Only stayed one night. Friendly people, good service. The room was small but clean and up to date. Nice tv & great views. Good price for being close to downtown. $20+tip to park the car but the valets were friendly and efficient. The area was a little creepy. Probably would go outside after dark.

the staff was friendly, room hotel beautiful, great location. thank you! the phone did not work, and we had to pay for valet parking, but other than that those were minor details that did not truly effect our sttay. i would like a room some time that maybe might have a bathtub if you have one.

I like to try out older historic hotels during my travels. Hence I chose the Mayfair Hotel this time. This place does definitely seen better day but I could tell that extensive renovations are going on. It will be interesting to see the finished product. My room was totally functional and had modern decor. It is worth a try for historical hotel buffs.

It is hard to communicate front desk. Bath is too small to get in. You can hardly see outside of room by window because of dirt. Housekeeping is good. Breakfast was terrible. You can hardly find hot water.
