We have stayed here for 4 nights. The room was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. In particular Enrique M and all the breakfast staff were exceptional. The district on the plaza level was an unexpected pleasure with Happy hour providing a relaxing and enjoyable to end an afternoon of shopping, exploring Hollywood, Dodgers Baseball and Universal studios.

Since I wrote my first review regarding Sheraton Club at Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown dated Feb. 28th, I received a few inquiries about some descriptions of the complimentary continental breakfast offerings at the Sheraton Club. The fixed breakfast buffet menu items (see the uploaded photo for a glance) are as follows: (1) scrambled eggs; (2) sausage & bacon; (3) cooked hot oatmeal with optional sliced almond, brown sugar and raisin; (4) fresh fruit platter; (5) muffin and pastry; (6) bread an... Great service in the Sheraton Club in the mornings by Juan Ayon. He is very attentive and responds to my needs in a prompt and professional manner. He is the best. The corner rooms are a disaster. TV did not work and I could not get hot water for a shower in the morning. The AC is loud with the vent right above the bed. Stay away from room 1724.

My husband is a loyal platinum member of Starwood. Hence, when we say this is the worst Starwood property we've ever stayed at, it comes with a lot of past experience. At check in, we were offered the upgrade to a 3rd floor "suite" with a large balcony. Sounded great. Room 308 proved to not be a great upgrade. The non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The "balcony" was a large space, kind of like where they store large a/c units. It had a few chairs, a table and plant but it wasn'... Read more

Lobby looks terrific and welcoming. Was shocked yet pleasantly surprised to see the fire places in the lobby. Though I did not feel the warmth.

The hotel is very very nice, however it's in crappy downtown Los Angeles where you get harassed by homeless every 10 feet. It's sad because there is a lot of potential to clean up the area and turn it into a thriving downtown, like Chicago. It's got a long ways to go.

This was our second year in a row staying here. First year, we got a suite and a connected traditional room. The suite was incredibly spacious and it was complete with a separate bedroom and a pull out couch. There was construction at the time and only a few elevators worked, but the staff was still very accommodating. The second year, the construction was finally done and all the elevators were functioning. We originally booked a single King bed but we asked if we can just get two full beds. T... Read more

We had a room booked for 3 people for Anime Expo this year. I wanted to say that the hotel staff was wonderful. The only small problem I had was that we never signed up for Go "Green" or whatever that was. So we were on the 11th floor, and the hotel housekeeping lady was rude and never did her job. I walked out of my room the one day and had asked her kindly if she could remove the towels from our bathroom, as they were soaked and dirty. After pausing, she rudely said "..ANYTHING ELSE?" loudly. ... Read more

The hotel looks new and very clean, definitely really enjoyed staying there! We were there for 3 nights for Anime Expo and the stay was very pleasant. The bed is really comfortable (which is a huge plus when you're attending a convention and dead tired at night!). If I have a critique, it would probably be that the water pressure of the shower is way too high, but I think that's just me being picky. Have stayed in many hotels and a few Sheratons amongt them. Read somewhere that the brand was being revitalized to target a younger, hipper and affluent crowd. If so, that shows in this property. Stylish, fresh from lobby to room decor. Modern touches abound and is nicely located within the revitalized downtown LA. Access to K-town was a breeze (for LA traffic standards), as well as UCLA and beaches. Would most definitely stay again. Great job SPG with this hotel. Wi-fi for SPG members.

The lobby renovation is just so good. The rooms nice. I'm not into the dark interiors that a lot of US hotels have but that's just taste. Wish showers installed and not those over "bath" awkward contraptions. Restaurant is very good. But what let it all down was the "how can I care for you" girl. November 27th, 2016 on a cold Sunday Morning I was looking for a place for a hot coffee and I walked into the Coffee Tea and Bean at the corner and it was dirty, unfriendly barista's and just plain depressing. I ended up leaving and found a starbucks within the Sheraton hotel. We had a lovley dinner at your resturant on saturday 26 nov. The staff was absolutly brilliant! Food and drinks were excellent! Thank you so much! Try the smoked cocktail or a historical cocktail served with a story from the past.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The few minor issues I had were quickly taken care of by the staff. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is first rate. This hotel is in a great location to downtown L.A. and there are several excellent places to eat within walking distance.

Comfortable, clean and an excellent staff It's in the downtown area of Los Angeles near plenty of stores and things to do. Parking isn't easy and traffic is insane at the rush hour during weekdays. The lobby cafe is also excellent.
