Great place to stay, as long as you are there on an off weekend of the kids little league tournaments. It's close to shopping, restaurants, freeway and close to the party location I was there for. Great stay thanks.

Excellent value, friendly staff. Conveniently located right on the way to Yosemite. Would highly recommend this hotel. Hot breakfast was appreciated. They even had fresh, good coffee. Glad we stayed there.

My son was playing at Big League Dream fields. It was a close place to stay. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was the best I've had. We will stay here for every baseball game. They also do group rates.

Second time I have stayed here. Here for a wedding. Pleasantly surprised on the clean and comfortable rooms both times . Rooms are nicely set up. We had friends come and visit with plenty of seating to be comfortable. Surprised that hotel is located in shopping center yet felt very private and quiet. Will definitely stay again

Horrible service. They put a family with young kids on same floor with loud wedding party. Multiple calls to front desk resulted in nothing being done. As a Hilton Honnors guest, and a very loyal Hilton guest, I was not even offered water or acknowledged. The rooms were very clean. Mostly, the service was bad.

This is a nice facilty. Large room and bath, clean feeling. Lots of free convenient parking and nice breakfast. Problems: -Room not ready when promised. -vacuuming the hallway at 9 PM with large industrial machine. Worker realized it was wrong but said management made him do it. Give me a break! -Crappy satellite TV. No regional sports channel. Forget watching Giants, A's or Warriors. Cheap motels have this. When I went down to the desk to ask if the Giant's game was available the said they wou... Read more

My wife and I were on our way to Yosemite National Park after getting off a plane at SFO and owing to jet lag decided to break our journey half way by spending one night at Hampton Inn & Suites Manteca. It was a very good decision. This property is easily accessed and is located in a peaceful, uncluttered and safe looking part of Manteca. There was parking just in front of the property which was convenient. While there was no porter service, there were luggage trolleys available for us to use. T... Read more

Great hotel - very clean and front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. As an Hilton Honors member, I was treated as such and they honor my room preference. The location is also a plus - right by the freeway and the mall.

Hotel is nice but shows a lot of evidence of wear and a bit beat up in places. You can tell a lot of people have stayed there. Broken nob in elevator. Chipped edges on signs. But a very comfortable hotel.

Since Field of Dreams is nearby, there were a lot of teams staying at the hotel during our stay. Fortunately, all the parents were good at keeping the players in line. My family of 5 usually stay at Hampton Inns because we can fit in a suite with a sofabed. Unfortunately, the sofabed in Room 429 had a really thin mattress. I had a stiff back every morning. Another reason we stay at Hampton Inns is because of the awesome hot/cold breakfast buffet. When you subtract the amount we spend at ... Read more

This hotel is far from freeway noise. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful...good complimentary breakfast. It doesn't offer any other meal but it is next door to a large shopping area that has a number of restaurants. I would stay again.

Overall very nice hotel, better than i was expecting from a Hampton Inn. The room was much larger than i had expected. Still hotels even being anywhere near bay area are pricey, but didn't have a lot of other options that would be as nice for less money.

This hotel was clean, convenient, and close the the softball fields (field of dreams). We used all the amenities it had to offer to our family of 4. The room price of 186 was a little high but the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast, and early/late pool hours made it worth the cost. My daughter said the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Manteca for the fourth time. This is always our place to stay for baseball tournaments. It's always clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. I love that they change the bed spreads after every stay. The pool area is nice also. The hotel is also next to the Bass Pro Shop which is a big bonus. The shopping center has a movie theater and a couple of restaurants which is great when you're on the run between games.

My wife and I stayed just one night and we were absolutely delighted by our overall experience. We booked online, and the only glitch was that we arrived a little earlier than check-in time and were told that we would have to wait until our room had been cleaned, since the hotel had been very busy. My wife had to go off to a meeting, so they stored our luggage in a back room for us and I told reception that I would wait in the lobby until our room was ready. I stay at this hotel often due to our kids travel ball teams. I have never experienced a problem until this time booking. My sons team rescheduled their tournament for two weeks sooner than my original booked date still 3 weeks away from today. I called and tried to change the reservation but apparently I booked the advanced purchase rate, I didn't realize that particular rate was non-changeable, non-refundable basically they will not help you at all. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. We enjoyed the continental breakfast in the mornings and there seemed to be a decent variety of food. The hotel was a great location to Field of Dreams ball field. It was within nice walking distance to a few restaurants, however Red Robin was providing a limited menu due to their grill being broken. The shopping in the area was minimal, but possibly growing in the future with more stores.

We checked into this hotel after our hotel in Stockton was a disaster. The Hampton Inn and Suites saved our trip! The room was extremely clean, and every staff member we interacted with was pleasant, friendly and professional. Breakfast was great as well. We were in town to visit family, who live in Stockton, which is why I didn't book this hotel in the first place. However, the drive to my family's house isn't far. So, I would absolutely stay here again!

This was so nice ... immaculate, great restaurants and shopping in the area ... what I time I had. When I arrived, I was so impressed with the beauty of the landscaping and the cleanliness of the grounds. The room was even more amazing ... it was oversized and the staff was there to satisfy my every beckon call. I was hoping to enjoy a nice meal ... much to my delight, I had 5 or 6 choices ... all in walking distance. In summary .... my what I time I had.

Arrived late in evening to a very receptive staff. We wanted Frozen Yogurt which we thought might close at 9 pm. The staff went over and above by directing us out the back door and pointing the quickest route to the Yogurt Shop so we could make it before closing. The Yogurt Shop closes at 10 pm so we had plenty of time. From the Hampton you have shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Nothing special at all about this place. Nicer than most other hotel/motels in the area. It is located near a shopping center that has a movie theatre and a couple restaurants, most store fronts are empty. There is a Tesla super charging station in the same shopping center. All was well, room was good, needs updating, bed was uncomfortable and pillows were not good. Housekeeping was average, never left enough condiments for the coffee. Breakfast was not good....served those "hockey puck" pre cooked things they call an omelet ? Nobody likes those about some real scrabbled eggs? Not a good value for the cost. Way overpriced for what you get.
