Happy hour gives complimentary snacks beer wine etc and as I was tired and had eaten lunch was sufficient. Cook to order breakfast was good. Lots of fresh fruit and cereal. Omlettes made to order though they used an egg white mix for my egg white omlette. Fresh and tasty though. Good parking and felt secure.

Lobby was very inviting. Rooms were a little dark. The desk clerks were very helpful and cheerful. The staff fretted you as you past them. I did not have breakfast in the hotel so I cannot comment on that.

Room is clean and really spacious. Bed is not comfortable to sleep in. Staff are great. They allowed us to have an early check in. Pool is not clear, not sure when the last time it was cleaned out. Really close to restaurants and shopping center.

I booked two rooms since we were traveling with family and a 4 year old for vacation. The rooms were very clean and all of the staff were very friendly. We requested our rooms be close together and the staff took care of it. The breakfast was awesome, and the pool and courtyard were very nice. Will defiantly be staying again and will highly recommend. Great place to stay and close to many attractions.

Absolutely outstanding service in this location. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. There are also places to shop. The inside of the hotel is beautiful and you can have a nice and relaxing evening while enjoying the complementary drinks. The food during the happy hour is very good. The complementary breakfast is outstanding.

Room setup the typical Embassy Suite, two beds with fold out sofa. Bathroom with toilet and sink inside, bar sink with coffee maker in sitting room area. Overall room was clean, maybe a little more attention to the bathroom. Main dislike was room at front of hotel, which faces busy street. Better soundproofing would be helpful since traffic starts at 0430 and is pretty solid until 0700. Otherwise would recommend requesting room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good, workout facility and p... Read more

This hotel reminded me of a cruise ship, all the rooms going around the border. At first is was thinking, "this is a renovated hotel with a roof to make it indoors...", but what do i know. It was nice... I was traveling with kids, 8, 9, 11, 17yrs. 17yr old spotted the free snacks first, I spotted the free drinks in the fridge. All though I was expecting a machine the provided snacks were sufficient. The beds were comfortable. The pull out bed was cool, I threw all 3 boys on it. Loved having t... Read more

We stayed at this place July 2-3 2016. When I arrived at 1pm, I was told my room wasn't ready and to come back at 4pm. So, I had to find something to do w/ my family wife + (2 kids) and I returned at 4 pm. I was able to check in only to find in our room it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the bathroom, furniture including bathroom door was filthy DIRTY!! Please see attached pics! I did inform the front desk and we were moved to another room only this time the bathroom fan did not work and ... Read more

I took this trip with my 88-year-old mother who uses a walker. We tried the complementary breakfast, and it was a nightmare for us. The courtyard has steps everywhere, and the built-in ramps meandered everywhere making her exhausted by the time we got to the serving bar. After getting her omelette, we went over to the tables and there were only a handful that didn't require steps to climb. Of course they were all taken as they were closest to the food. Each type of food is at a different bar w... Read more

We enjoyed our night at this hotel and plan to stay there again when in the area. It was very convenient to the airport. The hotel is lovely and spacious and a very cool place to stay on a hot day! It was convenient to area restaurants and movies as well as the airport connection.

Straight to the point this hotel is in need of an renovation. All the young ladies at the front desk were very helpful but the hotel sucks. The hot tub didn't work the water was turning green, carpet in my room was dirty and the furniture as well. The complementary breakfast was different from other Embassy's you don't get to serve yourself. I ask for more than two pieces of bacon and the lady said that's all you get lol Okay.

Breakfast excellent. Room setup perfect for family of six. Only negative: Miscellaneous children running through halls at midnight was frustrating when our children were trying to sleep. Hotel staff and the kids parents seemed oblivious of the problem. Overall, a good experience.

The breakfast buffet and free evening happy hour at this hotel were really wonderful - way beyond expectations. There were many choices for breakfast and they were all delicious. The happy hour bartender was efficient and delightful. The rooms are large and comfortable as well. It is a great place to stay. A great location to explore Northern California!

The staff are all so friendly and the breakfast was more than what you can expect, especially the Japanese breakfast choice! Outstanding! The bottles of water from the front desk staff were timely for the hot weather. Parking is also not a problem. Can't wait to plan another trip to San Jose and stay at this hotel!

This is a 30 year old building which looks nice from the outside with a big atrium inside. Rooms are suites which were update a few years back however the sitting room furniture needs serious replacement. Bed is comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good. Resturant menu hasn't changed in years and truthfully lacks any real taste. People are freindly and gym isn't bad. Location is not bad with many local resturants within 10 minute drive.

This hotel is so dirty. I attached a picture of the chair that was in my room to show you how old, worn and stained the furniture and carpet is in this place. Yuck. Come on, people! I stay at the Embassy Suites Milpitas just about every Monday and Tuesday night and I can't say enough good things about the quality of the staff in making me feel at home. The complementary full breakfast is excellent and the Happy Hour is a welcomed treat! My only suggestion is to vary the Happy Hour menu so that it is not the same items on specific nights as it would be so much better for those of us that are routinely at your property. Martin and Joel are great bartenders always creating new... Read more
