Stayed here for a week for business, and the noise level within the hotel is very loud on week ends. Some sort of party going on. The room was average. The breakfast was average, however the rate was way out of line. The hotel is beautiful, and clean. Love the atrium. I guess that's what we're paying for. The WiFi really does need work, you can report it to the front desk, but it seems to go in one ear and out the other.

The atmosphere is relaxing, but the rooms can use some upgrades and deodorizer to take away the stale smell. We came with our little ones and it was perfect having two rooms. Enough room for them to be mobile and not stuck in one room. The pool with a little chaotic. Recommend calling front desk if you witness bad behavior in the pool area. We encountered chaperoned kids behaving badly.

Efficient pleasant staff. Room huge but not great standaconsidering $230 / night its a bit tired and in need of refreshing. Bed comfortable. Bathroom good. Quiet. Happy hour gives complimentary snacks beer wine etc and as I was tired and had eaten lunch was sufficient. Cook to order breakfast was good. Lots of fresh fruit and cereal. Omlettes made to order though they used an egg white mix for my egg white omlette. Fresh and tasty though. Good parking and felt secure.

Will defiantly be staying again and will highly recommend. Great place to stay and close to many attractions.

Room setup the typical Embassy Suite, two beds with fold out sofa. Bathroom with toilet and sink inside, bar sink with coffee maker in sitting room area. Overall room was clean, maybe a little more attention to the bathroom. Main dislike was room at front of hotel, which faces busy street. Better soundproofing would be helpful since traffic starts at 0430 and is pretty solid until 0700. Otherwise would recommend requesting room at the back of the hotel. I took this trip with my 88-year-old mother who uses a walker. We tried the complementary breakfast, and it was a nightmare for us. Straight to the point this hotel is in need of an renovation. All the young ladies at the front desk were very helpful but the hotel sucks. The hot tub didn't work the water was turning green, carpet in my room was dirty and the furniture as well. The complementary breakfast was different from other Embassy's you don't get to serve yourself. I ask for more than two pieces of bacon and the lady said that's all you get lol Okay.

This is a 30 year old building which looks nice from the outside with a big atrium inside. Rooms are suites which were update a few years back however the sitting room furniture needs serious replacement. Bed is comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good. Resturant menu hasn't changed in years and truthfully lacks any real taste. People are freindly and gym isn't bad. Location is not bad with many local resturants within 10 minute drive.

About half the time that I drive to the Bay Area on business, I find myself here, even though the office is an hour away in downtown San Francisco. The setting is quiet, the parking is free, and the hotel is spotless. But most important, this hidden jewel in the Hilton crown has hospitality down pat: you feel genuinely welcomed with every encounter with the staff. I generally choose Marriotts when I travel, but the Embassy Suites Milpitas is a rare and treasured exception to my rule.

Good breakfast, not crowded because of the large atrium and public spaces. Plenty of parking, however it being paid makes it not super good. It is only 10 bucks though. Good recognition of benefits, the wifi is fast and the rates are much more reasonable than other bay area hotels. It is really easy to get to both 680 and 880 highways. Pleasant staff and good houskeeping. Would recommend.

I already stayed in this hotel before. That's not fantastic but it's convenient, close to business areas. Free shuttle available in the morning to drive you to your office . Suites are quite big and well equipped , bathrooms need to be refreshed, look quite old and old fashioned but clean. Avoid rooms wIth view on the speed way, it's definitely very noisy and I could not sleep, I had to ask for another room but service is nice and they were happy to change it for me. You have to pay for wifi co... Read more

I have been traveling 30+ weeks per LAST 20 YEARS with a Fortune 100 company.Marriott Platinum. Hilton Gold. Here's the problems with this hotel: 1. No greeting at check in. Desk clerk was rude. 2. Desk clerk charged some people for parking (although there was no signs or system) & did not charge others. 3. Room had broken phone & alarm. 4. TV would NOT allow computer input. 5. Third day the room was not cleaned (although I left at 7 AM with no DND sign on door) 6. Cocktail waiter showed up 40 m... Read more

This was a terrible place to stay as the room did not meet expectations. When making a complaint to the management, they didn't seem to care. Mold was around and above back door. If you have allergies and asthma, DO NOT stay here. It will make you sick, as it did to my husband. Dust is layered on the furniture, not cleaned well.

Plumbing issues required us to relocate to another room, and both rooms could have used some updating. In one ceiling popcorn rained on the floor and the housekeeper didn't vacuum it up (we stayed two nights). Wallpaper was coming off the wall, carpets were stained and furniture was banged up and tired. I expect more from an Embassy Suites.

Once I checked into our room last night, and was disgusted by how dirty and gross it was, I started to read the TripAdvisor reviews. I was surprised by the diversity of 5 stars vs 1 or 2 stars. It was as if this was two different hotels. My room, #306, was a 1 star room. Furniture so old and disgustingly filthy, filthy carpet with tears, spider webs in the corner of the bedroom, couch with no stuffing left in the torn cushions, single orange chair that was so filthy, you would not want to sit in... Our check-in was pleasant & received a complimentary bag containing 2 bottles of water. We had booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful. The first thing you noticed in my room is large red stains on the carpet, then one of the lamp shades looks as if it had been in a war, frayed wobbling and a skew. The rest of the room appeared fine. Down we went for complementary drinks & appetizers. Drinks were fine but some how crumbled chips and salsa, zucchini sticks, broccoli, cauliflower are ... Read more

We've stayed in this hotel about 3x. Our favorite things are the ample suites, delicious variety of breakfast, and the managers reception. The pool is nice during the week. On the weekends there seems to be too many kids. I don't mind kids but they don't seem to have much supervision. The bartender, I forgot his name, is great´╝?we've seen him there on the 3 occasions. What is a bit disappointing is one the waitresses, Noemi. She's friendly but on different occasions she pretty much wants you to... Read more

The hotel itself is very nice. The beds and rooms were comfortable. The only creepy thing was is they do not switch out the glasses in there rooms. We marked the glasses to see if they give clean glasses. The hotel maids do not have glasses for replacement or did I see them pick up old ones. Never saw a cart of glasses changing out in the rooms. It is gross if they are rinsing and wiping with their cleaning rags. My husband and I stayed at Oxford Inn in Redding on our way back home and they... Read more

The hotel accommodations and food were fine. I stayed there on a Friday and then the following Saturday. Both times sketchy people were staying there so there were drunk guests in the parking lot and on the balconies. It didn't bother us, we just went straight to our rooms. To the hotel's credit, there was hired security guards patrolling the parking lot and hotel so I'm thankful for that. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, very good late check out schedule, there's some evening perks with drinks and snacks in the main atrium area. Stayed here Thurs-Sunday with my wife and kids while visiting her family. It is a generic Embassy Suites with the rooms surrounding the atrium, so I won't bore you with the amenities. The people in the neighborhood, however, use this hotel as a cheap party spot. In speaking to the staff, locals book one room and throw birthday parties. This involves inviting 20-30 of their closest friends to come, drink the free drinks at the evening reception, and basically be loud and obnoxious all night. ... Read more
