We would like to give a huge appreciative shout-out to Raul M. and his crew for helping us with the snow. They were incredibly helpful, and I need to thank them for their very professional service. This was the type of service that keeps us coming back to the ease and comfort of the Juniper Lodge. This was the fifth time we have stayed there, and we will be returning. Thank you.

They helped so much to us. we couldn't drive because of storm. The manager drove buying the tire chain for us. Also, we had to stay additional night, and they gave us the disccount, too. Thank you very much. ???

I have stayed here for years, but noticed this year the place is just getting really run down and there are a lot of other places to stay for the price. We rented a two bedroom, it had the appearance of a third rare hotel, smell, holes in furniture, fixtures broken or not working, decorated to make you nauseous. They moved us to a smaller unit and apologized, again very dated ,and cheap motel feel, the whole property needs a facelift. The only positive is the location, location, location, be wea... Read more

We stayed 3 nights midweek and had a very positive experience at JS and at Mammoth Mountain! Friendly young staff in each dept and a very convenient and comfortable stay for skiing. Our unit featured a one bedroom condo with kitchen. The furniture is tired and needs replacing however the clean unit, good housekeeping service and very service oriented staff made up for imperfections! We are 60 and 65 and applaud the excellent training of all employees who work at MM. bravo! We felt the positive A... Read more

This place is a perfect lodge like hotel that's complete with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and separate bedroom. The room has an amazing view and has a big balcony where you can seep in the winter wonderland that surrounds you. Juniper Springs is great if you're looking for a cozy, homey, and nice resort in Mammoth.

Close to Eagle Springs Lift. Our room needed some work. Dented stove, refrigerator. No instructions on how to use the fireplace. No TV Guide or what to do with garbage. Phones did not work correctly. Three outdoor spas. Only one had working jets. Friendly staff. Shuttle service worked out well for getting into town for dinner.

We recently stayed at Juniper Springs (1/19-1/20) and had an awesome experience. The one bedroom was clean and had beautiful picture windows facing the mountain. We were able to ski-in and out (Eagle). Underground parking was a plus since we received over two feet of snow during our trip (no digging our care out). We were bummed to discover that there was no restaurant for evening dining.

Our family spent 3 nights at Juniper Springs Resort between 1/19-1/22/2017. The room, that we stayed in, had 2 bedrooms with nice amenities and good view. The slopes had plenty of snow and were suitable for all skill levels. On the day we were supposed to leave, we got stranded because of the highway closures due to an unexpected winter storm. Thanks to the front manager Craig who gave us a courtesy discount so we could stay one more night, safe and sound in this excellent ski resort. P.S. ... Read more

Upon arrival I thought this was a very nice place. My experience is limited to Unit 314. Try to avoid it. Designed to accommodate 4 or 6 people but it was crowded with only 3. The furniture is too large for the floor space. The bedrooms are too cramped and movement is restricted, phone did not work, brand new dishwasher was so screwed up it took us an hour to reprogram it to work, non-master bath shower was nice and hot but had weak water pressure, The front door always took multiple attempt... We have stayed at this resort every year for more than 8 years. In the beginning we loved the large clean rooms with a kitchen and the proximity to the Eagle lift. Over the last few years, however, the rooms have gotten a little dated and the service has been uneven. For example, the last time we checked in, the front desk clerk didn't seem very experienced and had lots of problems printing out our ski passes. There were two other people standing to the side and talking to each other, but, for s... Read more
